Hi there, I've tried to log in on browser a number of times and am stuck in a loop at 'what's your email address' page.  It's not accepting my (correct) password. I have reset my password a number of times which doesn't help the situation.  I need to increase my roaming allowances but can't login to do so. 

Just joined ID from EE, transferred my number in the normal way with the PAC code.I'm getting phone calls to my new SIM with my old number as expected, but SMS text messages still go to my OLD SIM even tho it says that is has no service and should be deactivated.My new ID SIM make calls from my old number as expected but sends SMS messages from the number it started with, which should be dead and buried now.Can anyone help? Will it just sort itself out in time?Thanks, Alex 

I have taken all the steps to resolve roaming issues. I’ve reset the network and everything that was advised. Still no luck. The roaming choice is not even available on my phone, so I am told in that case to contact ID, but there is no way of contacting anyone. I have an eSIM from ID and another card from another provider. 

I am having major issues with Pixel 9 phone signal over wifi calling. No other issues with my Fibre BB signal over the house with other wifi devices - Speedtest gives results of 46mbps over phone. Gets better if i move round the house but sometimes they aint practical Any ideas?

Every time I download the app from App Store and try to log on it says an error has occurred

Hello All, My father (88) now resides with me and no longer lives in the UK.I am his POA (Power of attorney) and closed his direct debits. IDmobile is trying to collect an outstanding debt he incurred, which is not an issue and am happy to pay but I DO want the contract cancelled?can anyone help me achieve this, tried online chat - no one available 

I ordered a replacement SIM which I received 3 days ago, but it still hasn’t been activated. I’ve tried restarting my phone and checking for updates, but I still have no service.I posted in the community forum yesterday and was told that a message was sent to me, but I haven’t received anything and wasn’t told where to find it. I’ve checked my email, and account dashboard — no updates.To make things more difficult, your chat system appears to be down, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone directly. I was supposed to get my sim card two days ago. I got the email saying it has been delivered- but it hasn't. What do I do? Royal Mail guidelines says I should contact the sender, but I see no customer service email here.

Both my partner and I have iPhone 13s on the latest software. For the last few months we have travelled around the UK and the signal has been very bad 1 or 2 bars everywhere, and extremely slow data if any at all. Most of the time we can’t make calls or send texts even when a signal is showing. we have reset phone settings. We have had new SIM cards and E Sims. Still rubbish everywhere. have been an ID mobile customer for around 7 years and the signal and coverage has only got worse and worse. what else can we do? We have tried everything suggested multiple times. Has got to the point that we want to cancel and switch networks but feel like we shouldn’t have to pay the extortionate exit fee as we are only leaving as we are not getting the promised service

Just recently signed up to iD mobile, switching from EE. Wanted to keep my number so went through the steps of transferring it over and I received a text today to say the switch had gone through. However I’ve just had a look on my device info on my Apple account and it’s still showing my new phone number for my new phone and my old number on my old phone. How do I go about changing this? Do I need to activate my SIM card? Should I have done that?  I’m receiving all messages and calls on my new phone and have signal. The new number is also showing on my ‘sign in & security’, how do I get rid of this and it’s obviously not being used now that I’ve transferred my old number across. TIA

I seem to have the same issue as a number of other ID mobile customers - I ordered an iPhone 16 Plus, but was delivered an iPhone 15 by DPD. The box was sealed when it arrived, and I opened it before realizing that the phone was not what I ordered.I have followed the process of registering a complaint with customer service, but the 6 business days specified for investigation have passed, and I have no updates on the status of the complaint. Does anyone have any advice on moving this forward? In a phone call with customer service today I was assured that the matter would be escalated and I should wait 72 hrs, but I have no faith that this will produce anything, Is there another avenue to make a complaint?

Hi,   I bought a new phone from Carphone warehouse - Google pixel 9. I was on the Three network, and I gave over the code to keep my number, when I took out the contract.  The switch was supposed to happen on Tuesday.   On Wednesday morning (today) 10am I received an email saying the switch had been completed. I didn't receive a new SIM, so assumed my old one would work in this phone. But I have no service. It says, emergency calls only.   I've tried upwards of 20 times to speak to someone on the chat function and it says 'sorry I can't chat right now' each time I try to get transferred to an agent. I can't access the app either because it's trying to send me a text and I can't receive it.    Any advice?    Thanks, Leigh

My agreed monthly recurring charge is £22.99. It has now shot up to £37.36. I have checked my invoice and there are no additional charges added. I wasn’t made aware of a reason for increase. How do I query this?

Hi,My daughter keeps getting messages saying payment due, but looking at her payment history she should be in credit. Payments made 26/02/25, 04/03/2025 and 19/03/2025. She should be in credit for her April payment?  Please could you look into it please as she has lost her data.Thanks
