Please advise why my last bill and my next bill is more than my my account bill of £20.99 last month was £33 and next bill is £23.00

I have a phone contract with id mobile it is due to finish.  I would like to change to a sim only contract with id mobile.  Would I keep my original phone number?  Thanks

I've just renewed my sim only contract going from a monthly rolling to 24 months. Same sim as before but now I keep getting no service? 

I have recenty change from O2 and sent PAC code and transaction ID as requested to bring old number. It was meant to happen last Thurday( 15th May ), but still nothing. How do I find out whats happening?

Please could I have somebody contact me regarding my issue. I got my phone on contract 19/05/25 and it said in my contract I would get unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 100gb of data for 26.99 a month. I've logged into my ID Mobile app and it's completely different, on my app it says unlimited calls, texts and data? But then again when I look at my first bill coming out, it changes on there too. On my bill it says unlimited calls and texts but for my data it says 102,400mb?? Why am I getting 3 separate data things? Which one is it? I took the contract out thinking everything is going to be OK but then I'm scared and don't want to use it as I don't want to incur extra charges because I'm getting 3 different data things on my app, my first bill and my contract? Do I just contact Carphone Warehouse who I went through or is there somebody here who can actually help me as if I don't get clarification I will just cancel my contract.

I have just had a notification that I owe money, but I do not understand how this can be the case. I have a direct debit set up, the account has plenty of funds available, yet I get a quite threatening message from ID Mobile about paying immediately or they'll instruct debt collectors etc. Why have you not taken the direct debit? I've haven't received a message from my bank about a failed direct debit request. I can make a manual payment but would like to know what has happened to ensure the same doesn't happen again. I do not appreciate the tone of the messages received when I haven't done anything wrong.

When talking to people I constantly hear my voice echoing andthe people I talk to hear their voices too.

With my bill cap set to zero ( £0)  does this also prevent MMS texts from being sent / charged  by accident. ?   Ie. Does a £0 bill cap prevent ANY additional charges outside of the agreed plan. ?    Thanks for any info.   

Hello. I have upgraded and as I wait for my new phone to arrive, my current phone has lost all connection. No data, no calls, no messages. I use my phone data as a hotspot for other internet use in my house so I am currently entirely unconnected. This also means I cannot make any contact with the courier about the delivery of my new phone. They will call me/message me to arrange and I will miss these attempts. Furthermore, I have no way of making/recieving calls for my work. It really is a difficult situation through no fault of my own. I have read the advice on this thread which advises to use the new eSim on current phone until new phone arrives. I haven't got an eSim QR to scan though.  So I am with no connection and no idea when/if my new phone will arrive. I really need some help. Thank you.

I have 1 account with 3 devices/numbers. Can the app be used individually so each person can see also only their account and allowance? 

I got charged extra £2.30 when i spoke tosomeone they told me that i have changed my direct debit date, ( which i never did ) that person said from the 26th to 27th of month.  Why would i change one day.  The suspicious thing is the money never went on those day but it went on the original day which was 14th. I know times are hard why are they taking money just like that. I cant cancel contract because its too late

Hi,I think I messed up.I have a new IDmobile Sim which is for my new Tablet so it needs a new plan.I followed the link to register it and selected the “I have an IDmobile Account” option.I entered the new sim number and clicked OK.But I don’t have a new option on my account.Help me if you can.Regards,Paul

Everything else is fine but I’m unable to make calls to landline numbers with my mobile. What is going on?

Don’t go anywhere near this company.The customer service chat line is a joke they just disappear mid sentence. I have had a contract for a eSIM with them for a few weeks. Initially ok then problems with voicemail. Then even with voicemail turned off if people rang me me it would ring a few times and say to caller incorrect number, even though my iPhone 15 recognised the caller. Then today I was told to install a new eSIM I did this and received a text saying it’s was activated and ready to go. No it hasn’t worked and now I have no mobile. My daughter is pregnant and I rely on my mobile for contact. ID I want a pac code and a refund and for you to terminate my contract.So I have to wait 3 days with no mobile while complaints investigate, absolute joke.

People call me, the phone doesn’t ring and the caller later tells me that it went straight to voicemail.Happens regularly, probably about 40% of calls - although there is actually no way to know precisely how many calls I miss!Read several similar topics on here, none of which had a proper solution (people giving up is not a solution).  Coverage area supposed to be good for 4G (BN7).Phone is an iPhone 13 with latest software.  help please 

My phone arrived Saturday. Entered my PAC code when I bought the phone but my old number hasn't moved across 

I know this is a common problem, but the issue is it never seems to be answered. Before replying making suggestions, I have tried every one of the suggested methods. None work. It was fine up until a couple of days ago. Now zero. Neither at home or elsewhere. The chat function is useless. I waited 40 mins for the rep to reply then nothing. Any ideas? 

My account details are not matching, I don’t know why I am putting the correct information. I just switched to ID mobile network from O2 network. 

I’ve received my PAC number and entered it along with the other required details, submitting everything as requested. However, I received an error message indicating there’s an issue with the information I provided. I don’t understand what the problem is, as I’ve double-checked everything and confirmed that all the details are correct. I even tried submitting the form from my computer instead of my phone, but the same error still appears.
