Two new agreements taken out for me and my wife, ordered on 23rd November, activated on 26th. But so many issues with activating in the first instance. Looking to exit within my 30 day cooling off period but online chat is telling me I owe £148. Finally she agreed to waive the £148 (although that should even exist in the first place). She’s sent a PAC code, but it still shows the fee!Please, can someone help me exit both mine and my wife’s contract PS: I left a comment on an old thread with the above but wasn’t sure if that was closed and thus wouldn’t get visibility, hence the new post

How do I change the number on my ID account after my number has been ported to ID?

I have a new phone, still my same number, but need to update the IMEI number against my ID Documents. Please help. 

After joining ID when i inserted  the sim I was faced with the message that my number cannot be used by facetime and imessage. I then tried an esim and this was the same. I contacted Apple support who were very helpful. They confirmed my number was not blocked at their end (which can happen if you number has been reported for spamming. They then went through everything with me. (Most of this was the solutions already posted on this forum which I had already tried to no avail). I was then told to switch imessage and facetime off in settings and leave off for a minimum of 24 hours. On switching back on both imessage and facetime 24 and a half hours later my number was instantly recognised and imessage and facetime worked perfectly. (You can use your phone in the 24 hours just without facetime and imessage).Hope this helps anyone having the same problem I had.

Since Friday evening my pone has been saying I have no Sim in my phone. I thought the system may be down so didn’t worry too much. Sam issue occurred yesterday so I sent through all of the steps I could; I took my sim out and made sure it was clean, I turned my phone off and on again; I reset my network settings; updating my iOS. Not a single thing worked, I tried my husband sim in my phone and it worked straight away  so I tried to do an ESIM to see if that would work but that couldn’t download.  can’t get through on live chat, I was booted off after 8 minutes yesterday!

Hi, I’m trying to switch over my mobile number from my mobile ID, I have the correct details but keep getting this error message? I have emailed but not getting a response, so how am I actually supposed to use my new sim if I can’t convert my number over?  it says I’ve ordered an E-Sim but then doesn’t give me a link to download it or anything and when I try to register the mobile ID, it sends a text to the mobile ID number which I dont have access to, I’m going round in circles, can anyone help? I’m very close to just cancelling

My contact with ID has ended. I’ve ordered a Sim only plan but not done this through the app. I ordered online. What do I need to do so I can keep my current number 

I have just purchased the Samsung Ultra and when trying to pair it with my phone I am getting the following error code message “E53306 Your airtime is not compatible with the Smartwatch Pairing service - Please call your contact centre”Looking on the forum I can see these types of questions were asked over a year ago, have you guys still not moved with the times???I can see other providers have this service and yes they charge a monthly fee so I’m very surprised if you haven’t, somewhat frustrating that I cannot use my watch as I wanted due to my provider not providing the service! 

I am still waiting for my £100 Curry's gift card after upgrading to a Pixel 10 Pro XL on August 31st 2025. So far iD Mobile support has sent me to Giftcloud support, who I have messaged and they said no voucher was associated with my email address. I went back to iD Mobile and they said to contact Curry's. No doubt someone at Curry's will send me back to iD Mobile…Can someone please take ownership and finally get this sorted, rather than sending me all over the place and getting nowhere?Please? For my sanity!

How can I chat to an agent?

I see many have had this issue before. For the last 4-5 days, I have not been receiving texts sent to my phone. This is blocking my ability to log in to any services (and these days there are many) that require 2FA. This used to work, but doesn’t any more.I have turned Airplane mode on/off, restarted the phone, no joy. With dozens of saved wifi passwords, etc., I am loath to reset my network settings, especially since this isn’t guaranteed to work.Given the repeated recurrence of this problem, what are ID Mobile doing to remedy the situation?

New eSIM saying 'Unable to Activate' on iPhone 12 Mini, device is not locked to a network, is on iOS18 and I've tried all the other usual stuff e.g. aeroplane mode, turning off etc. Even request an new eSIM to try it on my Google Pixel 8a which already has a working ID Mobile eSIM and still had the exact same issue - any ideas?

Anyone else in Aberdeen Scotland unable to make outgoing calls as saying Line Busy. Also cannot wt onto account or app

I'm guessing from the threads and chats that this is a major issue. It's been going on for hours!!!!! 

Can’t make any calls to anyone since last night just says user busy? What is this I’m getting so sick of this when will it be fixed . Coverage checker says everything is fine but clearly isn’t. You should update that too.

Received 2 phones and 2 sims got a welcome email for one and nothing for the other tried both sims as it would have been useful to tell me which sim was which, also entered a PAC code and only received confirmation of one switching please help

I topped up £10 thinking that I could use this to purchase an add on but again I can’t find this option I can see what add ons are available and it also gives instructions on how to purchase one which I began to follow but the add on option isn’t there in my account so I’ve topped up £10 for nothing. It’s very confusing and complicated 

The majority of calls to me go straight to voicemail. At my end, the phone doesn’t ring, and I immediately get an SMS to tell me that I have a missed call.I’ve tried dialling 61*12330# as per the advice on , but I get a ‘phone not registered on network’ message. I can, however, phone my wife’s mobile.I’ve tried the live support chat 4 or 5 times since last night but can’t get through to an agent - can somebody help, please?

Good morning,I’m having a bad experience and wondered if anyone else has experienced the same. My contract ends in Feb 2026 so I’m now in the ‘upgrade’ windows so thought I would take advantage on a black friday offer. Firstly used the app and click ‘upgrade’ phone an offer I liked but then I got a pop-up to upgrade the data for no extra cost. I click that but it added £100ish to the upfront cost. I couldn’t see a way to go back so had to scrap that and use a proper browser rather then the app.So removed item from basket, clicked ‘upgrade’ again and selected the same offer.I didn’t realise at the time that it was setting this up as a new account, even though I 100% went through ‘upgrade’ whilst being logged in. I’ve never done an upgrade before and usually switch providers at the end of my contract and request a PAC etc. I thought the process would be the same on an upgrade but without an early exit charge (which was my misunderstanding).

I ordered an upgrade. It is clearly marked on the website it should be delivered within 48 hours (Northern Ireland). I received an email within a few hours of my order stating it was complete and handed over to dpd for delivery. Over 72 hours later I am still waiting. Dpd have not issued any updates in 48 hours. I contacted id customer services via webchat, only to be told my order is not expected until 09/01/2026 as it was out of stock! Over a month from my order. When I explained I received an email stating it had been dispatched I was then told to expect it after 09/12/2025. I was also advised to contact dpd for about update. Dpd web chat is even less reliable that IDs and I was unable to speak with anyone. I called the ID sales team who explained my order was indeed dispatched and that the information I received from the agent in the webchat was simply not true. She also explained my phone should arrive tomorrow at the latest. I asked if their was any procedure for claiming comp
