I have purchased an esim and received the QR. I’ve tried to switch using the PAC code provided by my previous provider but I keep getting an error message. I need my old number. What is the problem? 

I'm trying to transfer my old number to ID but I'm having issues doing so. I keep getting an error saying "we've tried to process your PAC but there's an issue with the information submitted. I'm not sure what to do and can't find the live help or contact number fo ID mobile. Please any help would be great full.

There is a problem in angus and tayside about 15 of us with id network have bo network the problem is your side please fix this been like this since yesterday 

I have an eSim that will not activate, which I need to cancel. I have a physical SIM that will not activate until the eSIM has been cancelled. I have been to a Curry's store where I cannot get any help. I have tried the chat but each time I am told I need to speak to an agent, but it will not connect me to an agent. I’m told to “try again later”. I have tried again and again!

The switch to is mobile it is not an easy one and the customer service is a joke. Therefore I decide to cancel the contract while being within the cooling off period. When I clicked at the option to find out the costs for leaving to my surprise I was informed that I’d wants to charge me the whole amount for the rental line (94 pounds)plus the bill for the first month even though I am I’d customer just for a day. How is that possible? anyone had a similar experience? The safest way is to go to the nearest curry’s store and seek for assistance?

I have 2 ID mobile SIMs: one in my phone and the other in my 4g router. My phone gets a solid 35Mbps and until yesterday so did my router. Yesterday the router speeds crashed to a few (like 5!!) Kbps and with latency so bad no internet connection can be established or maintained.I swapped the SIMs between devices and get the same behaviour. The finger then points at either the router or the network. As the issue tends to go away late in the evening that kind of rules out the router which either works or doesn't. So...are ID/3 doing something to discriminate/throttle the use of SIMs on routers, or is there just something up with the network where I am? Can't get any info, the Network Status Check tool says there might be something up, and I've given up on the AI bot/chat as it's always "too busy".… Anyone else been through the same loop? (CF35 area if that's of any help) Thanks!!!

How do I change the capped limit? 

I've just switched to iD from Lebara (Vodafone). Unfortunately my data speeds indoors and outdoors at CW13PL are very poor, mostly hovering around 1mb download, though uploads are mostly unaffected. My signal strength is high and I can connect easily to both 4G and 5G, so I suspect a data bandwidth issue.  I've reset my network settings, checked the coverage map for any issues and restarted my phone but to no avail. I'm using a Pixel 6 and the iD phone number is on the eSIM. If there is no improvement I'll be dipping out before the 14 days cooling off period ends as those speeds are just absurd. 

Hello, I’ve recently got a new iPhone which I need to add my eSIM but I need a qr code to reactivate. I can’t access my account through the app as I never added it and it needs to send me a confirmation code to my mobile number (which I currently don’t have access to). Is there a way that I can receive the qr code to set up the eSIM via email?thanks in advance 

I have already posted on this subject.ID can’t and won’t talk to me and seem to rely on threatening texts and emails.Ill mention the distance selling regs and the Consumer protection laws in the Uk.If somebody from ID ( not a “ Community texter ) could actually bother to contact me ( not through my new number of course as it’s defective ) I’ll explain why the service is not of merchantable quality .Simon

 I’m currently roaming and can make calls without any issues. However, I’m not receiving text messages from Hungary. I’ve checked all my phone settings and everything seems correct, but SMS from Hungarian numbers are not arriving. Please help.

Hi My wife is currently on a cruise to Spain and Italy, she has not got into a port yet as 2 days at sea. She has 199gb of data in her account. I have noticed that her bill has increased to £65 instead of the usually £16. She has messaged me to say that her data no longer works. Do you have to be on land for the inclusive 30gb of roaming and will this still be available when she goes onto shore at Cadiz.Thanks in advance.

Hi,I currently have a SIM-only plan with you, with an iPhone Xs.  I want to keep this SIM-only plan with you (with an upgrade, if there is one available, but if not just with what I have), but I want to buy myself a new iPhone (16).  I plan to do this through Apple, not via one of your plans.  If I do so, am I able to simply switch over my current SIM into the new phone?Thanks,Charlie

I can’t access my id mobile app and I have no email with a customer service pin, so what do I do now as I need to speak with them as I’ve switched provider but now I can’t port my number or cancel the contract I don’t want 

My Samsung S25 won’t connect to Internet.It is fine in Wi-Fi, but when I am out of a Wi-Fi zone it says no Network connection available. I have plenty of Data. I have tried all the on line advice, including conneting and reconnecting, resetting ‘Access Point Names’ and adding Network details agin. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating.Not sure if this a Phone issue, Network issue or Sim issue?

My daughter has set up her new iD eSIM on her iPhone (received yesterday) but isn’t getting any service. It worked for a few hours then totally stopped working. In her settings it lists Cellular Data but we’re in the UK so it should say mobile data. We’ve tried everything so any help would be hugely appreciated! Thank you 🙏 

Hello all,My contract ends soon and I currently pay £46.11 monthly.My question is, what happens after the contract ends on 16/06/25, I know i will continue to get billed. But I want to know how much?Is it a case for example the phone is £30 monthly and plan £16.11, so I will only pay £16.11 monthly after contract ends?Or do I continue to get billed my usual £46.11.I tried live chat 4 times and no one could give me an answer.Thank you 

Already 3 days I'm struggling to speak with customers service about my issue and there is no way to reach anyone. I'm really concerned about this company, as I can't even leave them without being charged.And actually I didn't even use anything,  I just want to cancell in my cooling-off time and I'm asked to pay a finally bills £15.20 , when I'm on a rolling contract for £8 a month.This is a big big joke!

I have pac, new mobile number and transfer code, when I attempt to transfer I get the message 'something went wrong' and it fails to work. I tried setting up the new Galaxy. Two problems - it won't transfer anything from old to new phone (WiFi or cable, neither works), when I try to set up the new phone and enter my new mobile number, the verification code doesn't arrive. I'm starting to suspect my SIM isn't registered with the number ID sent.Bottom line, I'm stuck and frustrated. This needs sorting out today or I'm getting in the car to Carephone Warehouse/Currys to get my money back
