Hi,I’m having trouble activating my iD Mobile eSIM on my iPhone. When I try to install it, I get the message: “eSIM cannot be added. The code is no longer valid. Contact your network provider.”I’m using an iPhone 17 Air, so I’m unable to use a physical SIM as an alternative.When I go into my iD Mobile account to request a new eSIM, it just says “Your eSIM is already on the way”, and doesn’t let me generate or download a new one.Has anyone dealt with this before? How can I fix it?Thanks!

I’ve just got a new unlocked phone (Motorola G35 5G) for my elderly Dad after the 3G shut down and his old phone couldn’t handle 4G calls (despite being 4G mind), and transferred the SIM card from his old phone (the iD Mobile contract is in my name and I pay for it) to the new one, and everything seemed to be working fine...could make calls, send texts, browse the net.However the following day the phone cannot make any phone calls, I just get a busy signal no matter who I try to call. It can also not send or receive SMS texts. The strange thing though is that it can browse the net with mobile data and phone thinks it has connected OK. And yes this in on Mobile data not home Wi-Fi connection.I’ve checked all the settings in the phone and there isn’t anything obvious that I’ve missed. The phone is listed as supported on iD Mobile’s network and it did work when I first turned it on, but now doesn’t so I don’t think it’s the phone.Anyone help me here?

I got a plan upgrade with ID mobile for Samsung S25. However, they have not sent me an invoice for it. I would need an invoice for the samsung s25 to claim for the chromebook. The invoice should include: Name of company Product name Amount paid for item DateThank you.

I have just spent 2 hours on live chat and want to cry and how unhelpful the whole experience was. It’s pretty simple, I have 2 monthly contracts with id. Mine and my sons. I gave a PAC code for my old number to be transferred to my new contract, however they transferred it to my sons instead. I asked for 2 new ESIMs, one with my sons original number and contract and another with my desired transferred number and contract. None of this has been done or understood despite me explaining it simply and repeatedly for 2 hours. I asked multiple times for a manager or a contact number for customer services which I was told they don’t have contact details for anyone anywhere. I need my number, it’s incredibly important for medical needs. I have no idea what to do next, this is the worse customer service I’ve ever had to experience 

i ordered 2 new phones / contracts last week, one was to be delivered this week and the second later in December. my 1st phone didnt arrive. DPD advised it was last scanned in thier network 23rd Nov and nothing after that, and that i should call ID mobile so they can initiate a parcel search with DPD, and that i cant do that as i am not the sender. mutilple calls with ID moble and i have not been able to get a search initialted. i get pushed from ID mobile to carphone warehouse and back. how can i cancel. the phone i a present and i am running out of time to get it. of ID cant sport it out i need to order from other provider while it is still possible to recieve the new phone on time.

I’ve just bought an iPhone air and have downloaded an eSIM. I know I can’t seem to make or receive any calls or text anyone that doesn’t have an iPhone. What have I done wrong?

Just bought an iPhone 15. Kept my old number. Downloaded ID Mobile App. Obtained the PAC number. Provided PAC number. ID Mobile App says my old number has switched from another network.However when i turn WiFi off and am out and about even with full signal bars I cannot connect to the mobile network and send and receive What’s App messages, use my Apps. So in short I can only use my phone with WiFi. Have done all the checks and followed advice but nothing. Also as part of process ID Mobile App said i would receive a text message confirming when ID Switch was complete but never received a text. My plan is unlimited data, minutes etc but as it stands cannot connect to my network and there are no network issues in my area.

Hi,I am trying to complete the Onbarding process, but the Onbaording website is not recognising my Date Of Birth.This account I am trying to set up is my 2nd ID Mobile Account. Could this be causing some sort of conflict with my 1st ID Mobile Account?

I get warnings close to data limit ?   My app shows I have plenty.But why am I paying 30.99 for just 10gb? 

Challenges activating esim. Got a new iPhone which is eSIM only, so tried switching from physical sim to eSIM. Every time the thing fails partway through. I am on attempt four, but now being told I need to go into Curry’s… very annoying.What am I doing wrong here? Is there some secret setting I need to flick on my phone to stand any chance of the eSIM activating? I get a failure message, and of course as the eSIM QR only works once, I had to contact live chat which takes quite a while (I’m grateful for the help, but… sending me to curry’s is not really helpful) 

I returned my new phone before even opening the package or inserting the sim card so there was no usage but I am still being charged a final bill of £5.26Why?

