Hi, I have just purchased an esim from IDmobile and I also need help with this issue please. I couldn't find where to input my PAC code during the purchase process.

Hi I need my pac code

You can get your PAC code quickly by texting PAC to 65075 from the mobile number you want to keep. It’s free to do and you’ll receive your code straight away by text.

Alternatively, you can also request it via your iD Mobile account or by contacting our Live Chat team if you need any help.

Yes of course.

1. I scanned the QR code to activate my esim. (It activated using the mobile number provided by IDmobile.
2. I downloaded the IDmobile app, created an account and logged in using this mobile number.
3. Once the app was logged in, under the ‘plan' tab at the bottom, there is the option ‘switch to IDmobile’. This takes you through the process of providing your PAC code and selecting a date for the number switch to take place.
