I’ve just paid my bill

Has anyone else damaged their phone and their insurance companies have rejected their claims because ID Mobile contracts do not state your name and address? I am having an absolute mare proving that I bought three ID Mobile contracts because;A. The contract doesn't show my name and address together. B. The contract does not state the IMEI number of the particular phone I am claiming for. I am about to go Financial Ombudsman on both ID Mobile and my insurance company. Both incompetent. 

I’ve changed my plan (sim card) from 1GB to 12GB with unlimited calls & texts.According to iD the new plan was due to kick in yesterday, instead the old plan carried on.iD have emailed thanking me for refreshing my plan, the new plan is registered on my iD account but it is is not activated on my phone. I’ve done all the usual things like switching my phone off and on but no change.I’ve tried chatbox a couple of times and nearly lost the will to live as it just kept asking me to express what I was asking differently.A 2 minute  conversation with a human might sort out the problem but that perhaps that is an ask too far.Any help /other suggestions would be very welcome.Many thx

So I'm now able to upgrade my phone and plan. But if I choose the upgrade via my account it's showing it'll be upfront £9 and £26 pm, whereas i can get the same phone and deal for £19.99 pm no upfront cost!? Still with ID but have to go through the hassle of cancelling and getting PAC no etc. Why is there such a difference?

Hi I have paid £12 4 times this month I have only got 2 sim plans with you soo why is there 4 payments been took out 

My contract is £24.99 a month and I was charged this in April and may however June im being charged £35.65... my monthly reoccurring charge has gone up to £29.73 with VAT.... I went abroad to Spain however it is not showing and roaming charges. My plan is still telling me its £24.99 a month so why have I been charged more now when I pay a direct debit and haven't gone over my data! 

HI Looking for some advice, I am about to travel to the USA and buying a USA e sim for the duration of my stay, do you know if I can forward my UK number to the USA number if so will I get charge by ID if i get a call  thanks

I’ve lost my phone and wish to stop payments until I find it or purchase a new phone. Can you please advise how I can postpone making payments until such time.

I have requested a PAC code and sent it to my new provider. Do I need to do anything further to cancel my contract with you or will it auto end soon?

I bought an iphone 16 pro max from apple a week ago.  Old SIM has never worked on data since. Got a replacement from Currys yesterday and they registered the new SIM, get home same problem.Been to Apple and full check done, not a problem their side.  Thought I’d re register SIM online today but the format when asking for SIM card number does not match the actual SIM card.  The box to fill in starts with a pre populated 894420 but my actual sim starts with 254… no option to delete prepopulated numbers.    Any ideas…will attempt to speak to person when they start at 0900

I have a SIM only 24 month contract. If I move to a different plan during the 24 months do I have to pay penalties?

I have recently come into some struggles and never paid my bill I do need my phone for help and emergency is there not a way to be connected and maybe add the payment in installments onto of my bill. I feel lost without being able to contact doctor etc…I went over my limit don't know how never use my mins but surely the cut off is uncalled for I only have a few months before I upgrade.

I am not receiving calls on my Google Pixel 6a since porting my old number via PACI think it's something about the phone diverting calls to the iD number I had for a couple of days when I first joined the network, but I can't fix itHave tried multiple things from the community - turning RSC chats off & on, resetting network settings, clearing cache & storage in various apps, removing the temporary number from my Google account, nothing seems to work Seems like other people have had the same / similar issue but I can't find the right fix. Have spoken to live chat multiple times and that hasn't helpedAny help very much appreciated 🙏
