My phone isn't connecting to new broadband.  The tv's are connected and all good,but my provider said to ring my phone provider as my be a fault.

Hi I have not received my sim with my phone ? I asked you to send me one its a week now with out any old phone connection or new phone. Can you confirm you have sent a sim card ...  by recorded delivery

A couple of days ago noticed both mine and my wife’s iPhones SE were no longer showing ‘wifi calling’ on screen and not able to make it receive calls through wifi calling.  Tried rebooting phone, toggling wifi calling in settings and restarting BT router.  No change.  Suggestions welcomed.  As both phones have stopped working at the same time suspect there is a common cause

I switched to iDmobile several weeks ago, opting to keep my old number and even though I have rebooted the phone a number of times, plus put the sim card into both sim slots, the result is the same, meaning the phone doesn’t ring and I can’t receive calls.My phone is a Samsung A70, so relatively old but it was working find before.The old sim (with EE) was in sim 2, but this doesn’t work in either sim 1 or sim 2. “iD” shows up against the sim, so I assume the sim is ok and recognised, just the phone number is not linked.I can send and receive texts, but when I send the recipient doesn’t see a phone number. I can receive texts to my number ok.Going into the phone settings, About Phone, Status Information and SIM Card Status, this shows:Service State - In Service Mobile Network State - DisconnectedHope this sheds a bit more light on the problem.Please can you advise the best way to resolve this.

Hi i have paid my balance today but my contact number is not working

I tried enabling data roaming and also extra roaming minutes from India so I expected that SMS from my Indian bank (State Bank Of India) containing my OTP should be received. This is needed to register my sim from iD mobile on to my State bank of India account.  I keep getting messages from iD mobile saying that charges would be incurred for roaming but still don’t receive the SMS. Please advice how I can enable this SMS being received from India. This is very important for me as I never had this problem previously with 3 Mobile

I will travel to EU for the next 6-12 months and while I will be having a different phone number for local purposes I need to keep my UK number active for this duration only for the purposes of receiving calls and texts. Almost every single account I have online has my number tied to it and then there’s everyone else in the UK that will contact me on my UK number . I plan on using an eSIM so that I don’t carry 2 phones with me all day. Is this possible ? Do I need to be in a specific plan, will pay as you go work ? I plan on porting my number to iD Mobile and not sure what to choose. 

I will be visiting Canada and the USA shortly and was wondering whether I could pay once for the data in each country or would I need to buy individual packages for each country. The holiday starts in Canada and we then cruise into Canadian and US ports and then finish off back in Canada.

I am eligible for an upgrade but only seeing apple phones. I use Samsung. Why are my options so limited?

I have been with ID mobile for many years without any issues. For the first time last month I used up all my data allowance. When the data renewed I no longer have mobile data in any location. I have tried everything, resetting data, resetting phone, try sim in another phone and all the suggestions given to me by the chatbot but nothing works. Can anyone help please?

Hello there I just got a contract with ID with new phone and data and is the first month  and I’m seeing that even if I have full bars on 4g I don’t connect to internet . And even when it connect in other places that is 3-4 bars is so slow . Can anyone help me with this issue . Many thanks . 

On Friday they texted to say my new SIM was on it's way. I contacted them to say I hadn't ordered one - they said they sorted it.  On Saturday a text said my esim was on its way. I told them and they said they would put red flags on my account and not to worry. Monday I got a text saying they were porting my number to a new account. I begged them not to but they said there was nothing they could do. Then I got texts welcoming me to Vodafone. Vodafone said it's was IDs fault and they had to get it back. OD said it would take 24 hours. Three days later thieves have used it to receive passcodes allowing them to access all of my bank accounts and cash ISA's. I just contacted live chat again, they have done nothing to sort it. You can actually phone my old number and speak to the thieves. The worst week of my life. On their chat just now I said my life was in ruins and I was having suicidal thoughts. She said the complaints team would be in touch within three days. Please share this on s

They transferred my number to someone in Nigeria who is using it to access my online accounts. Their help centre is also based in Africa. During a live chat they shared someone else's personal details with me. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.

Last year my wife and I bought a pixel 8 and contract each from iD mobile.We are both experiencing very poor performance using when trying to make or receive calls using the iD mobile sim.By far the worse is receiving calls. Quite often the phone itself rings, but when we answer the call there is just silence the other end.  On a number of occasions we have waited for important phone calls and when we answered the call couldn’t speak to the person on the other end. We thought maybe it was the ‘wifi calling’ option that was the problem, but disabling that has not helped.When trying to make calls, we have noticed a huge lag in entering the phone number and the call being connected. I’m talking 10s or more. Then when the call does connect the person on the other end can often not make out what we are saying as the call quality is so poor.We now have a 2nd sim in our phones with another provider as it is the only way we can reliably make and receive calls wit

My 2 year contract is just ended. Last week i had an email from id saying I can stay on the same plan for £0. Today a billing email for the usually monthly contract amount arrived. Neither makes sense. How do I pay for sim only?  

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 mini. Trying to setup call forwarding. I tried the built-in feature in settings, but every time I leave the page, the number disappears and it becomes disabled again. Please can you help/ potentially set up the call forwarding for me?Thanks

I was due to be switched to ID mobile from Giffgaff by 10pm last night.  Nothing has happened and, despite several live chats during the day yesterday, I’m still waiting.  I realised that I needed an eSIM, not a physical one, after the SIM arrived but can’t do anything about requesting a QR code for that as I can’t get into the app - because I can’t confirm my membership with the one-off code texted to the phone which doesn’t yet have signal.  It’s a vicious circle which is hugely frustrating.  The most worrying thing, though, is that without a functioning mobile signal I can’t be in touch with my 91 year-old mother.  Is there any way to get to the bottom of this and get my number back?

I had a telephone call this morning from one of your colleagues saying that my iPhone 13 would be delivered on 19th June 2025. I had another telephone call this afternoon, from another one of your colleagues, saying that I had to re-order my phone before it would be delivered!! Could you please tell me if my order has gone through & whether or not it is going to be delivered? I have just upgraded my phone. My old phone was very slow and the SIM very old so I asked to be sent a replacement SIM card. I wasn't asked for a PAC code when I ordered my replacement SIM. When I put the new SIM in my phone, I presume it'll be starting afresh and I'll have a new number and it won't have any of my data on it. So how do I transfer all my data from my old sim card onto my new one. Can anyone help? Thank you. 

I am off to Turkey in a month.  If while there i divert all my calls to my voicemail will this incur a charge when i divert a call? Also will i becharged for recieving a text message in the same sencario?

I received my E SIM on an email, but I can’t download. I have an I Phone 11 and the instructions on the email do not correlate to what appears on my settings. Now my messages and phone calls don’t work.

Good morning, I’ve recently just joined id mobile, I’m on unlimited minutes and texts with 100 data, as I’ve read roaming is not covered free in USA which I’m fine with, I’d rather just use WiFi and make calls/send messages via WhatsApp using their WiFi , however is it possible to cut off being charged for anything like receiving calls and texts whilst there?
