I am a new customer and I am going to Spain and Italy  for 6 weeks.I have unlimited calls and 30g of data. If I call local numbers from Spain to Spain are they  unlimited? Moreover if I call other numbers in roaming free european destinations from a Spain (I.e. to Italy) are they unlimited free?thank you R

My one year mobile plan (SIM only) expires in 13 days.Can I leave ID mobile without any penalty? What will be my charges if I leave before 10 days of my plan expires.Will there be any termination charges if leave ID mobile, before the plan expires.I only have 13days left for completion of one year contract.

The same thing happens each month. First the app reports a successfull direct debit. I contact the live chat support and your agent confirms you have received the recent bill payment via direct debit. Then in a few days its status silently and magically changes to an error. Then IdmobilE blocks me and starts spamming with SMS and emails about some missing payment. It’s fun that your representative confirmed you got the money via direct debit several days ago. Okay, I contact the live chat again, your agent says I must pay the already paid bill with a card immediately. Then they verify my direct debit details and say the next month my direct debit will work like a charm. But the next month they fail again just like the month before. This happens again and again: they fail, they silently ignore their fail, they block me, they promise it will not happen again, it happens again. HiAt the end of last week I signed up to an iD mobile contract. I had to wait a fair while for the Sim to come, but when it did, it’s all Vodafone brand. I know the 2 companies have merged, but I do not want to put the sim in my phone and activate a second contract with Vodafone!!It’s been about a week now, and I have been unable to use the iD contract I am being charged for :(Can someone help- should the sim card that was sent clearly be branded as iD mobile? Or is this because the companies have merged?! There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact them for help :(Thanks

Is anyone else having this same issue with their direct debit and daily spam text from id mobile?ID mobile stupidly cancelled my direct debit after it failed twice, so now it’s impossible to re set it up on the same account.this issue has been going on for months with no one being able to sort it out, the complaints team have now admitted its deadlock so I can now thankfully go to the communications ombudsman.the worst bit iis…A. I just got the sim about a month ago, and I am genuinely tired of their third class service. My unlimited data plan was about to end on 23rd November, so I topped up the balance required for the next purchase on 21st. Today I don’t have any data and when I checked my balance it showed 0.82. Basically, they don’t have any system to automatically renew the plan, on top of that they just stole the money from my account without showing any transaction. For the one hour, I talked to 2 agent describing the whole thing and got an sms that its gonna take 7 days to resolve the matter. Then, the agent said I need to wait 24 hours to get my money back and then they couldn’t help me with the plan renewal system or anything. I am completely out of patience, I borrowed my roommates wifi and standing beside his door to talk to their customer service. I’m located in the Midlands.  Ever since January 2025 (possibly corresponding to the big outage around 23 Jan) my iPhone 11 Max mobile phone loses the ability to receive or make calls using ID Mobile’s service on both 4G and WiFi calling.  It works fine for making and receiving calls using WhatsApp, so clearly my phone has got a data connection to the internet.   When this happens, I generally try turning the phone off and back on, but this doesn’t seem to resolve anything.  Eventually it becomes possible for me to to make and receive calls again, but it doesn’t seem to be as a result of anything that I’ve done to try to sort the problem. It seems to me that the issue may be with ID Mobile’s infrastructure not being able to give me a “channel” through which to make or receive calls with a worryingly high frequency.   The problem seems to occur regardless of where I am in the Midlands, which generally tends to be anywhere in the area between

Tried to cancel sim only contract as this has come to an end. I had no  response so cancelled the direct debit. Then got an email wanting to know why I’d cancelled and how this would affect my credit rating!!!! I can’t cancel my contract because I don’t know what my phone no is . I have used this sim for data only and apparently my tablet doesn’t know my phone no either so I can’t get into my account to cancel it. Any idea’s would be welcome.

Hello, I called 0800 049 0250 to “upgrade” my phone deal, which was really just to keep my number on as sim only deal, as I couldnt see this as an option in the app. The support team asked for my bank details to do a penny payment for the change in fee, but I refused as I do not give out my bank details on the phone as a rule.I went online and found I was able to just do upgrade change on the website, but was told on the phone I cannot?It all feels very dodgy when navigating the end of the contract? Can an ID team member confirm to me that my payment has switched from a handset to a pay as monthly sim? The calling numbers are so oblique it feels quite hostile to navigate something that should just be coming to the end of being a loyal paying customer after two years. 

I don’t receive text messages explaining if I can use my data as part of the roaming package or the rates if not included. I did not opt out and not sure why I don’t receive these. 

Hi!There is an additional charge for added extra 1GB of data on my bill. I never use all of my data and always have roll-over from previous month. I have not made adjustments to my plan either. Why is there an extra charge? Could this have been added accidentally to a wrong account? Please remove.Thanks!

My wife and I both Id mobile users cannot dial my parents Vodafone voip landline.  outgoing calls from the landline to us workparents are able to dial their own landlinecommon point is Id mobile 

I’m a new customer and cancelled my 12-month SIM-only contract just 24 hours after receiving the SIM due to poor data signal (I can’t live with it!). I cancelled via chat, and the agent said my account would be switched to PAYG within 10 minutes and stay that way until I use my PAC to transfer to another network.It’s been a few hours, but the app still shows I’m on the 12-month plan. How can I confirm that the cancellation went through? Should I go ahead and use my PAC to switch networks, or could that trigger a penalty—even though I’m within the cooling-off period?

My account has been hacked.I think I have managed to change my password, but I cannot receive the one time passcode via text on my phone to verify. It’s emergency calls only, so I can’t even call the 7777 number to even try. What do I do?I have access to my daughter’s phone , so I can make a call. Please help?

I was declined in store as I failed the credit check.  I was unsure whether or not my details were put in wrong as I’ve never been denied credit. I did a credit credit myself which showed excellent on the score.  I have never been in debt or have any reason to have a bad credit score. I have never missed any payments with O2 or any other direct debt.  I tried to order the phone and set up the contract through Carphone warehouse online and again it failed the credit check with ID but they did not provide a reason why. I am just wondering if this matter can be resolved somehow? I would really like a contact with ID and get a new phone.  thank you

Recently changed to id mobile,old network switched phone off.Cannot connect new phone to id mobile,asks for email to send code no code sent asked several people to do this,they still have no joy.Ready to cancel tomorrow if no joy.
