Cancelling Pac Request

I have just cancelled my contract with ID but i had requested a pac number but i no longer want to use it anymore as i saw that you can’t transfer your number to a different contract on the same network. How do I cancel my pac request

Hi @Mujinga16,

If you don’t use the PAC, it will expire on its own in 30 days time and the line would continue to run as normal.

So really, a PAC cancellation isn’t necessary if you wish to continue using the line. If you’re wanting to cancel the line without a PAC however, then we’d need the named account holder to contact us directly so we can help them with that.
