where is my new phone number?

I have just received my new sim card but can't find the phone number to go with it.

Switching to iD from talktalk but they haven't swnt a PAC code - no response from them at all so I am just looking to change my number

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    Your number should be in the paperwork with the SIM or in an email from ourselves. 

    If you pop the SIM in and make a call, the number should also show on the receivers device. 

    If you go in to you phone settings, your number should also be listed there. 

     

    We would require a PAC in order to switch your number.
