With regards to receiving your vouchers.

You should receive your Currys voucher by email within 30 to 120 days of your purchase, depending on the specific promotion and its terms.

Please check your Junk/Spam folder, as promotional emails can sometimes be filtered there.

If you purchased your iD Mobile plan through a third-party retailer such as Mobiles.co.uk, eBuyer, MoneySavingExpert, or uSwitch, the voucher is usually issued by that retailer, so you would need to contact them directly for an update.

If you purchased directly from iD Mobile and the expected timeframe has passed, please contact Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com for further assistance.

If you can confirm when you purchased the plan and where you purchased it from, we can advise when you should expect to receive your voucher.
