When I click on my upgrade it won’t load the page

Kindly confirm if you have tried upgrading on both the App and website via the upgrade screen?

Yes both won’t let me

Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the upgrade page not loading, especially when you’re trying to get something sorted.

 

This can sometimes be caused by a temporary browser or app issue.

 

🔧 Things you can try first:

  • Try using an incognito/private browser window
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Switch to a different browser or device
  • If using the app, fully close and reopen it

No problem you can still complete your upgrade by contacting our team directly:

They’ll be able to check your eligibility and process the upgrade for you without needing the webpage.
