New iPhone 15 and ID contract with physical sim and New number phone working perfectly.since the port of my old number can no longer receive OTP from my bank and other apps inc apple.my phone will not verify my phone number. I have tried every conceivable solution found in internet and on the screen share with apple customer services and replacing the physical sim with an eSIM to no avail.I am convinced that since resetting my old iPhone 11 and selling it on eBay somehow it still shows as a device on my appleID with my phone number connected to it. I think that’s creating a conflict trying to use the same number in 2 devices and be of security settings I cant delete the old phone from my account unless I’m using said phone. I’ve even emails the new owner via eBay but they are not responding.apple disagree but can’t solve it. Id as a last resort can I be given a new phone number please and see if that solves it.

I missed an important phonecall today regarding a promotion at work. Potentially costing me the chance of a new job. I would like some reimbursement for this awfull service.  Twice this year!!!!!!!!

I changed jobs a few months ago and now work in the GU35 postcode area on an industrial estate. There is almost no mobile phone signal (on any network).   With the merger of Vodafone, Three and iD, any chance that things will improve in my lifetime - and ideally within the next few weeks? It’s pretty poor that in an area picked for housing expansion with new houses going uo all over the place, there is almost no signal for a mile or so. Someone at work mentioned the presence nearby of an aerial testing site which may mean that no mobile phobne signals are allowed…. is this true? WIsh I had known this before accepting the job offer…..

When is the network going to be fixed? I  B am disabled and just cannot be in communication for days on end this is second time this year this has occurred NEVER happened with EE!!

id has not reply to complaints. id complaint team ask me to call which i did for almost an hour last week. Still no resolution. Nobody followed it up and still i cannot used the roaming datas for 2 weeks that i bought as extra, and id charged me. Still no data available. Id has blocked access to my paid add on and cap, i have done all requested. Id still do not care about vulnerable customers  I have already send an deadlock email to id on the 6/6. I considered this as the the outcome of my complaint. Silence. ID received and replied to the email but says they wont deal with it.  Do not send me a text to call you again  not only it is exhausting it is fruitless. It is obvious id  prefered dealing with ombusman than with their customers.  ref 412173055

I had an email this morning telling me my number had swapped over to my iD sim. However, I cannot receive or make calls and it says 'emergency calls only. I have no mobile data either. I have tried accessing the live chat and asking to speak to a person but it keeps saying they are busy. I have also been to curry's and they have given me another sim card and said to get in touch to activate it. Could someone help me before I cancel my plan before it even starts😡Thanks 

I missed important medical calls, cannot access apps and banking as need text passcodes no network for calls or data.  This has been all day since 7am, what compensation will we get? Probably £2 it's a joke

Why can I not make calls on a samsung galaxy a15 which is 4g according to Google, using sm-a155f/dsn, but this doesn't display in the access options, instead lte does?

I cannot accses the ID mobile app to complete my payment and i have tried to use the phone number link but it keeps telling me its unavailable

This is really causing problems for my work today and I see no real indication either of what the technical issue is - ie is it possible if I travel somewhere that I might be able to make and receive calls or is it something that is effecting the network as a whole. This is a really bad situation. I have been out of reach for clients for 6 hours today so far and no sign of this changing. Is there a process for claiming compensation for loss of income?

How does one  get hold of ID Mobile ?   Try LIVE CHAT….never get to a person.  Service Status...returned error… nothing comes back. When looking at network status in the community….it says calls not working but text is.  Actually all are not working for me.How do I even report an issue when ID Mobile is unreachable?
