I have been sold a SIM card so that I an get wifi on my MacBook on site etc, but when I am trying to log in its asking for a code that has been sent as a text but the SIM card is in a wifi bank not a phone so I cant get the text message.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you are experiencing accessing the One Time PIN.
Please note that iD Mobile SIM cards are tested for use within handsets, as outlined within the Terms and Conditions. The One Time PINs required for account access and registration are sent via SMS text message directly to the iD Mobile number linked to the SIM.
As the SIM is currently being used in a Wi-Fi device/router rather than a handset, you would need to temporarily place the SIM into a mobile phone in order to receive the text message containing the verification code.
