unable to make calls not on my contact list

I’m really sorry you are unable to make outgoing calls, I understand how frustrating this can be.

For iD Mobile, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart your phone
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds → OFF
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Voice & Data → Enable 4G/VoLTE calling if available
Check Call Barring settings → Make sure outgoing calls are not blocked
Ensure your account has no outstanding balance or restrictions
Try manually selecting the network in Network Selection → Automatic
 

 If you are unable to call 0800 numbers specifically, check that your plan allows freephone calls, as some tariffs may restrict them.
