I have the same problem as a number of other users in that my eSIM  is in an ipad thus I cannot receive a SMS verification number to open an id mobile app account .I have a couple of questions  If I go onto the live chat to request a replacement sim card will I be charged again ? If I do as suggested and get a replacement  sim to use in an old phone to register for the app then re request a new eSIM to reinstall in my ipad will the ID mobile app account retain all my details once the new eSIM is reinstalled back into my ipad . Or will I be back in the same catch22 position of not being able to verify the new esim 😩

I have switched to ID mobile a couple of months ago but I cannot receive OTPs on my Iphone.

I am having trouble receiving sms messages to activate accounts. I think this is because the Id mobile number won’t change in the settings to my mobile number I transferred across. Really frustrating.

I switched to ID Mobile few days ago and since that I've been unable to receive OTP's/verification codes. I cant login into my work profile not mention a banking etc.  URGENt! 

Why is my bill £68  when I pay £19.99 a month I paid December's 

My plan is due to end soon. Am i able to access deals for "new customers" or would i have to leave ID before qualifying?  

For the past couple of days my internet speeds have been less than 1mbps,  I have unlimited data as i use the service for my self employed business. This has happened once before where i was without full usage for about a week when initially i was told there was no network issues and it turned out there was.  I’ve never had this problem before with previous providers, i find it unacceptable and the customer service is rubbish just un helpfull suggestions that are clearly not the cause.  Has anyone actually had these issues resolved, or managed to get there contract cancelled so they can move providers cause thats where i’m at with it. 

Hi, I really need help. I’ve just bought a new phone and transferred my phone number successfully. It worked for 4 days and now my phone has suddenly lost service. I think the sim has been hijacked, my friend rang my number and a man answered the phone and refused to answer questions and kept putting the phone down saying it was his number. How has this happened? I’ve rang you to report my sim has been stolen to prevent access to any of my accounts. I would appreciate an urgent phone call from the team as I’m now paying a monthly contract and I have no phone that is working. 

I am not getting any OTPs. It looks like a lot of people are having these issues. I have followed the steps advised in other posts such as network reset, RCS chat reset etc but none have helped. After turning the phone back on after RCS reset, I am not able to use RCS chat any more. It is trying to verify my number but not able to do it. Now I get the normal SMS messages but not get any messages sent via RCS.I have recently ported my number from another network on 6th May. Could it be an issue regarding the porting?

I recently ported my old number across which was completed however I am not receiving text messages? I have looked at the advice on here and tried everything but still not working?? 

I spoke to somebody on chat two days ago after trying all the suggested recommendations which none have worked. They advised a manager confirmed there were issues which would be resolved within 24 hours, which I presume isn't true.Can this be resolved as it seems to be a common issue or is it something ID are unable to resolve as they are an essential part of having a mobile contract which cannot be worked around.

HiJust joined from Lebara, ported over a number on Friday - I still can’t receive OTP from various apps such as banking and eBay, these are essential for me to access. I have seen numerous reports of this online with no resolutions apparent, I’ve been told it’s a technical issue that will be resolved in 48 hours but already losing faith and considering cancelling this plan. I’ve also been given another eSim which made no difference. 

I'm trying to use an iD Mobile sim in a TP Link M7350. I'm pretty certain that it worked when I set it up in the UK but now that I'm in France, it connects but won't allow any internet access. Any suggestions.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and my wife has an iPhone SE.  Both are with ID mobile.  My home broadband service/wifi is through Sky.  All devices other than the phones are working perfectly with no loss of signal.  I have checked all of the settings, reset the network and now have just erased my phone and restored it.  I still only get 1 bar and when I do click onto my Wifi in the settings, it is ok for about 30 seconds and then it loses the internet connection.As I say, all other devices in the house work with no problem.  It can’t be a phone problem as my wife’s phone is also having the same problem and both only started this morning.I have restarted the router, manually put in the phone configuration settings but still no joy.Anyone any suggestions please?Many thanksPaul

Something must be able to be done about the network coverage in my area it's absolutely horrendous I have a Google 9 my partner has the new iPhone and even trying to use WiFi calling we don't get a signal in our house and we almost have to walk to the end of or street to get one unfortunately I'm outside the 14 day cooling off period but if I'm no receiving proper service surely there must be a way out of this bloody contract

I purchased a data Add-on and it said Oops there has been an error, so I purchased the Add-on again and it said Thank you for your purchase, but now I see I have been charged twice. I only want one Add-on, how can I get a refund for the Add-on added erroneously?

I used an international sim in Marrakech. On returning to UK, despite reverting back to my iD Mobile UK sim, the phone number displayed under SIM 1 slot is not my number. I have tried a network reset but it is still displaying the wrong number. My UK SIM mostly works as normal but when I try to get a get through security to reset my vodaphone account, I am not receiving their verification text code.

I have recently switched to ID mobile and used a PAC code to keep my number from another network. iMessage is working fine but everytime I message a non iPhone user it says ‘message failed to send’.
