Help.A while ago I experienced issues with my mobile phone ‘IIIF150 Raptor’ - this isn’t on the iD Mobile compatibility list. Despite my old Three PAYGO SIM working fine (same network?) on both VoLTE and VoWifi.See: I wasn’t too worried at the time as I rarely made / received calls. Problem is that now I have been diagnosed with cancer (Lymphoma cancer and bowel cancer - 2 separate cancers how lucky?) and am now receiving chemo and soon surgery.I now need to keep in contact with consultants, doctors, and Macmillan nurses. My phone only works in around 1 in 10 calls on VoLTE, and not at all on VoWiFi. This is a right royal pain in the butt.I’m on a 2 year iD contract that started in December 2024. I can't access my final bill so I can claim the termination charges back with my new provider. I've used the PAC code iD provided me to transfer my number to my new provider, so can no longer pull my old account up as this number is no longer associated with iD. How do I even contact this ridiculous company as there is no email address or contact numbers that I can see. I've had around £95 go out of my bank account and have no access to my bill to even verify it's a correct amount. 

Ive been charged £35 per month when it should be £10?

I ordered a phone and 24 month contract last Thursday. I entered my billing details (home address) and delivery details (work address).  I got a notification on Saturday that my order was being delivered, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and received a subsequent email from DPD with the pin code. I then noticed that it was being sent to my billing address and not the delivery address as requested. I wasn't home on Saturday as I was away for the weekend but I notified my husband and gave him the pin. He said he had to go out at midday but would collect it if he was home.When midday arrived and he wasn't home I checked on the delivery and it said my delivery was number 165 and the driver was on number 40.So I rescheduled the delivery and paid DPD £4.99 to deliver on Tuesday between 12 and 6pm, when I  knew that someone would be home to collect it. DPD still attempted to deliver the parcel and asked a resident in another flat for the pin code. I’ve ordered a new eSIM, part of the purchase process is PAC code which I submitted. I like the new number I recieved from ID Mobile. How can I cancel the PAC code to keep the number provided by ID mobile?

Hi, I live chatted with a sales rep yesterday and bought a new SIM only plan with a new phone number. I cancelled my existing SIM only plan and phone number. The rep sent me a link via the chat to the desired new plan so I could complete my purchase. During the purchase process I inputted my direct debit bank details. It also asked to pay to pay £0.01 with my debit card to authenticate the sale. The rep asked for the order number once completed. Is this legit standard practice for all sales? I'm also curious to know why my new plan wasn't simply added to my existing account. Now the new number has a new, separate account number. I guess my concern is a security and/or fraud issue I'm just worried about the legitimacy of the transaction as I don't remember doing this for my old plan. I believe I just ordered myself via the website. What the link legitimate? I have received confirmation emails, etc... but just want

So I’m looking at moving away from ID mobile (nothing wrong with the service though) - i had an email saying if i cancel after 27/05 there’s no cancellation fee, but i’d be looking to transfer my phone number over with me. I know i need a PAC code, but i was wondering what i would be charged on my next bill if im not using the full month, if the month just gone was my last contracted month, or if this next month is.I basically want to know whether or not ive still got another full bill to pay or not, and i can’t seem to find a straight answer anywhere and the chatbot isnt much help as it just directs me to get a PAC code, which i know i need, but i would like to know what bill I’d be facing when i move before i do it.Any help figuring this out is much appreciated.

How do i request a PAC code from ID

I need to pay a Bill that the ESIM card and number is not being used however the new phone is, I can’t pay online as the number is not set up ? How do I pay my outstanding bill 

I am in the process of moving to another network as my contract was coming up for renewal. When I requested what the the final bill would be on the 19th May, it was £42.09. I checked online again this morning and now it's saying it's £72.12. How has it gone up?

Hi I just paid my bill and I haven’t been reconnected 

My phone is a s24 got it online from I'd it does not charge all the time . When under 15 percent it won't charge i have used cable I got it is inconsistent.  I have used other cables . 

The phone I have bought from you is not charging anymore. I had an issue with this after a few days of buying the phone and fixed this. The issue had now come back again. It is not the chargers as they work on my brothers phone (same model iPhone). I am not going in to my local curry’s as I will have to be paying for a repair when it is not something that I have caused to be repaired. This is clearly an issue that happens often with idmobile as there is other questions/ reviews stating this. Can I have an exchange phone

Hi, I am stuck!! I requested a pac code to move over to ID mobile, I can’t remember if I submitted this when I placed order but anyway my number switched the following day from setting phone up.  The issue is that when I am trying to login to ID mobile app it is not registering my number from previous network but does recognise new mobile number issued by ID mobile??  I have contacted my previous provider to ask whether the pac code has been used and they can only tell me it was issued!  I don’t understand how I am using ID mobile network in my new phone with my old number if it has not been ported over.  I am concerned that my contract with previous provider will continue to run until they get notification that OAC code has been used.  

Hi, I've been I'd sim only customer with yourself last 9 yrs out of contract. I wanted to go with mobile.co.uk to take out unlimited usage for another 2yrs but will I be able to keep my existing number, it says on they're website to click here for existing customer sim upgrades so will my phone number be retained. Because what I've read is if I go with anyone else other than upgrading through this site that I will loose my number, and they're saying I would have to go to another network for a month then come back to I'd with a different email address to keep my existing number and set it back up again. Seems so confusing just to keep my existing number with the same network. Thanks  

Hi, so I’m trying to upgrade my phone (contract ends at the end of may), I’ve been cleared to upgrade though the ID mobile app, however looking on the Carphone warehouse their deals are better, it lets us place the order etc. then get an email & txt saying “To complete your order we need to clarify information you have provided on your order. Once we have confirmed this we will be able to proceed with your order.” Then to call a number. We did this but the person on the phone didn’t have any idea. Ans was advised to wait till my contract ends.We left it. We’ve just tried to upgrade again and the  same thing has happened again, my dad is going to call tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And when we call to discus like the email says no one knows why. thanks so 

Ported number from 3 to idMobile 2 days ago and now cannot make or receive calls. Have done all troubleshooting suggested in previous threads (network reset, toggle WiFi calling, volte etc) Phone has 5 bars and shows LTE connection.  Have tried from several masts. Samsung galaxy S10+ SM-G975U

I’ve switched two numbers over to ID and got a new ID SIM for my daughter (who previously did not have a phone).Data & texts are fine on all three.. however, calling is an issue. I cannot make outgoing calls, nor receive them across all three devices.I’ve got a work phone which has successfully made calls to one of the three new numbers, but it is not consistent, and usually fails. Calls from all three numbers cannot be made on my work phone, or in-between each other.The support chat-bot just sends me round in circles regarding the 3G switch off and sending me to a support page which has a number of steps to make this work,… but it doesn’t.Does anyone know how to get this working or should I be very thankful I’m in a one month contract?

I spoke to id mobile and carphone warehouse and mobile despite the upgrade being available upon loading the id app and even after the sales agent tried to fix it by keeping the monthly payment 20.00 and attempting to pay upfront costs still not allowing me to process the upgrade. Really disappointed as I was getting eligible upgrade notification constantly and every one i have checked with multiple times told me upgrade and don’t worry upgrade is not going to credit check me again but using the same account yet security keeps failing unbelievable
