In order to claim my free Chromebook I need an invoice for the S26 ultra I have purchased from ID. ID said that this would be shown under previous bills on the app - it is not there. I emailed ID but have received no reply. I do not want to lose out on this deal die to ID not providing the necessary documentation. Any advice, anyone?

I am not getting any signal at home and work are having problems ringing me can't get through until I go out and try to get a signal getting really annoying 

So the esim was initially working fine on my iphone air, then i removed it and got a new esim through email to test the esim on my old iphone 13, which failed to activate. Since then I could not get it to activate back on my iphone air. It would say it’s activating for about 10 minutes and then a message would pop up saying that the activation has failed. I have talked to 5 people on live chat and all they do is send me a new esim through my email which dont work. I cant go to a physical sim because the iphone air does not support a physical sim. I tried everything from turning on roaming, staying connected to wifi when activating, resetting network settings, and restarting the phone. Could someone please help?

ordered my upgrade but haven't heard anything since, was just wondering if there was an update as i only ordered this phone for the chromebook. I also keep getting upgrade notifications but ive already upgraded so i am confused

Hi, I was recently in South Africa and bought a 5 days data roaming bundle. I can see I have been charged 3 or 4 times for this.  I should only be charged for a 5 day and 1 day bundle. Can you please waiver the other 5 day bundles and amend my latest invoice to pay.  warm regards,Kim 

confused for my e sim, searched on Google for my mobile compatibility, says no but as per ID mobile dialled *#06# & pop with EID number means it's compatible, so is it OK for me to order e Sim?

How do I cancel the porting of my number to IDmobile. It’s still with my previous company and I’ve asked them to keep it. I don’t want to go to ID after reading reviews of people losing their numbers. I can’t lose this number as I have someone who depends on it so I don’t want to take the chance.

Attempted to upgrade my phone, can’t use the ID app as it simply won’t progress past the payment portal. So in went online. Got through the process. Even entered credit card details - then nothing - the page just kicked me out, all the way out, had to log back in. No trace if an upgrade nor payment processed. I’ve read online this happens often. And I’m best reporting it because ID may charge me twice because the payment might still being processed??? Can someone explain please how I can confirm if this upgrade went through or not. Checked banking app for and nothing after 15 mins?

why doesn’t my call connect to 1 particular number from my contacts & it isn’t an international or premium number BUT they can call & connect to my number?? Frustrating doesn’t come close !!!  

I recently changed over from EE to IDMobile. I did my phone number switch over when the SIM card arrived, with my old phone number becoming primary and the temporary number becoming secondary. For the most part the primary number works fine for phone iMessage and WhatsApp but when I call an IDmobile number the primary doesn’t work and I have to switch to secondary which is not ideal. How do I resolve this 

This has to be the worst Service I’ve ever experienced!!After many many years of being a loyal customer; once they had called me into a long-term contract, I can’t back out Of without penalty, that’s when the Service gets dreadful and there’s no one who will speak to me about it either online or on the phoneIs there any way I can back out of this stupid contract or at least stop it from re-enacting without them Also hurting my credit rating as well?

How come i couldn't use the help hub with my existing iD log in details, but had to create a separate one, which isn't made clear. my password wasn't recognised so eventually I opted for 'forgot password' so I could enter the competition, waited for the reset email which never came!! now ive created a separate log in for the Help hub, the competition is closed aaah! I had the winning answer too.

I've just checked on the status checker for my area and its saying their some issues with the network however it doesn't say what and how long for. Would somebody be able to give me some more info please? Thanks.  

Hi, I have been id mobile for over 3 years on two different devices. I usually get 100gb but over last few months it has recently being getting used but a lot more than normal. I use to have over 20gb left at the end of the month. Now 100gb get used in 15 days even on 4g.this is not a good service. I have an iPhone for my work phone which has th same plan with someone else (EE) we never use no where near this and we are on this phone more. could someone check this and sort this issue out or at least tell me where I’m using all my internet and why? thanks,
