Hi, So, myself and my husband are both on id, sometimes when we try to call each other, the call will ring and after a number of rings go to voicemail, but the other phone doesn't actually ring and we don't get a missed call notification.  This has happened a number of times and we tested it when together. Phones in the same room, we are clearly calling one another and hear each other's voicemail, but the other person's phone just doesn't receive anything at all.  Very frustrating when trying to get hold of each other and we aren't even aware.

Hi, My phone is constantly losing all connectivity. Is this caused by current works or is there an issue with the phone? I’m at Edinburgh, EH5 2XS and the phone is a Motorola Edge 50 Pro Cheers,Calum

Unable to make calls but can use mobile. internet on 4G.  Have a friend on ID mobile who is also having the same issues in a different postcode. Looks like a network issue.

Again the phone signal is down please fix the problem tired of paying for something I can’t use! postcode s730NLand s70 3pbplease fix asap! thanks

 I've also been affected by this widespread issue of being unable to make phone calls, while having to resort to checking online forums and queuing for the live chat to get any information on this. After waiting 15 minutes to connect to an agent I asked when it would likely be resolved and how I would be made aware and they said to get in touch later on to find out. The above is the rest of the conversation. The agent closed the chat as soon as their last message was sent. This is embarrassing behaviour from ID representatives, it is made so difficult to contact anyone and when you finally do manage they feel they can just close conversations on you without attempting to help you. No consequences for these actions. I'll be cancelling my contract with this lot, they have continually provided the worst service possible.

Over the last few weeks im dropping calls and then today the network is down . This is not good enough and the service is shocking. The service I was sold is not fir for purpose and as such anyone with the same issues should be allowed to leave free of charge .  Total shambles im loosing work because of this .Complaint incoming and a email to OFCOM regarding these ongoing issues we are all facing. 

I've tried all troubleshooting online. No phone updates required, no service issues noted. Restarted my phone, airplane mode on and off again etc. I've missed an important phone appointment this morning because of this issue and can't even call them to explain why! I can still get texts and send them. But when people try to call me or I try to call them it doesn't work. Won't ring my end at all. And they get a weird dial tone but it doesn't come through my side. What's going on?

I not only unable to make or receive calls i can not send or receive text messages 

I have just realised that I am unable to make outgoing calls. Last time I made a call and received a call was yesterday. I have full coverage on my network, I can use the Internet and I'm pretty sure everything is working fine. I have the option of dual sim but nothing is activated as this was an international sim I used a few months back. I am coming to the end of my contract in July and checked the cost but I have not taken any action to close my account yet as I want to wait till the end of the contract. My direct debit was cancelled for some reason but this was not initiated by me. I did log into the account and it showed I had an overdue payment, even i had just paid a bill and it should not be due till early next month. Nevertheless I made the payment, so I don't know what the issue is

This is the 2nd time ID have failed me at a critical time, the most disappointing thing is that they don't respond and customers are left in the dark until it's resolved, this is not acceptable. It's also nigh on impossible to contact them through the app, very frustrating.

I cannot log into my  account or make or receive calls.  The service ia getting poorer and poorer.  Will not be renewing when tome comes this is happening more and more.  Pay for a service your not getting.   

Network constantly down and can't speak to anyone 

How can I speak over the phone with a customer service agent?I have a dormant account from 2018 that is not in use. I do not know the number, have email access to the account. Only the account number from my credit reporti am paying for a sim that is not in use and need this cancelled. The bot does not understand and last week the agent on the id website just told me there was no account… 

Hi, I’ve now tried to speak to an agent around 10 times and every single time the chat either freezes or closes just as I’m being transferred — usually without warning. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since this is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved. A couple of days ago, an agent told me 250GB of data had been added to my account while I was on the chat. We waited together for it to appear, but it never landed. After more than an hour, the chat closed automatically at 8pm when support ends — and the agent made it look like I’d gone quiet, which wasn’t true. I’ve now been told twice that the data was added, but it clearly hasn’t. I’m currently in Paris with less than 1GB of data left and I urgently need this sorted — but I’ve spent hours trying to get through with no luck. Can someone from the team please respond and get this escalated properly? Hi, for the last 6 days I've been unable to make or receive calls or use my mobile data when I'm at home, especially to watch something on my phone or even browse simple things on the internet. When I'm on the phone at home, I can hear them but they can't hear me, it's really annoying and I feel I'm paying for a service which I'm not getting. I got a new SIM card yesterday to see if that would rectify things but it hasn't and my brother who is also using iD is having the same issue. So to me in must be the coverage in the area because my network seems to improve when I move away from home, particularly when I've got my phone connected to android auto in the car and I am then able to access my maps and Spotify music. Please can you look into this ASAP because I need to make and receive calls and have internet access at home for my job. If this isn't sorted soon, I'm afraid Ill have to move to a different provider. I'm going to car phone warehouse this evening to see wha

I haven’t checked or logged into my iD mobile account for a while and have changed phones since so have lost my Password. Also the email I am certain I had linked to my iD account doesn’t seem to be the right one.

Over the last three days I can't get a proper internet connection at my home address. I've been with Three for 10 years and never had a problem with this. It works elsewhere perfectly fine. I've checked the coverage and status and it's telling me that everything is ok.Thanks

I’m in Glasgow and this morning I noticed that my usual 5G signal was running at HSPDA. I wasn’t getting any data so I’ve put the device in and out of flight mode. Turned the e-sim off and back on and reset the phone with no success. My phone is showing 4 bars but Emergency Calls Only. When I reconnect it shows 5G but no internet then it will eventually go back to Emergency Calls Only. I’ve only just moved to ID mobile, not a great start!

Hi I am showing full bars for 4G but cannot connect to data or make calls anywhere. I have an Apple16. My husband has iD sim and his is working. I have checked all network settings but looks same as his? I’ve tried to reach out to iD on twitter but they say no issues in any areas i struggle to connect to. any advice would be gratefully received. I’ve experienced this for about 1 month now. Thank you
