Hi, I received a returns label from Carphone Warehouse and returned my phone to them as it was within the 14 days cool off period. It was delivered to them on 15th May. Will the let ID Mobile know so the contract gets cancelled or do I need to inform ID Mobile. Thx.

Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to port my existing and in use number to a new contract in six months time? I know this can be read and understood in a few ways so let me try to explain below: I am an ID customer with a contract ending in six months time. Lets call this ‘contract A’I want to change my phone as I’m a little fed up with what I have at the moment.I’ve seen a suitable deal that I want to take out, also with ID mobile. I’ll call this ‘contract B’My plan is to take out contract B with it’s new handset, but still use my sim from contract A. In six months time, when contract A comes to an end, I’d like to port my number to contract B. I’m aware I’ll have to port to another network first before porting back to ID.Is this possible or is there a time limit from when the new contract starts to be able to port?

I have noticed over the past few months that although there is a good phone signal in the Keswick area there is no data (claims to be 4G). This appears to be whether you are on the north side or centre, you only get data when you get to the top of Nest Brow when you pick up the signal from Penrith.

Hello, I have received a Currys gift card with my SIM which should have £50 but it is not activated. I cannot use it at Currys and the balance checker says “something has gone wrong”. I can see this is a common problem for other IDMobile customers. Please can this be resolved. Thanks

Hi Matt hooe you can really help me I can’t make phone calls and I’m really struggling this is now affecting my professional work and day to day to work also now it is leading to stress me affecting my mental health. I have contacted Apple to check my phone and it all seems good further the phone and the package was sold by ID and was assured that it is all volte enabled etc this is now becoming a real issue and will will need escalation I will have to really contact consumer rights as I’m trying all my best I’m really struggling right now with a phone package and the phone sold to me by you and paying £50 a month  thanks and any help would be appreciated  

I purchased a one-month SIM-only contract on April 25th.My goal was to use it for just one month, planning to stop using them on May 24th.Should I cancel the plan today (considering there's a 30-day notice period, but would I still need to pay for another month)?OrShould I wait to cancel these SIM cards until May 24th?" My husbands account appears to have been hacked, he got an email around 5.30 advising a new sim has been issued He can no longer make or receive calls or texts He can no longer log into his account If he tries to raise it through the chat They send verification codes by text which are going to the number he has lost Someone did answer the number when called but was evasive No phone numbers work for id mobile after a certain time We even went into the store that the account was set up in and they can't do anything I have logged it as lost!stolen but this is extremely poor service that we can't get the account recovered outside working hours when there is fraudulent activity occurring 

I moved into my new flat on the 18th of February, and can’t make any calls. Usually, they can’t hear me, but sometimes I can’t hear them. I get my broadband supply from Vodafone, and they basically said it’s not their problem. I phoned ID, and he said that he can’t do anything about it, and contact the “authorities”. (I’m not sure what he meant by that.) He said it was a reception problem, and that I’d be compensated - but only after it’s sorted out. On the service checker (or whatever it’s called), it says I should be getting a reception. I’ve tried moving around the flat, opening windows, etc. 

Hello, recently upgraded my sim from a 70gb £10 plan to a 120gb for the same price. Checking in the app and on the website it shows 1.5gb plan and in the usage part it says 240gb/1.5gb just wondering why it doesn’t show 240gb/120gb and also why the plan is 1.5gb. My dad also upgraded and he’s seeing exactly the same thing. 

More than a week later and I still cannot make calls - have tried everything been on a chat call twice to no avail - advised I was considering moving back to old provider and was told thanks could you leave me feedback!

When I log in and try to upgrade it says it’s too early to upgrade and that I can only upgrade from February 2025?!

I’m new to id mobile, everything was good first week excellent data coverage and good phone signal but now I keep losing signal while on a call and no app work unless I have 5G only. 4G coverage seems to have disappeared. im not happy and glad my contact is a month long and I can look for another sim company  

Yr not alone, I’ve been trying for more than a wk now. move contacted ID mobile direct on there contact tel no. Where they once again took all my relevant details & confirmed my Gift Card ref No. Was told wait 24- 48 hrs & it will be activated when I visit Currys.Sadly NOT.Manager Aden claimed he has emailed Currys Medics Team who should sort this issue.I also learned the Medics Team are working on a skeleton crew. Was told to go confirm all my Account details with ID mobile guy. Which I did again.Was finally told after going around in circles it’s possible we should have been sent E gift in form of email???? Not An actual Gift Card.Crazy as they send a courier to ur house from Royal Mail for which you have to provide a specific pin to take delivery of Gift CardWe can put a Man on the Moon, but Currys can’t sort Customers Gift Cards!Beggars Belief! Curry’s  Continue giving Customers  the run around. &am

I have changed from EE (for 21 years) to I D. I have purchased unlimited ALL but I have an issue with data. My phone says using low data, and it is very weak. Won’t even scroll face book, never mind hot spot. Please can I have more detail how to fix this issue. I work away as a lone woman and it’s vital I have access to data for sat nav etc. so my situation is urgent, please help rectify. Thank you. 

The last 2 months, I have suddenly had next to no 4G signal when I am around my area and if I do it is extremely slow. If I am outside of where I live, signal is fine so I don’t believe this is purely a SIM card issue. If people try to call me when I am at home, I am breaking up constantly and people struggle to hear me. It says there are no network issues, but both myself and my husband are on ID and have been having this problem.

I need to blacklist my stolen phone. When I use chat or call the help number they ask for my phone number to blacklist the phone associated with it… but that is now my replacement phone with replacement SIM.So, I need to blacklist the stolen phone using it’s IMEI, not the phone number, but I cannot find anywhere to do this. Help!! Hi, I am unable to activate the esim, this is what shows up 

I recently broke my Galaxy A20e which I got as part of a deal with iD mobile a few years ago.I bought a refurbished replacement of the same make and model. I’ve put my sim card in and I cannot make or receive calls. I can send/receive texts just fine and the WiFi is working.I’ve tried all the steps in the following article twice but no success. Any advice?  

My wife and I have recently changed from O2 to ID and have noticed the download speed on both 4G & 5G is noticeably slower.  We recently visited London where trying to access information such as maps etc. was frustratingly slow.  Is this just a characteristic of the 3 network or does IDMobile get a throttled service from 3?   Re-logging on to the network doesn't make any difference.  About to leave my monthly contract and return to O2. Network speed does not seem to be a factor that is published when it comes to selecting a service provider, something Ofcom should be ensuring is visible to customers.

I’ve had my new phone for a month. I don’t have a normal SIM, just an eSIM.  Is it normal that, whenever I power my phone on, do I get a message that says“Tap to update SIM info.  This will check for new and removed SIMs. eSIM 1 will disconnect for a few seconds while your SIMs are updated”.
