Last year my wife and I bought a pixel 8 and contract each from iD mobile.We are both experiencing very poor performance using when trying to make or receive calls using the iD mobile sim.By far the worse is receiving calls. Quite often the phone itself rings, but when we answer the call there is just silence the other end.  On a number of occasions we have waited for important phone calls and when we answered the call couldn’t speak to the person on the other end. We thought maybe it was the ‘wifi calling’ option that was the problem, but disabling that has not helped.When trying to make calls, we have noticed a huge lag in entering the phone number and the call being connected. I’m talking 10s or more. Then when the call does connect the person on the other end can often not make out what we are saying as the call quality is so poor.We now have a 2nd sim in our phones with another provider as it is the only way we can reliably make and receive calls wit

My 2 year contract is just ended. Last week i had an email from id saying I can stay on the same plan for £0. Today a billing email for the usually monthly contract amount arrived. Neither makes sense. How do I pay for sim only?  

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 mini. Trying to setup call forwarding. I tried the built-in feature in settings, but every time I leave the page, the number disappears and it becomes disabled again. Please can you help/ potentially set up the call forwarding for me?Thanks

I was due to be switched to ID mobile from Giffgaff by 10pm last night.  Nothing has happened and, despite several live chats during the day yesterday, I’m still waiting.  I realised that I needed an eSIM, not a physical one, after the SIM arrived but can’t do anything about requesting a QR code for that as I can’t get into the app - because I can’t confirm my membership with the one-off code texted to the phone which doesn’t yet have signal.  It’s a vicious circle which is hugely frustrating.  The most worrying thing, though, is that without a functioning mobile signal I can’t be in touch with my 91 year-old mother.  Is there any way to get to the bottom of this and get my number back?

I had a telephone call this morning from one of your colleagues saying that my iPhone 13 would be delivered on 19th June 2025. I had another telephone call this afternoon, from another one of your colleagues, saying that I had to re-order my phone before it would be delivered!! Could you please tell me if my order has gone through & whether or not it is going to be delivered? I spent 3 hours on the phone & Chatlne with your company last Friday, half an hour yesterday & then 2 telephone calls today. I can’t take anymore of the conflicting news I am receiving. I have just upgraded my phone. My old phone was very slow and the SIM very old so I asked to be sent a replacement SIM card. I wasn't asked for a PAC code when I ordered my replacement SIM. When I put the new SIM in my phone, I presume it'll be starting afresh and I'll have a new number and it won't have any of my data on it. So how do I transfer all my data from my old sim card onto my new one. Can anyone help? Thank you. 

I am off to Turkey in a month.  If while there i divert all my calls to my voicemail will this incur a charge when i divert a call? Also will i becharged for recieving a text message in the same sencario?

I have unlimited mins and cannot call any landlines, why not ? Mobiles are OK

I received my E SIM on an email, but I can’t download. I have an I Phone 11 and the instructions on the email do not correlate to what appears on my settings. Now my messages and phone calls don’t work.

Good morning, I’ve recently just joined id mobile, I’m on unlimited minutes and texts with 100 data, as I’ve read roaming is not covered free in USA which I’m fine with, I’d rather just use WiFi and make calls/send messages via WhatsApp using their WiFi , however is it possible to cut off being charged for anything like receiving calls and texts whilst there?

My monthly payment of £15 went out today to id mobile for unlimited data for a month.  Since I'm going away, I switched to the £6/month 4gb package.  I expected, since I already paid the £15 that I'd have a month ahead of unlimited and then the following month it would drop to 4gb. This flexibility is why I signed up with ID mobile.  But it seems I've been switched to the 4gb package immediately and that data is used up already. What happened to my month of unlimited I just paid for? Getting to talk to anyone to sort it out seems impossible so I think I'll just have to find a new provider. Support from this company is non existent.

I ordered a separate SIM without signing into my ID account. It arrived and I put it into my daughter’s phone. I then created an account for her with name, number and DOB. When it all finished it somehow was already logged into my account. So now I’ve ended up being logged into both devices on the same account but with different numbers. can someone please help me correct this?

I have recently purchased a s25 from ID. Unfortunately at the time things were going through, Vodafone couldn't supply a PAC  code to me. ID gave me a new number with the phone via e-sim, I have not yet activated it. I have now recieved the PAC from Vodafone today and was wondering if I can get it transfered to e-sim for the new phone?Any advise appreciated.

My wife swapped her number and service and phone number from Three yesterday and she’s had the confirmation the swap has happened but it’s still showing no network on the physical sim and the network provider is still Three. What do we do? We’ve tried removing the sim and reinstalling it and most suggestions offer to send a sms message so she can access it, but she can’t access sms….nut stuck and need some help

People are telling me my phone is cutting in and out of reception when I am talking to them and they are only getting half the conversation . What can I.D mobile do to fix it ?

Why is signal strength very poor especially 4/5G when out with friends in local pub they all can use data but I can’t connect at all.

I missed a payment recently because I changed banks and my direct debit didn’t transfer correctly – fair enough, that was my error.As soon as I received the ban notice, I paid the full balance immediately. That was over 24 hours ago, and yet I still don’t have access to the service.To make things worse, I’ve just received another email saying I still owe the money – even though the payment has definitely come out of my bank account.Frankly, I’m starting to question how professional this company actually is. I just upgraded my sim only plan via the ID mobile app and I’m unclear how i get/claim the £50 curry’s voucher. Do i get mail with this in it or do i need to redeem it somehow? 

Since the beginning of June 2025, iD/Three reception has been horrible here in the Finchley N3 area. To be fair, the reception was already weak, however, I could get by with decent data speeds, but now it’s just zero reception. It has been so bad that our home internet is also Three, and we have no internet at all. My second SIM card is Lebara/Vodafone, and it also has very bad reception. What’s going on? Did anything change that we lost reception all of a sudden? What can I do to avoid changing providers again?
