Alas, iD SIM card deliveries aren’t sent using a tracked delivery service, @Sabina patel.

iD Mobile are using Royal Mail for SIM deliveries.

That is correct, kindly be advised that sim card orders are sent by post, hence we do not send any message regarding delivery.
