I need to pay a Bill that the ESIM card and number is not being used however the new phone is, I can’t pay online as the number is not set up ? How do I pay my outstanding bill 

I am in the process of moving to another network as my contract was coming up for renewal. When I requested what the the final bill would be on the 19th May, it was £42.09. I checked online again this morning and now it's saying it's £72.12. How has it gone up?

Hi I just paid my bill and I haven’t been reconnected 

My phone is a s24 got it online from I'd it does not charge all the time . When under 15 percent it won't charge i have used cable I got it is inconsistent.  I have used other cables . 

The phone I have bought from you is not charging anymore. I had an issue with this after a few days of buying the phone and fixed this. The issue had now come back again. It is not the chargers as they work on my brothers phone (same model iPhone). I am not going in to my local curry’s as I will have to be paying for a repair when it is not something that I have caused to be repaired. This is clearly an issue that happens often with idmobile as there is other questions/ reviews stating this. Can I have an exchange phone

Hi, I am stuck!! I requested a pac code to move over to ID mobile, I can’t remember if I submitted this when I placed order but anyway my number switched the following day from setting phone up.  The issue is that when I am trying to login to ID mobile app it is not registering my number from previous network but does recognise new mobile number issued by ID mobile??  I have contacted my previous provider to ask whether the pac code has been used and they can only tell me it was issued!  I don’t understand how I am using ID mobile network in my new phone with my old number if it has not been ported over.  I am concerned that my contract with previous provider will continue to run until they get notification that OAC code has been used.  

Hi, I've been I'd sim only customer with yourself last 9 yrs out of contract. I wanted to go with mobile.co.uk to take out unlimited usage for another 2yrs but will I be able to keep my existing number, it says on they're website to click here for existing customer sim upgrades so will my phone number be retained. Because what I've read is if I go with anyone else other than upgrading through this site that I will loose my number, and they're saying I would have to go to another network for a month then come back to I'd with a different email address to keep my existing number and set it back up again. Seems so confusing just to keep my existing number with the same network. Thanks  

Hi, so I’m trying to upgrade my phone (contract ends at the end of may), I’ve been cleared to upgrade though the ID mobile app, however looking on the Carphone warehouse their deals are better, it lets us place the order etc. then get an email & txt saying “To complete your order we need to clarify information you have provided on your order. Once we have confirmed this we will be able to proceed with your order.” Then to call a number. We did this but the person on the phone didn’t have any idea. Ans was advised to wait till my contract ends.We left it. We’ve just tried to upgrade again and the  same thing has happened again, my dad is going to call tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And when we call to discus like the email says no one knows why. thanks so 

Ported number from 3 to idMobile 2 days ago and now cannot make or receive calls. Have done all troubleshooting suggested in previous threads (network reset, toggle WiFi calling, volte etc) Phone has 5 bars and shows LTE connection.  Have tried from several masts. Samsung galaxy S10+ SM-G975U

I’ve switched two numbers over to ID and got a new ID SIM for my daughter (who previously did not have a phone).Data & texts are fine on all three.. however, calling is an issue. I cannot make outgoing calls, nor receive them across all three devices.I’ve got a work phone which has successfully made calls to one of the three new numbers, but it is not consistent, and usually fails. Calls from all three numbers cannot be made on my work phone, or in-between each other.The support chat-bot just sends me round in circles regarding the 3G switch off and sending me to a support page which has a number of steps to make this work,… but it doesn’t.Does anyone know how to get this working or should I be very thankful I’m in a one month contract?

I spoke to id mobile and carphone warehouse and mobile despite the upgrade being available upon loading the id app and even after the sales agent tried to fix it by keeping the monthly payment 20.00 and attempting to pay upfront costs still not allowing me to process the upgrade. Really disappointed as I was getting eligible upgrade notification constantly and every one i have checked with multiple times told me upgrade and don’t worry upgrade is not going to credit check me again but using the same account yet security keeps failing unbelievable 

Hello, I am getting an email from no-reply@idmobile.co.uk about  an outstanding balance on your iD Mobile account. There is no information about the number or account reference. Last time it did forward to a debt collection company. As I am not aware of this account how I will be able to gather more information about and to terminate this annoyance

I need the cheapest plan because I've left uk and now reside in canada...any idea how to switch to that? 

I understand you get these posts all the time but ive been through previous posts and cannot seem to find an answer for this, my signal strength is at one bar and my data is none existent since being on i.d mobile rolling month contract for a few months now,I know the postcode checker is estimated only but really? Ive included what I was shown on the area checker today and an average speed test, taken with a Poco X3 pro with no previous problems on my last network "Vodafone", any help would be very much appreciated

Hello I haven’t been able to have any network connection both outside and inside on the BH8 area Bournemouth, please can someone help anytime I start a live chat it closes as soon as I’m connected to an agent. I have done all the usual check switches on and off taken sim out etc but no connection at all no calls data or text services seem to be working , luckily I work from home so just using the WiFi but I really need it for when I go out! Help!

My bill is inexplicably almost double for the last payment period with no extra charges incurred. ID mobile have offered no explanation for this and have charged my account regardless. How do I raise issue with this and have a review of my transactions?