Joined about a week ago and have discovered I am receiving no calls or texts yet I am able to send them to other people.I am in a fully 5G covered area according to the checker on this very website.I can not switch to a 4G signal on my phone.My handset is a relatively new handset - Samsung S25 5G, sold by yourselves (iD mobile), so should be perfectly compatible with your network/masts.Please fix my issue. I am missing multiple very important calls, because so far, your network is atrocious…To add to the mystery, barely 30mins after posting this I receive the ONLY text I have received in over TEN DAYS, from iD Mobile themselves, clearly from your own network, not an outside one like EE O2 etc.So I asked a friend to quickly try sending me a text, thinking it was working. Signed up to iD and got number. I then cancelled after 2 days because they couldn't port my O2 number on time and O2 offered me new deal. ID failed to cancel contract, and then ported my old O2 number that I've had for 26 years. ID then cancelled my contract and disconnected both my iD issued number and my O2 number leaving me without and mobile service.Customer service are useless. Can't speak to anyone and they continue to fail to provide PAC code so I can take my number back to O2

For the past couple days i have been unable to get in contact with anyone from ID mobile since their only way of contact is live chat , which is stupid since it doesnt even work. I have no service for the past few days and their live chat doesnt even work , how can i get in contact with someone . Each time i try to live chat it says its connecting me to a agent then gives this messages 2 minutes later,‘I'm sorry. I'm not available to chat at this time.Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.’

Hey 👋 so my son would like a new phone for Xmas and my upgrade was due so I figured that I’ll upgrade, give him in the new iPhone 16 and I’ll stay on the iPhone 15 I’ve got as it works fine no damage etc. So when it comes, I assume it’ll be locked to ID mobile so do I take the new sim and put it in my iPhone 15 and buy a seperate monthly sim only for the iPhone 16 that he’ll be having and would the iPhone 16 accept that or is it locked to my contract?! Anyone done this and it’s easier than it sounds? 🙂 Thanks  

Baffled by the ID Mobile “offer”I am now at the end of a 2 year contract and they want me to upgrade.I’m looking at a Google Pixel 10 Pro 256gb (unlimited data, texts & calls)Price they are quoting is £29.99 per month with £299 upfront If I go through Mobiles.co.uk on an ID Mobile plan  I can get the same deal and only have to pay £29 upfront (£100 voucher on a new Pixel)So basically can I get the new deal from Mobiles.co.uk and just port my existing number or is this just the usual case of being a “loyal” customer just gets you shafted and the deals aren’t as good.Not sure why staying with the same company should be this complicated🙄 

Hi there, I received a contract phone but when setting it up it just went into a constant boot loop, phone constantly restarting itself. I contacted support and sent the phone back the next day. I was basically just wondering how long it takes to process the return and send a replacement?  

Hi, I have two phones with yourselves, on one everything is great and no issues whatsoever. However, my other contract, I am unable to view via my account. I previously had a direct debit set up for this and was called once to be let know that the account was behind therefore, I made the payment there and then over the phone and assumed we would go back to monthly payments. I also did not ever receive a SIM card for the IPhone. As previously mentioned I do not have access to this account and had no letters or emails sent regarding missed payments and was not aware of this due to lack of communication/ setting up further arrangements. I have now received an email from a debt collectors stating I need to pay over £500 which is ridiculous and impossible for it to be that much. If not charged there shouldn’t be no where near as much as that and usually other networks would contact first and attempt to arrange a direct debit as well as arranging further payments.  I have alw

My upgrade phone was not delivered could I collect it from a store as DPD were trying to deliver it to a different address to the one I asked for it according to pictures they sent of somebody elses front door 

We have purchased 6 GB Data add on for 12 months. This was due to using all our data with no broadband. We are now not using our Data allowance of 10 GB each month. Does the unused 6 GB add on data roll over each month, the same way our contracted data does?

I received my first bill after my upgrade and the bill is £5 more a month than agreed on, how to I get in contact to sort this out. I only went with ID because they were the cheapest.

I want to upgrade my plan to get a new iPhone (currently sim only) but it says upgrades are unavailable. Do I need to cancel my existing plan and start a new contract? And if so how do I do this. Thanks
