Hi, I’m not sure but I think my contract with my IPhone 15 is due to end in November 2026.I do actually like the Galaxy 24/25/26 Ultra.Which is the best/cheapest way to get the Galaxy phone, can I sell my iPhone , do I need to pay off my existing contract?Just not sure how the best way to make these changes happen.Any help would be appreciated please.  

I have an Honor Magic 6 contract with ID that runs out in less than 30 days.Carphone warehouse had a brilliant offer on the Magic 8 so I have started a new contract with ID as I was not eligible for an upgrade.I have received the new phone and now want pay off the old contract, and to transfer my number.The support help is misleading, some say it is not possible, some say you can triangulate the number by getting a PAC, moving the number to another SIM that isn't ID, and then moving it to the new phone.Please can somebody confirm if this method will work for me?I have had this number for over 15 years and can't comprehend how I cannot move it from ID to ID... But I could have if I upgraded with them...

My god, hardest network iv ever owned, can’t ever get a human for conversation, my bill is paid every month, iv asked multiple times for my bill to go direct debit on the 26th monthly even done it via the app myself, yet its the 10th and line it off and asking for money when my bill is not due by the date on app till 18th, so unless I pay that and again another as it’s now asking for next month too so again before I can again try setting direct debit to 26th when I get paid, I am disabled and need my phone for emergencies, I always pay and iv set this up 4x now and sent may emails and still having the same trouble, it’s just been Christmas new year funds are low as many and paying 2 bills is something I can’t do, it should be by now set at 26th by direct debit… I still under contract or id leave this network, been nothing but problems.

Hello all, I've been with ID now for over a year, and when I went into the app I saw that my Unlimited data had now been reduced to 8gb. I'm not sure if this is an error on IDs end or my plan has been changed against my wishes. Any help is appreciated, djc

I believe there's a bug on the ID mobile community... I have to keep resetting my password for the community despite my community account and actual ID mobile account use the same credentials. Main account continues to work, but I go to login to the community and get invalid username/password despite only resetting it a few days ago, to the exact same password I set 2 days ago, then I can login again

I'm trying to understand the roaming beyond article. It has the destinations on the list we are travelling to but I don't understand if I will be charged and if so how much? & if I am even able to use my mobile data or call the UK from Poland and Kefalonia? Can someone shed some light please? Or does it go on what plan you have? Thanks!

I've seen an offer on a price comparison site with iD but I'm not getting that offer for my upgrade.I've tried calling the 08000490250 but it's not giving me the option to speak to someone. Also, it's not accepting the Customer Service pin even though I got it from my app.Please help 😩

URGENT: iD mobile SIM card not working on either Oppo CPH1877 (Oppo R17 Pro) nor Samsung Galaxy A8 Star (Samsung SM-G8850)Did receive text messages on Oppo but could not call out and could not receive calls (either inside flat nor outside flat). Switched on and off and still does not work. Went to Currys Store who could not fix issue. They replaced the SIM card and now no service whatsoever on either SIM card. Very frustrating as have important GP calls on Thurs 8 Jan and Fri 9 Jan so need phone to be working. Did ask before joining iD mobile if SIM Card would work on 4G Android phones and was told on Live Chat that they would work. Also bought £6 plan. If doesn’t work, how get PAC code to switch to network which does work and get £6 refund asap, pls? Very frustrating as initially enquired with Live Chat. Got through and answered a few questions but then the agent did not respond for over 20 mins at which point quickly left to go to nearest

I’ve been trying to get an answer from ID mobile but they just keep repeating terms and conditions/copy & paste type replies. This is just a question about upgrading before the standard upgrade date. Scenario 1:I’ve been on a 24 month contract and I’m a few months off my upgrade date but I want to upgrade today (this is all theoretical). If I want to I can move to a different provider, get a new phone, transfer my phone number and pay the early-exit/contract-termination fee. Say, for example, £100. In this scenario ID Mobile have received £100 and lost a customer.Scenario 2:As above but I ask ID Mobile if I can pay the early-exit fee (£100), stay with them and upgrade my phone.In this scenario ID Mobile have received £100 and kept a customer.Of either of those scenarios, scenario 2 is clearly better from a business perspective for ID Mobil

I am due to send my old phone to receive money for this as part of a new contract.the shipping label has expired.   What can I do to get a new shipping label please many thanks 

My phone was working fine for months and months but since the removal of the 3G network, I have no signal at all at my place of work.  This leaves me uncontactable for my young children (and anyone else!) for 9 hours a day, which is obviously not feasible.  Live chat have told me a couple of different things about unplanned maintenance but todays chat has found this to be untrue.  There is no resolution available and I am being asked to pay over £700 to leave my contract.  Where do I stand here as I am actually unable to access the service I am paying for.  This has now been the case for 15 days straight.

Since 3G was taken away in my area of work (21st November) I have no network whatsoever.  My family cannot reach me for 9+ hours.  I had a number of ‘live chat’ conversations when it happened and was told a couple of lies about unplanned works which were due to finish.  Those dates passed, still no network.  My third live chat had an operator agree they knew there was no service where I am.  They opened a complaint for me on 12th December.  Since that time I have had one email asking me for security details which I provided, then a second email saying there were no problems with my service at my home address when I had stated clearly, more than twice, that it was my work address.  I have had no reply since 28th December.  I understand there has been one bank holiday in that time but I was told the operators work across the weekends.  At one point I was told a call had been made to me but it went to answerphone, well yes, I have NO NETWORK so cannot take calls!!  The cu

Hello, I didn’t receive new sim card

Ihave been woth you now nearly a month amd still dont havey esim card  and i tryed to switch and now i kept my pld number and it switched my phone is just saying emergency calls only 

Using my mobile in Switzerland - what are the options, data, roaming etc? 

I must leave id mobile but can’t because for 3 months now, and despite making time to spend precious time troubleshooting the problem, I still get no data or network service so can’t make calls, can’t receive calls, can’t send text messages and can’t get none.  This also means I can’t get a PAC, so I can’t leave id mobile, and I ain’t gonna pay another month for data and a network service I ain’t been getting.  I raised an complaint and they said to go to the store and get PAC, the store say get it from id mobile.  How do I get a PAC to leave id mobile if I can’t get and send texts and make or get calls?  Also, I want 3 months repayment for data/network service id mobile I never got yet id Mobile took payment for and a refund for an add on of data I never got as well. 

Please can you delete my community account as I cannot see an option for this in settings.Thanks  

I’ve recently taken 2 PAYG 30 day contracts @ £9 a month each, obviously 2 direct debits.the 1st one looks fine, but the second one says No money has been taken yet because it’s not due for 3 weeks.my app says next payment £9 for each. I’m just curious why my banking app says £200.

It is like that for 3 days 3 connets in about 10 seconds - idmobile NEVER 

i received a call today, they said with the 3g shut off they need to send me a new sim to use and needed my post code and email, but then there was issues with the email not coming through to my email. im busy atm so they said they'll call back later. is this legit or a scam attempt? it felt suspicious to me haha
