validating phone no. for app

I want to set up and use the app, but SIM is in a router in a mobile home, so unable to receive text to validate phone.  I don't want to break down the standard sim to a nano sim, to place in my phone. So is there another way to finish setting up the app?

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

In order to complete the setup of the iD Mobile app or online account, the verification one time password (OTP) does need to be received via SMS to the SIM linked to the account.

 

Because of this, the SIM would need to be temporarily placed into a device capable of receiving text messages in order to receive the verification code and complete the setup process.

 

Once the verification has been completed and the account is fully registered, you can then place the SIM back into the router afterwards.

 

We appreciate this may be a little inconvenient, but unfortunately there is not currently an alternative verification method available for the initial setup.
