How do I find my delivery order number so I can track it and what does it begin with 

My connection went down on Friday and we’re getting no updates.I had already raised a complaint about patchy service before it went down completely. So I asked my case handler and he said they aren’t getting any updates from tech either.Apparently it has to do with the merger with Vodafone. It seems Vodafone were using too much bandwidth and taking it from ID/THREE mobile. I suspect that’s why I’ve had awful connectivity for a while now.The person I spoke to said they had to shut down the network until they get that issue fixed. I was horrified when he mentioned the possibility of months!! Obviously, if it isn’t up & working by a full week, I’m looking at another supplier. Hubby is with THREE and has the same issue with no service. ID said they’ll let me leave the contract with no early exit fees due to this issue. If I choose to leave I’ll have to call and quote my complaint number to request that free exit. So if you want to leave, raise a complaint

I have been trying since Friday 13th June 2025. We have tried on app, online and live chat. Nothing works.Under Ofcom regulations, I am entitled to receive my PAC code within one working day. It's literally in the law. Seems like delay tactics. Has anyone found a solution to this. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman.

Been for a walk alone the beach in Lincolnshire tonight and received messages about roaming. Charges. This can’t be right can it? 

I use an iD Mobile sim in my router and I am frequently getting a ‘No internet’ warning.  I have access to another router, on a broadband connection, which if I connect to I have no issues.   So it is not my laptop.  I have just been travelling around north Yorkshire with it for the last 10 days with  the router and no problems.  Now I am home, in Hadlow Kent, I am having problems again.  If I reboot the router it reconnects ok for a while and then stops.  I have checked the profile and that is correct.  The website shows no issues in my area - so what is going on.  Could it be congestion on the transmitter as it used to slow down on football match days, now it just stops.  The router shows an upload speed but no download speed and it shows a full signal strength.

Caller cannot hear me on 4G but fine on WhatsApp

Hi i bought an eSIM and the mobile data wouldn’t work. Online it said to delete the eSIM and re add it. Which I promptly did, however now I can re add it because the qr code is no longer available for use. I can’t request a new qr code because I don’t know the phone number attached to the eSIM, I can’t access live chat without the number and I can’t get through to an advisor on the support number without the eSIM number and now I’m signed up to a contract I can’t use because I can’t contact anyone. What do I do?

I bought roaming data for 10 days first time 8th of June till 18 th of June and did work,but again I charged it foe next 10 days, and doesn't work at all.I had in live chat but you didn't help me.I look forward to hearing from you due course. 

My son has used all his data this month. He turned his data off yesterday after receiving a text to say he'd used 100% but the bill went up from £35 to £72! If I change his plan from the 10gb to 25gb today will that take affect straight away and will it reduce the bill? 

Hi,When passing through the area around Ock Street in Abingdon (example postcode in the middle of the area = OX14 5DH) either in a vehicle or on foot, the 4G signal displays 1-bar at best and my mobile phone barely connects to apps such as WhatsApp and Pokemon Go. However, the 4G network connection checker (see image below) indicates that the signal is “excellent” both indoors and outdoors, which is blatantly not the case. I originally had this problem with an iPhone SE 2020 and it continues with an iPhone 12 Pro. I first noticed it in March 2024.There is no 5G coverage in this area (see image below), although 5G coverage is available very close by. Is it possible to report this substandard 4G coverage to 3, or are they channelling all their efforts into rolling out 5G rather than improving 4G coverage?

Since i transferred to id movile i have been having network issues. They are peak during particular hours. But since 2-3 days it’s gotten much worse. I did all the steps i found here on the community like updating phone, removing, sim, airplane mode, turning phone off etc.. but nothing worked. 

My Samsung A13 5G doesn't allow me to use roaming data above EDGE. I paid for 10 days of data in the USA and it is barely functional but when I go through the customer support live chat the person either ignores or disconnects me when I ask for a refund. When I put the sim into an iPhone, it had 4G service. Roaming is enabled, the APN settings are correct and I have tried to connect to T-Mobile and AT&T, the latter of which does not work. It is set to LTE/3G/2G (auto connect). I have restarted my phone about 10 times, taken out the sim, cleaned it and put it back about the same amount. I am here for a month so would like to be able to go places alone. If I am unable to use my phone to its full extent, I would like a refund. 

I am trying to send SMS texts from my old Motorola running Android 11 to my wife (on an iPhone 13 I think).RCS sends perfectly fine, but if my data drops and I try to send SMS, it just doesn't send. Sending SMS to other contacts works absolutely fine.Any tips about what I might do?

In spite of raising complaint, still got problems with ID 

I recently purchased a new SIM only plan for £15 a month via a website and not through my current account and I can’t seem to find a way to link it up to my current account despite the fact that my mobile number and bank details are the same

I’m trying to upgrade my sim only deal but keeps saying email not right, I’ve checked on app and website and my email is fine. What can I do?  

I have iPhone14’s (2)  which were bought in July2023 on a 2 year contract.  So contract is finished in just over a months time. I saw on other posts about people leaving the cancellation to the last minute as otherwise they’d be charged up to the end of the contract. But by my reckoning when I make my payment next week I’ll have made 24 payments so surely I will have fully paid my contract up.  So if i give 30 days notice at the right time surely there will be nothing else to pay when i move to a SIM only deal with a new supplier as my contract expires.  I’d be grateful if anyone could tell me if I’m reading it wrong as this is the first time I’ve had a contract.

I have full 5g and phone network in Spain but phone wont connect. It defaulted to moviestar network so manually tried orange and Vodafone.  None of them work. My phone is essentially like a brick until I get to WiFi. Really frustrating.  Can anyone help please?

I'm currently on a ferry on my way to France. I turned roaming on and immediately got a txt telling me the prices for roaming. Then a few minutes later got a message telling me I'd already exceeded the £45 cap! I thought it was all included? Now I'm scared to use my phone abroad 

This probably needs moderator to answer and check, but thought I would ask as someone might have experience.Annoyingly I upgraded my phone and even though I used the link to upgrade for my account, and it auto completed my details, it has ordered a new contract instead. I don’t care about the number, so rather than mess around returning and waiting when I found this out, I just asked if I can end the old contract instead. So they did that.Then I had a new annoying realisation, I referred a family member a few days ago and they got a new contract. What is going to happen with that? Will I get the money? Will they even get the money? This is very frustrating, I definitely did nothing strange when ordering my upgrade and it’s very annoying I have to deal with it. I could change my mind about cancelling, but that is back to having to return the phone and messing around with that instead.Thanks,Mike
