Chat is way too slow. Spent 2 hours and got nowhere.I’m trying to upgrade as my contract runs out in 2 months but for some reason I’m failing security checks. Online chat is just a pure joke. No number to speak to anyone so I’m forced to go back to Vodafone. 

I’ve been searching in vain for information about which partner network(s) ID uses in each country.  All questions about roaming generate multiple answers concerning how to enable roaming, how much it will cost and what packages are available to control costs, but very little about which networks are going to be used in the destination country.This matters because in remote or mountainous areas, not all networks that operate in the country are likely to have coverage.  I have encountered this in the Austrian Tirol for example.  So before going abroad I want to know which partner network I am likely to connect to and look up the coverage map to assure myself that it will work.Does anyone know where a table of partner networks by country is available, both for ID and for any other operator from whom I might buy a PAYG ESIM?

I'm struggling to understand where information about incurred costs can be viewed. I've started using out of plan data, despite not seeming to have used enough data to hit the roaming limit of 30gb.I'm currently in Austria, having been through France/Switzerland over the last few days. I am not in danger of hitting the number of days abroad limit. I have not manually selected any networks.My phone reports only using 13.8gb data roaming.My  billing period is from the 23rd of each month. I got a message on the 24th saying I've used 80% of my bill cap, so clearly the charges are in this new billing period. As I have hit my spend cap, I now no longer have access to data unless I raise it.I have 98GB data in total left including carry over. How can I work out why I've been charged? What are my options for obtaining more roaming data, seeing as I don't think I've used my cap?

I selected the option to purchase an add on to my phone but turns out I don’t need it. I can’t see any option on my account to cancel it. Can anyone help?

I was looking to upgrade to an iPhone 16pro, but I'm a Sim only customer, which means that apparently I can't get the phone I want. Is that the case? I genuinely had no issues with ID,  so it seems like a shame 

My phone will become useless when the 3G network is totally swithed off by the end of 2025. My contract expires April 2026. Why should I have to pay my bill when ID cannot provide a service

No data since the 20th of May 2025.Tried the useless chat facility, quite seriously spend nearly 9 hours ! across many days trying to get some answers.Raised formal complaint and then received a call back from someone in the UK. Told within minutes that there is a local cell down. for SEVEN DAYS ? highly unlikely. Hi there can anybody give me clarification on these sim only price locked deals? 300gb of data, 24 month deal at £14 pm with no price increase for the duration of the termTerms and conditions state that the sim only plans are not affected by price increases, only applies to handset deals.When you order the deal it states at the bottom that it is infact subject to annual price increases? Spoke to a live chat advisor who said there are no such thing as price locked sim only deals, and all deals are subject to the price rise. I asked how they could advertise 'price locked' deals if they wasnt actaully that? My signal was showing 4G 2-3 bars all day, and according to iD mobile’s coverage map Oxford is fine for 4G and even 5G. Yet I visited there last week with my wife (also on iD mobile) and neither of us could access anything via the internet (data calls, Google maps, internet browsing, YouTube etc). We had no problems calling each other with normal calls.  This is a pretty big red flag. Any reason why this may be the case and anything we can do about it?

Hello, I'm not receiving text messages from Nationwide building society specifically the one-time passcode to log into their banking app. I have spoken to Nationwide and they logged an IT incident. On investigation the IT department found that the text messages were being sent to my phone, however they were not getting the ping back to say it had been delivered.Please help  

Well, it's time to upgrade! It's more expensive a month to upgrade than it is to be a new customer, the fact that YOUR a loyal customer a customer that wants to stay with you, doesn't enter into it. When you call and speak to a sales representative "George" and discuss this issue, he says that because your keeping your number you get charged, of course they want NEW Business so look after them but not concerned with loyal customers staying, no benefit at all. The lovely George when I asked for the complaint process decided to end my call!!!! NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER OUTCOME/JOURNEY/EXPERIENCE will not be referring a friend 

My second trip to India where I have bought a Roam Beyond add on.The first time (last year) the roaming did not work and I spent all week with someone supporting me through these pages trying to get it to work without successI’ve just returned from a second trip - Spent £30 on a Roam Beyond roaming data add on.  Guess what?  It didn’t workI tried manually selecting different operators, checking phone settings, rebooting the phone…  No joy.So my message to anyone else with ID is don’t even bother trying the Roam Beyond add on in IndiaHow can ID sell these add ons when they do not work.  IT’S A SCAMI am in the process of raising a complaint.
