My phone is locked to another network. What should I do?

If you’ve just purchased an iD Mobile SIM but your phone is locked to another network, follow this guide to get back on track:

A NUC (network unlocking code), sometimes known as a PUK or personal unlocking code (PUC), is an eight digit number used to unlock your phone.You’ll need one if your phone is locked by your current network and you want to use a SIM from iD Mobile.
