I have recently changed my direct debit details which has been a problem as payments are not being taken, but when I checked my payments it shows that two payments were made in mid April two days apart. Who can I contact about this please.

Hi, I got the S25 Ultra last week but couldnt stand Android, rang to see if I could exchange to Iphone but couldnt. Sent phone back as within 14 days cool off, currently with DPD. What I would like to know is will teh contract be automatically cancelled so I can get a new contract for the Iphone and would I be able to keep the number I ported across originally. I have two very old phones that I need to stop paying for as they were destroyed with the SIM cards some time ago. I have the numbers on record but can not use them of course as they were destroyed, I can not find a way to cancel them on the site or find someone to actually speak as there are no contact numbers on the website. The only way was to cancel the direct debit so I have cancelled them both but need to let ID mobile know what has happened.  How do I actually get in touch with someone to discuss this?

Hello, I’m going through a tough time financially currently due to being on sick pay, there won’t be enough money in my account for the direct debit, could I have some assistance on what to do next?

I have been recently experiencing very poor mobile signal in the South East Wales area with often no data access in areas that I normally have a good 4G  or 5G signal, is there any reason for this?

I am in Portugal and assume I have roaming.  When trying to make a call on my UK number to another UK number I get a message that states 'cannot connect to mobile network'.  Why and what needs to change?

My beloved old ASUS phablet has started malfunctioning and not working in some areas with the change to G4.  It can’t upgrade to G4.  I have since ordered a new phone and that has arrived.  How do I transfer my phone number (with account) to this new phone?  Guidance would be much appreciated.  Diolch/Thanks

Hello, I have been with ID for almost 1 year. I always seem to have issues with my call coverage and having "4G/5G" speeds.My bar signal is mainly on 1 bar out of 4. There is supposedly no network issue down when I check ID coverage. I always struggle to speak to people. With data speeds, it says I have 5G and I can hardly load anything, I'm getting roughly 6mb download speed. Not enough to load a website. I seem to have this issue in Ph13 area code. If I travel 14 miles it is still the same issue.  Does anyone have issues like this?

I joined ID Mobile less than a month ago and ever since I’ve been having an issue where I’ll suddenly notice the signal on my iPhone 15 Pro shows 1 bar.  If I try to make a call then nothing happens. The screen shows like it is starting a call but the call never connects.  I found out yesterday that when this happens, other people are not able to call me either.  If I turn on airplane mode then turn it off again, then my signal goes up to 4 bars (full) and I am able to make and receive calls again.  But then later on in the day, I will notice that the signal has gone back down to 1 bar and the issue is happening again. This all happens while I am at home so I don’t think it’s because I’m moving between masts causing signal issues. 

I’ve notice my phone bill always gets taken way earlier than it should it can range from 7 days-10days before it’s due. But it doesn’t notify me until an hour after it’s been cut off and that’s when I try and ring someone . It’s getting ridiculous as I’m a support worker and I work with vulnerable people who go out in the community and if my phone randomly cuts off and something happens it’s dangerous as I don’t know when it due as it keeps changing days 

Hello. Due to ID being unable/ unwilling to offer a 6 year customer the same deal as a new one I am doing a triangle number port. My number from old SIM was ported to a Three PAYG sim on Tuesday. I have requested my PAC from Three today however when I try to move back to ID they are saying its a same network switch. How long does it take ID to delete the old number from their system? 

I’ve run out of data. I don’t have any internet at home. I’m serving on WiFi at a cafe.  I’ve just brought a data add on.  how long will it take to be added to My account t so I can use it? 

My ID mobile account was hacked on the 23rd October due to ID allowing someone to purchase an ESIM on my account. My online banking, Amazon and Paypal accounts were compromised straight away - within twenty minutes I had been locked out of my phone and the hackers had attempted to purchase almost £3,500 worth of goods.Fast forward two days and, thanks to my bank, all but £15 worth of the fraudulent transactions had been cancelled.ID mobile were initially very helpful, by cancelling my the ESIM, my SIM and placing a permanent block on any further ESIM on my account. I had to get hold of and activate a new SIM - my bank have put a permanent hold on their internet banking app on my current phone. I had to lose two very old email accounts, backing up as much email history as was possible, create new email accounts, change over forty passwords and login details, and install a random key generator for every account I own - my day to day mobile phone experience isn’t quite wh

Having big problems with connecting to internet.my area has 4g. With ok to good bars showing on my Google pixel 8. Often have unusable data connection. Also phone calls can only happen if I'm in my garden as it cuts out regularly, but I have to  move about so the person can still hear me. Not happy.

Bought a 12 month data only sim for my brand new iPad Air at Currys shop 4 weeks ago, went abroad (Greece) no roaming. Came home, went to Curry’s shop who contacted ID but no resolution. Problem is can’t get a PIN code to activate ID app because iPad won't receive texts. Been to Apple shop and they say that they don't support ID mobile. I find on this website a statement by ID employee (Tyler) who states that ID “ don’t support cellular functions with our SIM cards in any devices outside our approved handsetdevices”.I have tried to cancel my contract but told not possible. An obvious case of mis-selling. Next stop Trading Standards. Unless someone can provide a solution quickly.
