I recently changed from o2 to ID and took my old number with me. The number has been disconnected from o2 for over 24 hours but still isn’t working with ID. I can’t access live chat, can’t find a phone number to call and every piece of information I can find on this site is absolutely useless! I cannot receive calls or text messages and can’t even set up and ID account as it says my details do not match your records. This is a really horrible first time experience with a new network because it’s actually impossible to get some bloody help!

Hello I’m a victim of fraud, I have been sent a letter saying I need to pay your £29.99 and I have never made an account with ID MOBILE the account number is { REMOVED } this is not my account I don’t know how my name and address is on it. my phone number is { REMOVED } email is { REMOVED }My Crime reference number is NFRC250507380654 I can’t stress this enough this is not me and I can prove it is not as I never made a payment   

I am happy occasionally to enter a competition with a premium text but you have a habit of blocking it and still Charging me. How can you justify that? I will not renew in October as I don’t take kindly to being controlled. Many ThanksMarion von Kobylinski. 

Hi,I recently upgraded my contract in store with curry's, I have all paper work related. But I am not sure when the contract change will happen. As I can see it's still showing as my current contract on the mobile app

My contract is due to finish in the next couple of days however it states I am still unable to view upgrade options.  please would it be possible to discuss this with somebody?i would like to see what my options are and also like clarification to ensure this does not automatically renew regardless?  In would appreciate guidance with this as soon as possible.  Kind regards  J Blackburne

My service with ID is horrendous, basically paying for something I can't use due to extremely poor signal. I cant afford to pay the fee to end service early. Does anyone know a way I can transfer my current mobile number to a new provider but still make monthly payments to ID until contract ends. When I request pac code ID are automatically charging me a lump sum and not letting me continue to pay monthly

Hello,I did some research on iD mobile, and read here, here and here that call forwarding/divert is supported. So I signed up today! However, I cannot get call forwarding to work at all.I am using a Google Pixel 6a, with this month’s software update. I am using an iD mobile eSim. WiFi calling is working, and I have setup voicemail. I can make and receive calls OK, and get 4G/LTE coverage at my location.I’m trying to enable call divert by:

Help.A while ago I experienced issues with my mobile phone ‘IIIF150 Raptor’ - this isn’t on the iD Mobile compatibility list. Despite my old Three PAYGO SIM working fine (same network?) on both VoLTE and VoWifi.See: I wasn’t too worried at the time as I rarely made / received calls. Problem is that now I have been diagnosed with cancer (Lymphoma cancer and bowel cancer - 2 separate cancers how lucky?) and am now receiving chemo and soon surgery.I now need to keep in contact with consultants, doctors, and Macmillan nurses. I can't access my final bill so I can claim the termination charges back with my new provider. I've used the PAC code iD provided me to transfer my number to my new provider, so can no longer pull my old account up as this number is no longer associated with iD. How do I even contact this ridiculous company as there is no email address or contact numbers that I can see. I've had around £95 go out of my bank account and have no access to my bill to even verify it's a correct amount. 

Ive been charged £35 per month when it should be £10?

I ordered a phone and 24 month contract last Thursday. I entered my billing details (home address) and delivery details (work address).  I got a notification on Saturday that my order was being delivered, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and received a subsequent email from DPD with the pin code. I then noticed that it was being sent to my billing address and not the delivery address as requested. I wasn't home on Saturday as I was away for the weekend but I notified my husband and gave him the pin. He said he had to go out at midday but would collect it if he was home.When midday arrived and he wasn't home I checked on the delivery and it said my delivery was number 165 and the driver was on number 40.So I rescheduled the delivery and paid DPD £4.99 to deliver on Tuesday between 12 and 6pm, when I  knew that someone would be home to collect it. DPD still attempted to deliver the parcel and asked a resident in another flat for the pin code. Hi, I live chatted with a sales rep yesterday and bought a new SIM only plan with a new phone number. I cancelled my existing SIM only plan and phone number. The rep sent me a link via the chat to the desired new plan so I could complete my purchase. During the purchase process I inputted my direct debit bank details. It also asked to pay to pay £0.01 with my debit card to authenticate the sale. The rep asked for the order number once completed. Is this legit standard practice for all sales? I'm also curious to know why my new plan wasn't simply added to my existing account. Now the new number has a new, separate account number. I guess my concern is a security and/or fraud issue I'm just worried about the legitimacy of the transaction as I don't remember doing this for my old plan. So I’m looking at moving away from ID mobile (nothing wrong with the service though) - i had an email saying if i cancel after 27/05 there’s no cancellation fee, but i’d be looking to transfer my phone number over with me. I know i need a PAC code, but i was wondering what i would be charged on my next bill if im not using the full month, if the month just gone was my last contracted month, or if this next month is.I basically want to know whether or not ive still got another full bill to pay or not, and i can’t seem to find a straight answer anywhere and the chatbot isnt much help as it just directs me to get a PAC code, which i know i need, but i would like to know what bill I’d be facing when i move before i do it.Any help figuring this out is much appreciated.
