Hi I currently pay for my own contract and my father's contract with ee mobile I've moved my father over to id mobile as his contract finishes before my one did but I'd mobile won't let me take another contract out before a minimum 60-day payment history is there anyway around this as my contract finishes with ee on the 4th of May

Just completed the switch to id mobile using my old number. Everything working except incoming calls , they just go straight to voicemail. Already tried restarting my phone. 

So, I decided to switch from EE to ID Mobile.  The website says it’s easy and i can keep my number.  I did all the necessary forms etc and gave my PAC, Sunday (20/4) and chose this Monday as switch day (28/4).  My paperwork arrived in an email and all seemed good.  The new SIM arrived, and I awaited the 28th.  My phone stopped working so I removed the EE SIM and put the new SIM in. After a lot of faffing about I realised my number had not remained the same.  The website does say it may take a while.  However, my eagle-eye spotted that the paperwork had quoted the SIM number I would receive, but it did not match the one that arrived.  So, I tried to organise my account login but obviously the system only recognised the SIM that I didn’t have so the ‘code text message’ went to that SIM and I can’t login anywhere (phone/web).  I believe the incorrect SIM has caused the whole process to collapse.  Tues 29th -> With the current ‘ChatBox’ issues I was surprised when I

Dear ID Mobile Support,I recently ported my number from Three to ID Mobile. After experiencing issues with SMS showing the wrong number, I requested a replacement eSIM.Since installing it on my Samsung Galaxy S25, I now have no service, and the phone shows “SIM not provisioned.” I cannot make or receive calls or texts.Please urgently activate the eSIM and ensure it is fully provisioned with my correct ported number. Have read a few bits here about eSIM. But the 1st part seems to be missing. How do I get an eSIM or the qr code thing to then get it activated ? 

I have now been in touch with your live agents 3 times since 18th April regarding proof of purchase with IMEI numbers to be sent out!Still no further forward! This is absolutely ridiculous. We have 2 devices (of which I have provided our IMEI numbers) and now still seem to be no further forward!  My insurance company has asked for this before the policy be taken out so need it sorted ASAP as we have holiday booked! Really not happy with the service at all! Mt anxiety is already bad as it is and this is not helping the situation. 

I purchased a SIM card for my son a week ago, which was fine. Pleased with the service I ordered a phone and SIM for my wife yesterday, but got an email from ID Mobile this morning saying my order was cancelled because I need to have 90 days payment history before ordering again.This has really annoyed me. I did not see anywhere when I ordered the first SIM that this would be the case. If I am being credit checked each time I don’t understand why a 90 day wait is required. Can anyone explain? Thanks.

Isn't it time id mobile came up with a reason why calls drop after 2 minutes and 5 seconds. I'm not the only person who has this problem but they blame the SIM card the phone the area never a fault in there network 

Upgraded from 60gb to 120gb and it’s showing as 1.5gb I had a search and this seems to be a known issue from several months ago (though CS chat told me it had never happened before)Some people seemed to have the exact same issue, 120gb showing as 1.5gb others had unlimited data showing as 5gb. For some it seemed to be a graphical glitch others seemed to actually be limited to 1.5gbI called 7777 and it does say I have 120gb/120gb so is it just a UI error?From the contract documents From my account online  

Tried to setup DD but iD inform me that bank doesn't recognise details.  iD have said this 2 months running.  The details are correct, I've rechecked.  Issue is with iD, not me or bank. Tried to make one-off card payment but app and website just hang after Submit of card details.  What is wrong, how do I pay?

Trying to add data roaming for Turkey last couple of days but error message states can’t add and try later. I fly today 🙈 anyone else had this? I’ve tried the network reset and check my phone and plan is set for data roaming. ID can’t help as they say they’ve issues 🙄🙈 Thanks

I have reached the end of my pay monthly contract. There is no way for me to move on to sim only on the website or app - the only option I am given is to upgrade. I dont understand how ID can keep charging me the pay monthly rate when my phone is now paid up

I am using my ID Sim card in a wifi router. At first it worked fine but will not transfer data anymore. If I put the card into my phone it indicates only 3G. The post code checker confirms I should have a good signal. The Sim card normally in my phone works fine and works in the router.I have not used all of the data.Impossible to contact ID of course. Im about to call the bank and cancel and then require a pay back. Pretty poor service ! Any thoughts ?? Thanks

Hi  My pay monthly plan is usually £44.88 a month and is usually billed 14th of the month to 13th of the next month. I’ve just received my bill for Apr 25 which has been billed at £64.07 and the invoice dates are:14th Apr 25 to 26th May 25 I dont understand why the invoice is to the 26th of May and not the 13th May? Also when viewing my bills via my account it shows:Your next bill so far: 27/04/2025 - 26/05/2025£44.88Your payment will be taken via Direct Debit on or around the 10/06/2025.

Moved to id mobile a few days ago, using a PAC from my old phone company. Most things moved across fine (emails, WhatsApp, etc) but for some reason my texts are being sent from the “holding” number that is mobile clearly gave me. I tried following the instructions from elsewhere in the Help hub but got a snag: I have to click on settings, then tap “phone”. There IS no “phone”. So the rest of it is useless...

Recently i got offered an upgrade on my plan to pay £10/month for 120GB as opposed to £12/month for 100GB. I got an email confirmation for this but when i go onto my app it says my plan is £10/month for 1.5GB.  I’m worried i wont have enough data next month as i go through a lot doing university work outside of home. Not sure who to call as it seems ID mobile do not have a number and the automated chat bot service is not working, any advice?

Hey - hoping someone here can help as so far the dedicated CS have not been able to! I’ve been with ID mobile on a £10, 70GB contract for years but saw an upgrade offer on my account earlier offering 120GB data and a voucher for the same price - seemed like a win-win to me! I accepted this offer but never received any email confirmation. I queried this with CS who confirmed it was indeed being processed. I’ve just accessed my account again, a few hours after putting in the upgrade, and my data allowance has reduced to 1.5GB a month - far short of what I agreed to. Anyone know if this is a technical glitch?  CS said I’d have to contact them again tomorrow and the sales team just pointed me back in the direction of CS …
