Hi alSo when i log into the app and go to billing it shows a current balance of £94. My current plan has unlimited everything for £41 per month. However when i call 777 to check my ballance it's telling me that it is at minus £10. I usually pay my bill through the app on the 15th of every month. So I don't understand what this £94 worth of charges are for or why this is being displayed. Problem is that the app is going to assume that this is the amount of money that I want to pay. How am I to pay my phone bill when I can't see an actual proper ballance to pay. 

My bank have informed that their number has been blocked. This is stopping me verify credit card transactions and there’s some services I can’t access because they need to call me back. Is there a way to unblock that number?

I’ve switched mine & my kids SIM cards from Sky to ID Mobile. My son’s having issues transferring his old number. He has tried twice & it keeps saying there are issues but all of the details are correct & the PAC code was only generated last week so is still in date. What can we do as he needs his original number? Mine & my daughters have switched with no issues. 

I have tried to get PAC code - it says there is a system fault. Is this likely?

Hello, I have not topped up my SIM card since November and would like to check if my number is still active. Currently, my phone displays “No Service” and mobile data is not working. When I renewed my contract last year, it included a loyalty add on of 20gb. I ran out of my inclusive data for the first time the other day and expected this add on to kick in. When it didn’t, I contacted the live chat and they told me there is no add on applied. I explained that although it didn’t show in the app, it was on my monthly invoice so I assumed it had been added on as they said it would when I went with id for another year. Feels like I’ve been cheated and no one I’ve called from the various teams can rectify this mistake. I’ve now had to pay for added data this week because I had to purchase things like train tickets on the day.  Can someone please help?

Hi. I tried to buy second contract as i was on a rolling contract but was told I'll have to wait until I had been with id mobile for 3 months before getting second contract which would make it 14/04/2025 when I could apply for another line. Well there's this deal at mobiles.co.uk and it expires on the 15th with limited availability, so I wanted this deal so I thought cancelling my rolling contract and then applying for the deal would solve this problem but I've  been declined again even though my credit should be fine. Why is that? Also I had to switch to another network on another rolling contract so I can switch my number to id mobile as they don't switch numbers on same network but I don't understand why they refused me again even though I was with id mobile and always paid bill on time.

My partner took out a contract and devise with ID mobile, she used the PAC code to transfer her old number over to her new sim. She has been having issues ever since, when she makes calls or sends sms some times the number provided by ID mobile shows up instead of her original number and when people try to call or txt back the line is dead? Have i made a big mistake? This has to be the worst network I have ever experienced. My number is a week late porting over, when I make calls people are saying I'm breaking up, Internet is poor. Assistance is provided by customers not the network providers Am I doing something wrong

Anyone know why i cannot make or receive calls on my Nokia 8110 even though I can send and receive sms, browse the Internet with 4g and receive missed call notifications. I have factory reset the phone and checked all relevant communication settings on the device and all seems good! Thanks.

I have accidentally activated my new contract sim as a replacement sim.. What do I do now 

This is a hyprthetical question but if I use WiFi Calling and I use a VPN which ‘places’ me in say France, will I get roaming charges?

I took out a contract out for 26.99 a month with no price hikes for the duration of the contract but now my bill has went up to 28.85 I have not went over or have any extra charges on my bill so don't understand why they put it up when the said it would remain the same for the duration of the contract something not right.

Hello, does anybody know if I can change my monthly sim to another provider while keeping the actual phone contact with ID? And if so, does this incur a charge? Where I want to travel isn’t on their roaming plan!

I have purchased more data for one phone on my account. its showing as being added on the app, but  the phone is still not attached to the mobile network?

I have a samsung s21 I have tried to Forward my calls to another number through an esim but I am getting an error message. Does anyone know why this is happening.

As for so many others, I can’t log into my account via the app or via the website. I just get stuck in an endless loop coming back to the ‘please enter your email’ screen and data entry box.Looks like the security features haven’t been set up properly? I last had this problem months ago, so its really disappointing to experience a recurrence.As the app (my phone runs on Android) is all down to ID Mobile, there’s no question of variations between browser.  I use Firefox running under Windows 10 on my pc, so hardly an unusual configuration.Any ideas for what, how and/or who to kick here? Not a lot one can do to a custom app as a user.

Hi I have just purchased a new iD mobile and contract from Carphone Warehouse, rather than upgrading via iD directly (as the deals were better). Do I need to cancel my first contract (which is now on a pay monthly basis after 24 months)? And how can I transfer my mobile number to the new phone? I can’t use a PAC code as I am not switching networks. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts.

If I'm with Vodafone, can I just get a pac code and switch to id?  And how long would it take for switch to take effect. I don't think my phone is locked to Vodafone as it's only a couple of years old
