Where is my order date of delivery

Hi, I placed an order on 11 July 2026 at 23:20 and received an email confirming it. Since then, I haven't received any updates about my order.

I called customer service, but I've spoken to three different representatives and each of them gave me different information, which has been very confusing.

Could you please provide me with an accurate update on the status of my order and let me know when it is expected to be delivered?
