I took out a phone contract with ID mobile 2 years ago, ID don’t allow you to renew your contract early so 1 month before it was due to expire i took out a new contract with them. My old contract has now expired and i am wanting to change my phone number on the new contract to the old number, is this possible and if so how do i go about doing this please?Thanks

I am in US and have contacted customer service to get access to my paid add on roaming. It doesn't work.

Apparently since May 2025 the APN settings have changed ?This has been caused by the merger with vodaphone. Chatting with support they are apparently not allowed to give out the new APN settings.This cant be true, does anyone know the correct APN setting as the regular ones are not currently allowing a data connection to function.

Hi All,  I am now due a phone upgrade but all it is offering are iphones no androids. Has this happened to anyone else?I am not an iphone user so they dont interest me, starting to think if there are no android offers then I may as well go sim only and keep the phone I have.Would be interested to see if anyone else is having this issue. 

I had recently brought a phone from Id mobiles and returned it as was smaller then Expected i then had to pay for it to be returned back and then now being charged for a sim i did not use or activate still In the original box. Our contracts (2) are pay monthly and get half cost back after 7months. We have sent the needed info to the address by registered post and know it arrived. We are due to send our next lot of bills. We have not had any money back from the first lot of bills. What do we do. There are no contact details except the address. 

my replacement sim was collected from curry's and will not activate in samsung s20 phone.It's sends a code which doesnt arrive because obviously I'm not connected... saying it may take a few minutes to arrive, meanwhile a timer starts counting with a 90 second cut off!I'm sick of the success! Message which appears no matter which way around I go.The live chat sent me down the same path, offering a method if inputting a sim code but again out of reach ending with success!!! We've sent you a code you cant receive…Yesterday had to put a payg sim in which worked without any messing, it just worked, well done EE!Today I put the ID sim on restarted phone and uninstall app etc still no joy. Same Success! Loop which I've seen 30 times now.I cant wait for Monday when I will bin this id garbage and join a proper network, I've paid a month already and not even connected its the worst experience ever.There's no need to have people jumping through

I have two numbers with ID Mobile. Both accessed via the same login account. I have recently changed banks, so have updated a number of Direct Debit instructions with a wide range of organisations. I have done this in the app with ID Mobile, and my new account details are showing correctly in the app. I did this mid-January. However, unlike every other organisation, ID Mobile has not yet submitted my instruction to my bank. As a result, the Direct Debit is not showing as active with my new bank, and still active with my old bank. I am concerned that the payment which is due mid-February, will either be taken from my old account (which has a zero balance) or that the DD will not be taken at all. I would be grateful if someone from ID Mobile could look at the account and update me with what is happening, and reassure me that the funds will be taken from the correct account as per my instruction, which was submitted in good time (well before th

Hi All,I have switched to iD Mobile and ported my number.  All has gone well for me.  However one thing in the iPhone settings, under mobile service it still lists the temporary phone number iD Mobile gave me on signup it has not switched to the number I ported.  It appears you can manually change the number but the save does not work.  I have restarted the phone but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas?many thanks,Paul

I have some strange activity on phone with battery,  Data & WiFi usage1: Extremely high usage2: APPs that should be disabled still bleeding me dry3: Battery drains fast & extremely slow to replenish4: Work accounts, Captive portal, many Overlays, Random DNS5: WiFi connects to Data, even when all disabled and many miles from home6: In Data, I add name and it then applies the last 4* digits of my phone number (E.G. IssuesForMe 2884) and I can't remove the 2884.  Google tells me this is some config setup to do with WiFi / Network accounts...  I am lost with all this but someone is at it and resetting phone daily etc.  losing photos etc.  could be flatmate as WiFi etc all in open space  Any help appreciated   

So, my contract is nearly up and the offers on the app is worse then what's being advertised. I finally found the chat to us and spoke to a customer service advisor. I uploaded screenshots of deal for the S25 from moneysavingexpert and asked for that.  I was told basically tough luck it's not our website and got offered a higher priced deal and they cant change it because its not ID. I've been a loyal customer for years which doesnt seem to matter, even with a signal that's sporadic. My point being that the offer takes to me the ID website! and it's your basket, your company I'm paying and I can't get the better deal? how's that work?? I'm not purchasing on their website it's YOUR website I'm paying for it on, it's your basket it's in. so the takeaway I'm getting is if your a loyal customer for years it doesn't matter one inch and tough luck. the customer service person and I use that term losely was rude and condescending. You offer that deal in conjunct

Hi there. I have moved to ID from EE (more than 14 days ago so well past the point of the return window). I have had nothing but trouble with signal. I popped into Curry's to speak with someone and they gave me a new sim to try. This sim has activated and still having the problem. Also tried the sim in another phone, still having signal issues. Looking at the ID coverage checker all looks OK but not in reality. I cant make calls without it being patchy and the Internet is non existent without either hotspotting to my husbands phone while we are out anywhere or desperately finding WiFi! It's terrible. I'm in Cornwall where, admittedly there are a lot of rural black holes, but we do have 4G and 5G down here now!  Please help. I'm paying over £40 a month for a phone I can barely use! 

I have found a cheaper deal for an upgrade with ID through a comparison site than I am being offered through my upgrade portal. Can you match the deal?
