Hi,I live in an area with no signal most of the time. I have had no functionality of WiFi calling since yesterday morning on my ID Mobile number (physical sim) .worked perfectly before. i have an e sim on Vodafone on same phone with WiFi calling working perfectly on that in same WiFi network.i have an IPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest software. i have contacted the broadband provider and apple support at length with everything seeming fine. I have toggled Wi-Fi calling on and off multiple times. I have reset network settings multiple times. I’ve turned off the phone multiple times I’ve used aeroplane mode only.And it works perfectly with the Vodafone Sim but the ID sim when on aeroplane mode comes up with an error message saying please connect to Wi-Fi.i have been to curry’s and got a new physical sim and installed it and still not working.Seems like ID network is not recognising that I am connected to a Wi-Fi netw

I am looking a simple answer. Having already spoken to live chat and being informed it would be passed to technical, I have done some research and now have a question. Is 'charge to bill'/'mobile deposit to site' etc available on ID Mobile?  After looking into it myself it appears as though any site, game or app I try to use this on it fails, giving various errors relating to operator system or mobile provider. I am assuming this is because they all try to charge it to 3/Three rather than ID. Many thanks in advance for any helpful answers.

 I am writing this regarding the failed delivery of a phone ordered for my 89-year-old mother, a Sepsis survivor who urgently needs the device for hospital appointments, consultations, medication orders, and physiotherapy sessions. DPD has failed to deliver the phone on three separate occasions, each resulting in considerable stress and anxiety for her.Delivery Attempt 1 – Saturday 31st MayWe received a notification from DPD with a tracking number and a delivery PIN. Unfortunately, the person who answered the door was 91 years old and unfamiliar with the concept of a PIN. The delivery driver made no attempt to assist or clarify and promptly left. We spent the rest of the day on the phone and live chat with DPD, Currys, Carphone Warehouse, and iD Mobile. Only by logging into the DPD tracking system on Monday did we discover the parcel had been returned to Currys.Delivery Attempt 2 – Wednesday 4th JuneThe driver arrive

As title says, checking my eligibility for an upgrade and the date offered is 08/11/25 which seems implausible as the date is after the 24 months of my contract expires. 11th August seems correct but it would be odd for a UK based company to do this?

Dear ID mobile. Your service Is terrible.  Your signal is terrible. I can't get through to anyone.  I was talking to your robot, then a human, then they transferred me and the connection was terminated after 20 mins saying you had no agents available.Will someone call me immediately! If you can actually get through to me because your signal is just poor poor poor!!!

On Friday I got a text saying a new SIM was on its way. I contacted ID - they cancelled mine and told me to collect a new one from Currys.On Saturday I got text saying new esim was on its way. Told ID, they said they'd put special security in place. Today I got a message saying my account was being closed and my number ported put. Contacted ID but they said they couldn't do anything to stop it. Now the thieves can use my number to receive one time pass codes for my banking. The online help is useless - the agent even shared someone else's details with me by mistake. Advice please.

I’ve several different mobile numbers ringing me telling me they are from ID mobile, one of which sent me an email verification code. Offered me an upgrade and took a deposit but sent the wrong phone. Also said they will wipe my bill of £49! as it was a sim error on they’re behalf. Can someone confirm a number for ID please

Very bad signal wherever I go it's making me think to leave and go with my old network as it's a waste of money when can't use the Internet 

My husband and I recently bought iPhone 16s via iD mobile.We can not get call forwarding to work. My husband posted on here and eventually the support team spoke to him via Private Messages.Call Forwarding is now working on his phone. He was told the support team made changes. He asked if they could share the changes they made so we could do the same on my phone but was told that if I want call forwarding to work on my phone, I need to raise a separate request!I am hereby raising a request for someone to make call forwarding work on my phone ASAP as I cannot get an iD mobile signal in the majority of places I currently need one.Thank you!

My wife is currently in Morocco. She purchased a roam beyond add on before but her current bill is showing over £100. Does anyone know what may have happened? She’s trying to use the contact us link but it won’t load.

I moved adress and need to update my billing adress to match this. When I use the App I'm given a message saying that my postcode does not exist. I have tried using the website, but this doesn't even give me the option to view my billing adress for my current plan. How can I get around this?

