After trying to get a resolution for the last 5 weeks I am still waiting. My last two converstaions do seem to have given some insight to the issue. That being that I already had a plan that my son was using that appears to have ended literally days before I started a new plan for myself. Despite requesting ID Mobile to port my old number to my new plan they now say they somehow ported it to the plan my son uses. However his number never changed so not sure how that works then. They are now saying that my old number has been used and can not be used again, i.e. I have lost the number I have used for over 20 years that my clients, family and friends use.
