What is going on I can't even get hold of my kids  Even my work number is down Full day What is going on

I posted my trade in over a week ago on the 13th of June. According to the tracking by Royal Mail it’s been at the Royal Mail Delivery Office since the 14th of June and hasn’t had an update since then. I’ve used the prepaid label and have emailed TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk but I haven’t had a response yet. Is there anything else I can do?

I used my plan out in cyprus last year and roaming was fine. However I was in spain last week and nothing workwd. The phone was connected to 5g movistar roaming network, ID mible app was tiggled over for roaming and my phone was also set to roaming. It still wouldnt work   Had to buy a local spanish sim card for while I wad there.  Phone shop said the ID sim was the issue not the handset...any ideas 

I have not had any service now for one week. It is not a coverage issue, a friend of mine is with ID and they have service when we are in the same location. Really disappointing. Unable to make calls or texts or use data.

I’ve been away in the Lake District I couldn’t use my internet at all unless connected to a WiFi or connected to someone else’s phone… unable  to make any whatzapp phone calls when I had “full signal and 4g not internet. I’ve been out on a walking holiday and couldn’t connect to call or to the internet to check gps, absolutely nothing… pretty annoyed with this now. I’ve done the usual reboot steps multiple times.

Hi, I have no service in my new address, we brought a house , it's an old building and there is no service inside the house, what we can do about it? If you cannot provide me the usual service I will have to cancel contract. My phone: samsung S23 . Im still staying under old adress for next 2 weeks. Let me know as soon as possible.  Regards Bart

I’ve had no signal anywhere in my areas for 2 days now. Unless I’m connected to WiFi I cannot make or receive calls, WhatsApp or go online.  How can I get this looked at as this is ridiculous and I need to be contactable when out for my children.  I’ve tried the sim in another handset and it’s still not picking up signal in my local town yet other sims work in my phone.  

I am in France and I have been charged for Data Roaming but I pay for unlimited data   

I realised I needed more data, so I upgraded to a more expensive plan I'm now without Internet for 2 days because my new plan "will renew" in 2 days. However I'm pretty sure I'll be paying for it from the day I ordered it.I'm equally sure that if a new plan on a digital sim or an existing ID sim, is ordered from scratch, it starts instantly. I feel that the delay is much more about taking advantage of knowing that someone has run out of data and would therefore need to buy a vastly more expensive "add on" to cover their waiting time, rather than just start their new plan immediately. I don't believe the delay is a technical necessity. 

Hi, I've got an emergency calls only message on my phone. Bills are always paid with direct debit and the coverage for the area is 99%. It's been working fine for the last year or so. What is the issue?

Hi, I bought a 24 month contract and requested my old phone number to be ported across to id mobile. Can you confirm you have received the pac for this to take place because I’ve been given a new mobile phone number on the account. Thank you 

Not been able to make a call for hours now, this is not acceptable. don’t think I will be using id again. 

The lack of service is v annoying...where is the compensation.

I purchased my phone on 05/06/2024, as part of a 24 month contract from ID mobile and I am still waiting for it to delivered by DPD. Three times they have attempted to make the delivery to my house, or so they claim, and all three times I have been at home. No doorbell or knock has been heard at all, they haven’t even got out of the delivery vehicle. On two of the three deliveries, I  have actually tracked the vehicle using the DPD app and stood in my driveway waiting for the arrival of my parcel only to see a vehicle, stop, take a random picture, then head off. Shortly afterwards I have received a text informing me that an attempt was made to deliver my parcel and nobody was available so I should reschedule the delivery. The three pictures they have sent me bear absolutely no resemblance to my property at all. Trying to contact DPD to discuss the problem or arrange a possible collection, or a delivery on a Saturday has proved impossible. Likewise with ID mobile, no constructive hel

I am not receiving texts so cannot use apps with 2 step verification. Please help

I've just gone into my settings and just realised in the mobile network settings the voltage sim 1 was turned off! Maybe if people try thst it might work?? Because mine has straight away. 

I've experienced the same problem with the signal down. I've just gone into my settings and noticed the VOLTE sim was switched off., so I've switched it back on and everything is back to normal now.  Maybe if people try thst and see what happens. 

HelloI have just ordered a new 1 monthly sim. However I have just spotted a better plan for people who are  already customers of ID. I have not received the new sim yet but my Direct Debit is all set up.What is the best course to take to get this better plan? Can I just keep the sim {when it arrives}, and change the plan?Would welcome  your advice .Sue

I bought a i phone 16 pro from carphone warehouse . Unfortunately I returned it for faulty . So now i need to cancel the contract of your sim . I didn’t activate the dim . Its showing my direct devit will tsken on 2 july . I need to cancel it  

Please could someone tell me if it’s possible to buy a data bundle whilst away rather than the roaming charges daily? Thank you 

I should have had my number activated yesterday 27th June but nothing has happened. PAC was issued when I moved networks. 

I’m on day three of very intermittent data service. The first day speeds were very slow and dropouts were frequent; what seemed like once every 15 minutes. Yesterday was excruciatingly bad; very very very slow, if I could get data whatsoever, and unable to make calls. At one point this morning there wasn’t even an ID Mobile network for the phone to connect to. In fact, I think the issues may have started four days ago, but I wasn’t at home much unlike these last three days.I’ve tried talking to a chat agent. Absolutely useless. I told them I had two contracts/phone numbers on separate phones (one eSIM one physical SIM). The agent says I need to delete my old number and put in my new number. I explained there was no old/new number but the agent insisted that I delete my old number and put in my new number, and restart the phone. I went to the island of Corfu in early June this year, knowing that Greece and its islands are in my roaming group. At the Corfu airport, my phone correctly showed as being in Greece. I then drove to the north of the island at which point my phone said I was in Albania and charged me £23.I've repeatedly contacted ID Mobile Complaints staff only to be told by various ID Mobile individuals that Corfu isn't a Greek island, or there's nothing they can do until I've paid the money, or someone would phone me back, but never did.How do I get ID Mobile to admit they have made a mistake and not charge me for something that never occurred?

I have no network coverage and no mobile data. I pay for unlimited data for work, and I’m losing money because I can’t do my job. This has been going on since Tuesday—it’s now Thursday, and nothing has changed. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, but nothing seems to work. Will be leaving