Worst provider I’ve ever been with. Renewed my contract stupidly as the sales rep said the signal improves with the new phone antenna. Not been able to confirm this as my phone hasn’t been delivered. DPD tried once but never followed my delivery instructions to drop at my neighbours house. When I tried to rearrange a second delivery the DPD website just kept saying something has gone wrong with my parcel. Spoken to ID complaints who said call back In 6 days. Not sure why they couldn’t call me. Got back in touch today to be told from the rep I ordered through a separate company who will deal with it and my phone contract has been longer than 14 days so can’t cancel. But if the goods haven’t ever been delivered I’ don’t see how the 14 days can start to see if I’m happy with the phone?  I never leave reviews, good or bad. But if I can save one person from going with ID I’ll be a happy guy. Not sure what I’m doing about my phone as no one is helping. Currently using my old

I went through MSE to gain the £55 Amazon voucher for signing up. However, I never received the email and when I emailed Giftcloud directly they told me I wasn’t eligible ? How do I go about solving this as I’m confident I completed all the steps correctly. 

Bill payment extension please 

I requested a PAC yesterday, I get it but didn't use it, since I received my service is gone. Can't make calls, can't recive calls, no data. I have spoken to the customer service she couldn't help either. Forwarded my issue to some technical department. She said might take 48hours. Without WiFi I am not able to do anything.

I contacted sales 2 days ago to change my sim provider and opted for an eSIM. No problem so far. A QR code arrived and I downloaded the eSIM. Nowhere did it say I shouldn’t download the eSIM - in fact the message told me to do it when I received it. Two days later I receive a message saying that my transfer will be done in the evening, and that I should now download the eSIM. I eventually found the address for Customer Services but had to go through tons of questions and answers before I could actually speak to a person. All I wanted to tell them was that I had already downloaded the eSIM two days previous, and would I need to do something else. Not a complicated question, but it took more than four hours to get a satisfactory answer.   At the end it meant that they had to issue a new QR code with instructions to download it immediately. I had to enter the chat website twice before I got a satisfactory response to my original question.Has anyone else had a similar exper

I am following the instructions to activate a replacement sim.The activation is in progress and I am supposed to receive a text once it’s complete. Will that come on my new sim or old, in other words should I put the new sim in the phone now or wait for the text?

Hello im needing an extension on my bill please I got a letter this morning saying it needs to be paid with in 7 days I dont get paid till the 18th. I have been trying to get in contact with someone from ID mobile and unfortunately its not the best communication I have had So im wondering could I please pay my bill on the 18th of June please thank you 

Even though account is created with email address when clicking on upgrade it shows missing name address and email address and refuses to go through

I like to give feedback on joining ID Mobile, I am very happy & delighted to change my network provider from ----- to ID mobile, very happy with reception, monthly sim with roll over data, it's good reasonable monthly charge compared to other network provider, good friendly service with online chat but it's long wait sometime, but problem solved, it's easy to join and change over from other network , easy to follow step by step guide, & received new sim as per their instructions, it was happy experience glad I did, after receiving my sim, tried & tested my wife too joined ID mobile, same plan as mine and she is happy too .....looking forward to stay with ID mobile for years to come....thanks.

Just been asked how I’m enjoying using idmobile!!!! Had to laugh, at least I was on the hotel network and got it, I’m abroad for a month with no roaming data because it won’t work. Tried everything I can possibly think of to get it to work. Helpline have told me it’s my phone, I’m with my husband who’s got the same phone and we’ve got his working EVENTUALLY with absolutely no help from idmobile, Apple came good with a solution for his. I’ll be be ending this contract ASAP!!!

I wish wish wish ID'd offer me a way out. Ive begged them for months to allow me to cancel,  after realising that, due their policies, I had to buy a second phone, and add a second contract, if I wanted to be in touch with my sons cancer team here in England.  They admitted it was their poor policies, they agreed that their company does not offer comparable  roaming to literally ALL other phone company..The only advise they had that I buy a second hand set, and I buy a second contract with a different company, as "we are a comparatively new company and still experiencing hiccups", yet any request to reduce the cancellation fees were refused. Thanks to ID i have massive extra expenses to keep up with the cancer team, and ID will only "sincerely apologise". I'm stuck with them for another 12 months..I hope the ID team  feel.good knowing that they're making a stressful time (I dont wish on anyone having to endure their child's cancer journey) even more stres

I have today reached the end of my 24 month contract and wish to change to a sim only contract, however after repeated tries there is only one sim only contract option available for me to choose from.
