When to download my new ESIM from old provider

I’m pleased to hear that your new eSIM has arrived. I understand that you’ve requested your iD Mobile service to start on 2 November and want to make sure you activate it at the right time.

Our SIMs arrive active, so you can download and install your eSIM now and use the service once it’s activated on your device. However, as you’ve requested your switch to take place on 2 November, we recommend waiting until that date to install it to avoid any confusion with your number transfer.
