I received my new phone today.  Totally wrong colour.  How do I get this changed. 

I’m currently abroad and have got roaming set up, but want to check how much data I’ve used. The app displays 194.7GB/100GB. What is this telling me? That I’ve used 94.7 extra outside of my plan? Is there any way of seeing how much I’ve used while abroad? 

Despite receiving messages from ID mobile claiming to attempt helping me with my Gift Card.I’m still at a standstill.No response from Curry's store,  since they were sent an email from Rob last Friday in store concerning Gift Card activation.Will somebody please offer support. No point giving a customer a Gift Card that’s not been activated.it appears other people experiencing same problem.

I’m trying to log on to my account online and on the app but it’s just keep saying “sorry your details do not match our records”  I’ve tried multiple times but keep getting the same answer so can’t log in at all. 

I have come to the end of my contract.Received an email to say “do nothing and keep paying £22.64...” but have been charged £32.64 today and upon checking my account, the bill for May that is also showing as £32.64???

Hi, I'm currently abroad in chile and have all appropriate roaming settings enabled on my phone. I have recieved texts and calls from UK numbers fine until now, but as of today I cannot recieve anything.  I have tried all of the suggestions on the community help pages. Can anyone help with how to sort this? TIAtom

My phone is just saying no sim activated ? I have tried all of the trouble shooting

In Spain. Roaming usually works OK here. Samsung M31. My wife has the same phone also on ID hers works perfectly.When on Movistar can't make/receive calls or texts. Sometimes it goes automatically to Vodafone ES and works. (Not an ID partner).Phone WILL NOT go to manual network selectHave spent more than two hours with chat agents. They all keep telling me to change manually to Yoigo. Phone will not change from automatic to manual.Yesterday Agent Maurice dumped my chat after 90 minutes. I also think that the agents are  helping several.clients at the same time.Anybody got any ideas please? It seems the agents Can't help.Thanks.

i have a new ID account, ported my number from lebara and activation day was tuesday. Old number is now dead, ID said go back to lebara and ask them, lebara told me the port is now complete,so number no longer on their network.  Now ID is saying the number is gone and cant be retrieved. i have had same number for over 20 years, elderly and disabled. my number is my lifeline. Who can help me get my number back? im deflated i have been back and forth on chats i dont know what to do now. please help or should i just accept my number is now lost in ID space and cant be retrieved and move on?

I ordered a new phone fron carphone warehouse, the first one was "involved in an incident" so they sent a replacement out. In between this ID set-up my DD with what I assume is the number for the original phone sent, the SIM i received has a different number.  What happens now because I won't be receiving the SIM that they are billing me for.

I ordered a new phone and provided my PAC details for my account to swith yesterday. There was an issue with the original phone delivery by dpd and I had an email to say there was a delay then updated emails stating I had been sent a replacement for the delayed delivery. This arrived however the phone hasn't activated on my ported number and when trying to call my number it's an automated message stating this number isn't able to connect so now I have no active phone 

I’m going to Oz for about 28 days later this year. What are my options and costs with id? I can buy an eSIM in Oz as one option. 

I've only been with ID a week but I've been billed for a full month.

My father acquired a new smart phone with ID mobile last year, having previously had a phone on the 3G network. Soon after acquiring the phone he realised he could not view his account details online as when he entered his details he just received a message saying his details weren't recognised (although this has not prevented ID mobile taking money from his bank account). He has written twice to ID Mobile about this, but has not received a reply despite the SLA of 7 days given on the website. On 30th December he was in the middle of a call when it was suddenly curtailed by a recorded message saying he had reached his capped limit. He does not believe he has a capped limit, but being unable to view his account details or discover his customer service pin is making it very difficult to receive any help. He has reported these issues via live chat, but once again he is asked for details which aren't being recognise

SMS texts and Facebook Messenger messages take an age to send and receive or do not send at all live chat keeps cutting me off when speaking to an advisor

I changed my direct debit online a couple of weeks or so back but today I received a message that the payment was not taken.  I checked with the bank and they told me the direct debit had not been set up and they have no record of ID whereas 2 others with the same details were there.  They have no record of ID attempting to take payment.  I suspect no action was taken by ID following my online request.  Are there problems with changing DD?  Part of the reason I moved banks was to get a sign up bonus and ID failing to take the DD may cause me to lose the bonus.

Hi there, I put an online order to buy iPhone a while ago. I was issued an oder no few days ago which I still have it as screenshot but, I haven't been confirmed an order through email or phone call neither I have heard any outcomes on my placed order. Hi ID I have recently updated my iPhone to the IOS 18 public beta. One of the features coming with IOS 18 is RCS support on iPhone with android users. As of now ID does not appear to support this feature, do you have any plans to enable this in the future. Thank you. 

Me and my wife both got new 2 year contracts last week with new iPhone 16’s. We are now on holiday in Spain. We can both make calls but cannot receive calls. Data works fine. When someone tries to phone our numbers they get a message saying that “the person you are trying to reach will not accept this call”. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, selecting different networks (Orange, Vodaphone, Yoigo, Movistar) and have the same issue. I have tried de-activating and reactivating roaming and international through the ID app and still the issue remains. I have tried live chat who can’t help with this issue other than tell me to try the troubleshooting steps.Interestingly it looks like the person in this thread only a few days ago was having the exact same issue: Can anyone help resolve this please. The issue looks to be on ID side rather than due to phone. 

Can I only download my esim on the transaction date I've been given on 15th April
