If this is a Currys voucher, here's what to expect:

You should receive your Currys voucher by email within 30–120 days of your purchase, depending on the specific promotion and its terms.

Please check your Junk/Spam folder, as promotional emails can sometimes get filtered there.

If you purchased your iD Mobile plan through a third-party retailer (e.g. Mobiles.co.uk, eBuyer, MoneySavingExpert, or uSwitch), the voucher is issued by that retailer, so you'll need to contact them directly for an update.

If you purchased directly from iD Mobile and the expected timeframe has passed, please contact Giftcloud at hello@giftcloud.com for further assistance.
