iD signal on the move is unusable I use my mobile for business calls every single day, and my 50 mile each way journey is the same route, using some of the busiest roads in the country (M4 between junctions 12 - 10 & other nearby major routes)...yet for 90% of the journey I cannot use my phone due to the horrendous signal failure that results in me having to keep ringing people back time and time again - it's embarrassing, unprofessional and I end up losing over 2 hours of valuable time per day. I have tried every option available of advice given, and nothing is working, and i am at the point of jacking in this contract with iD and going to another network that's going to give me better and more reliable signal, because I cannot afford to be losing out on work due to this. How can I get out of my contract? Because iD is not providing me with the service I need.
