Hello few questions about roaming in the US: Is there any limit of time of staying in the US for the roaming to work? Are you getting charged to receive text in the US? If you deactivate Data Roaming in the iPhone mobile service setting, are you still able to receive call and text in the US? Many thanks

My number ported yesterday but it doesn’t seem to have worked fully I can make calls and data is working but I cannot receive calls or texts Callers get the message "you have dialled an incorrect number" I have restarted my phone several times and I have reset network settings but still cannot receive calls or texts I have not received any messages or emails saying my port is complete so I guess something hasn’t worked? Can anyone help/advise? Thanks

I am living abroad & have no longer got my SIM card. I am being charged but unsure exactly what as the price seems to have gone up. My contract should be coming to an end if not ended already. I can’t login to my account as it says I need to received confirmation text. Can someone please help so I can access my contract information and see what’s going on.

I understand you get these posts all the time but ive been through previous posts and cannot seem to find an answer for this, my signal strength is at one bar and my data is none existent since being on i.d mobile rolling month contract for a few months now,I know the postcode checker is estimated only but really? Ive included what I was shown on the area checker today and an average speed test, taken with a Poco X3 pro with no previous problems on my last network "Vodafone", any help would be very much appreciated

I joined Id mobile beginning of November, moved across my old three number to the new sim and handset from Id Mobile. Ever since I have not been able to send sms texts to android phones. I can make and receive calls, use iMessage, data is all fine and receive texts from Androids but I cannot text them back, the message just keeps saying not delivered in red and “message sending failure”. I have raised this issue on live chat twice and was told to wait 72 hours for the tech team/ complaint team to respond, to which they haven’t. I then re contacted live chat and asked for a new sim to be sent out to try that in case the sim was faulty, I put new sim in and it’s still the same. Took the sim out, phone off for half an hour and back in and still not working. I have the iPhone 13 and I have done all of the reset network settings and all the usual tests by turning off iMessage and on again, putting phone into airplane mode etc, full network resets everything and still not working. wifi/roaming has completely stopped literally minutes after I got a text from ID Mobile stating that my SIM activation is in progress. I haven’t requested a new SIM. I believe something fraudulent is being attempted. HAs anyone else had this? CAn somebody help me ????????

Why has my Internet stopped working and how do I restore it

I’m so frustrated that I purchased a 10 day roaming which was £35 to not be able to receive anything. It’s ruinin to our holiday as we rely on data and phone to get about. im in the USA !

Afternoon, all I am feeling very frustrated with iDMobile … I have had an account with iDMobile for a number of years now. About 2 years ago, I needed to set my daughter up with an account. I was not able to add a new account at the time to my existing account. So I needed to create a whole new account, using a different email address, to do this. Now (Feb 2025) I am able to access my orioiganl account, but I cannot get into the account that I set up for my daughter. I would like to have both numbers against the same account, if possible. I am also tryign to upgrade my daughter’s account, so that she has some more data each month. Incredibly frustrating !! Thank you in anticipation, for your help Simon May

Did not receive transaction number or welcome email

I received the email to download my eSIM, I've scanned the QR code but the link produced doesn't load and times out (my WiFi is working well), and have tried the other options below but no links load and always time out. How do I get this to work?

I purchased a roaming bolt on for usa before I came to usa (here now). I have roaming on within phone settings and app but I have been charged. Please ensure these charges are not charged to my account and I will put roaming back on within my phone. If this isn't done today, I will need reimbursement of charges and bolt on. My return transaction number is 442930266. I need to return my mobile phone contract before 14 days finished, but I did not receive any label to send it back yet.

Are SMS codes from GoPro being blocked? I can received SMS OTP from other places perfectly fine, but GoPro 2FA codes are not being received. This is the same if I have RCS on or off.

I am looking for a list of phone number prefixes which are expensive to use like 084 type numbers. Is there an up-to-date list somewhere that gives you all of these numbers to avoid - some of these can be pretty hefty on price. Thanks in advance

Hi, I was sent an email a couple of days ago asking if my account details were correct. The phone number is incorrect and therefore I can't progress. I've tried calling but cannot get through to anybody on any options whatsoever, all I need is to change the incorrect number you have on record for me!

Hello, I pay my bill manually on my computer every month (long story) & have just paid this month’s bill. However I am still getting the red banner telling me I owe ID £9 by February 21st. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

I have recently signed up for an unlimited pay as you go sim. Having recently arrived in the UK I won’t be transferring a phone number etc. The sim has arrived and my unlimited data is working well, however when I go to make a call nothing is functioning. I have tried doing a full reset of network settings on my iPhone but no joy. I wonder if I need to do some sort of setup via the id mobile app, but I can’t register as I don’t know my phone number.
