I change from o2. To id, I gave my pac number as I wish to keep my old number phone. Supposed to change today but  still i don't have my old number which i NEED to keep. I am now seeing a lot of people with same problem and am getting concerned.

I have a pay as you go SIM, however I lost connection and when I log into my id mobile, it shows my plan is disconnected.Please urgently help!!

My plan says I have unlimited text and calls, and data remaining until 23:59pm today. But when I try to make a call it says I have no credit. The call is to a UK landline. 

Hi I want to upgrade my contract but change my mobile number ?

I have selected an upgrade via the ID mobile website. I made it all the way to confirmation page and the upfront payment has been taken but no confirmation email. Normally I would expect an email confirmation for most web transactions. When I log into my account I am still being offered upgrades despite an upgrade in process. If somebody on ID mobile side could confirm the order was fully successful that would be great Thanks

My monthly bill is slowly creeping up from £10, £11.60 and now £12:20…  Why is this? As I've not used hardly any of my data and it's rolled over? It should be £10 every month.

Hello I got my phone contract back in September 2024 with ID mobile  £44 a month with the device. Recently, I realised that there's 3 networks charging me around £18 every month. Last week, when I rang them to inquire about the charges ,I have been told that the money I'm paying is for the device. They told me to contact ID mobile & they will sort out ,but there's no contact number to contact .Please can someone tells me what's going on. My phone number Thank you Muhammad Asif 

Why I was charged for roaming offshore on the vessel if my bill cap was on 0£,please maybe someone had same issue? Doesn't look right.

Am I going to be charged, and if so why? The info in the link says my allowance can be used while roaming.

Hi,I am using an ID SIM in a Zyxel NR5103e 5G router. I’ve got a fast connection, but the IP address is changing every few minutes, which is causing problems with some of the services I run that rely on DDNS. They’re not updating quickly enough so I can never connect. I have tried changing the APN to id, 3mobile and three.co.uk with PDP set to IPV4, but this hasn’t helped. Does anyone have any ideas what I could try instead?ThanksGuyan

Good Afternoon,I am a new customer. I have tried to check my sim card in various of mobiles and the sim card says no signal. I cannot dial out or call anyoneI have tried to email and live chat to get a replacement sim but I have not been able to speak to someone and no one is able to speak to me or reply

 I've had no proper service from iD Mobile since day one — calls drop, data is unreliable, and support has been near impossible to reach. I'm paying monthly for a service that simply doesn't work, and now I'm being expected to wait weeks for a response? I'm absolutely sick of jumping through hoops to try and get in touch with an actual member of staff. And then the hoops that I have to jump through to resolve a network issue on their part 😒 to be told says our end network is working! I'm not doing this for fun! I'm not calling for the crack. Absolute joke of a network and a service. Would never recommend. This is unacceptable. I've tried all available channels and I'm getting nowhere. I am now requesting immediate contract termination without fees, as this is clearly a breach of contract under UK consumer rights.If I don’t receive a response

Hi I'm new to id mobile.I ordered 2 sim cards to change from Vodafone I got both puk codes to keep both numbers.But only one sim card has changed over.They both should have changed on the 17th as ordered.Any help would be great. Thankyou I ordered them at the same time

I am looking to take out a new phone contract with iD mobile and keep my existing number with Vodafone for the next few months until that contract runs out to avoid paying an exit fee.Will iD allow me to port my current Vodafone number over an existing iD number? The idea is to disconnect the new iD number and transfer my old number over, but with a couple months delay to keep my Vodafone account active in the meantime.Thanks in advance.

I seem to have been double charged on my latest bill. Also I am leaving so my bill would have been too much even without the double charge.   Who do i contact and how do i do it. 

Today is my switch day to iD. I got and gave a PAC code during registration last week. I got a different (temporary?) iD number immediately on signup. I have received notification from my old provider that I am leaving them today and from iD that I am joining them today. There has been no mention of my number porting over. Apart from waiting until 10pm tonight is there a way to confirm that my number is to be ported? I want the reassurance as I use my number for business and would be inconvenienced if there were issues. Thank you.

Hello, I have just upgraded my phone and gone on a new plan. I have just tried to make a phone call but it says I am capped. I need to make a payment but it comes out monthly on the 3rd of every month. What do I need to do as cannot ring anyone even though I am unlimited calls? 

My son arrived in NYC last night, I have purchased him a 5 day America data roaming pass. (The account is in my name.)However he can not access any data, spent last night following all the advice in the forum, settings are correct, switched off and on, increased spending cap, tried manually connecting. Nothing works.I am unable to contact him unless he is on the hotel WiFi, this does not feel comfortable, I put data on for him so that he could feel safe and 8 could have confidence but instead I am spending my time trouble shooting and failing. I never had this issue when on 3UK direct.Can somebody from ID Mobile please pick this up and help.

Please advise my next step.Over a week ago, I requested, and received an eSim.  I provided the PAC code, and have your Transaction Code.  I have not received an email, or text, telling me the Switch has happened.My original, and my new iD Sim, are both showing their respective numbers when I look in IOS Mobile Services.I travel abroad today, and want to be confident my clients can reach me on the eSIM.I really hope to hear from you today.Best wishes,Ali

If I upgrade my SIM only deal will it take effect straight away? I still have data left (20GB) but want to upgrade to a bigger plan before renewal date (16/5/25). Basically wanting to upgrade early before month ends. I’m on a month contract and have been with iD for a long time

I've got a Google pixel 7a, the screen is ultra sensitive to the point where frustration boils over. Constantly have to reset fingerprint recognition and also adds too many letter's/numbers when trying to type. I've had enough of this phone. I'm early into the contract, can I upgrade/swap to a different phone?
