I have two sim contracts for young people, both with the same billing address and email address. I can only see one on the account, how can I access the other? 

Every time I go into the app it shows the wrong data allowance on my plan.Ive spoken to customer service twice today and the first advisor said they'd change it there end,but that never happened and the second advisor told me to re install the app,I've done that and it's still wrong,is anyone else having this issue and have you found a way to sort it.Thanks.

I’ve just purchased a new phone & contract. I’m wondering when the first bill will come through for my contract? When the sim is activated? When the phone is delivered? Etc etc

Hi there - received my NEW iPhone 15 yesterday on ID Mobile. All seemed straight-forward in setup, but on speaking to 2 people today on the phone, both of them experienced delays in me speaking and them receiving the message. Any ideas?P.S. I phoned my son who was only upstairs to test and he heard me fine with no delay (don’t tell me if somebody is far away there’s a natural delay due to distance lol)

Hi  need a new SIM card

I have recently switched from Lebara to ID and now I am unable to verify online purchases using a text message. The purchase is always declined. I have contacted my bank (Co-op) and they state this is a network issue. I was reluctant to believe this at first but it seems that many people face the same issue. Obviously this is a game changer for me and unless a solution can be found I will have no opinion but to switch to another provider. 

I joined id mobile a little over a week ago, ported my old number across and that's when the issues started. I haven't been able to receive calls or txt messages since the port was "successful".  I can make outgoing calls, my ported number displays on the receiving phone. I can send texts but the id mobile issued number displays. This is clearly a porting issue but I've spent days being messed around by the"technical support chat" who keep repeating the same steps, customer support lines that don't pick up the phone a total of 14 hours on hold so far! I did on one occasion get told this was going to be escalated to the technical team and would be in touch within 48 hours but that has been and gone with no resolution in site. You have 24 hours left to resolve it or I'm going to use the 14 day cooling off clause to cancel this contract before that opportunity expires. I need to be able to receive calls as a matter of urgency, I am a primary contact for a 95 year o

I started a contract with ID mobile about 6 weeks ago and used a PAC code to transfer my old number. Yesterday, my number reverted back to the original ID mobile number I was assigned. Please could you change my number back to the number I requested. 

Bill payment was taken 3 times, spoke to customer service through live chat and was told refund was being processed and opened a complaint. Spoke to complaints department who then informed me it was being sent by cheque (no mention of this on live chat) and that account would be debited within 24 hours. Just spoke to the live chat for an update as its been 2 days, refund not processed and will be 5-7 working days. Can't believe anything that this customer service department tells you. This stands out as the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, completely useless avoid them at all costs.

Hi all 1st of all I'd just like to say please don't be too hard on Id mobile for the disruption & inconvenience that id are suffering at the moment As most of you know that id mobile & smarty piggyback of the 3uk network so if 3uk have issues with there network it effects id mobile & smarty & as I understand 3uk are doing work on the networks  & with this bad weather we're having it's not helping the situation ! & I also understand other networks are having issues ! Nothing in today's life is perfect if it was we'd all be happier ppl (don't you agree)We all rely on our mobile phones too much these days I grew up in the world of if you had to make a phone call we had to find a public phone box & if it had been vandalised we had to find the next nearest 1 to us ! (Yes I'm an old git lol)But pls give id mobile a chance there great value for money & when everything's working ok I bet you will all agree it's great value for mone

I’m dismayed to find my credit rating losing points due to a hard credit search from ID mobile….for an £8 a month SIM. Really? You have to do this? I actually have good credit and even credit card companies have only done soft searches!I regret ever coming into contact with ID, I am incensed! 

Hello. I hope someone can help. On my latest bill there are two charges for two phone calls I made to a UK 07 number.  Having checked my phone I did indeed make these calls, but I can’t remember who they are, and no business or name comes up. Anyway, my contract would normally cover such calls so can anyone explain why I might have been charged? Thanks Chris Neill

I got 30 days if I want to change my mind I've changed my mind want to go back to my old plan this one was gone up to much from 30 to 38 this it way to much for me to pay 

Why dose it take days for someone to get back to me I've being asking for help and still No one getting back to me I want to go back to my old plan Not happy with my new one it went from 30 to 38 definitely not happy about the price for network not even working properly my network go off when I go out Darlington doesn't even work 

Hi I was in a contract which has now ended.i ‘upgraded’ to sim only and ordered an eSIM. I’ve activated the eSIM.i think i still have 27 days of not existing month/contract.. now that I’ve activated my new eSIM, do I need to turn off the old sim? Well my number change?  Thanks Natalie

I have an ID account with 3 numbers on it, mine, my partner’s and my son’s My son’s contract expires next month and I would like to change him to a rolling monthly SIM only contract, but whenever I try to do so, I’m unable to proceed past the basket stage as there is no email address on the account. Except there is. All 3 numbers have my email address against them, so why isn’t this working? I would speak to ID about it, but I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and stuck in live chat for 45...

Hi all, I've realised both of my Samsung galaxies aren't receiving sms messages off varying people, nothing has changed on both our phones (my son has my other) that we are aware of, and have a few signal bars. I've tried airplane off/on, restarting the phone, looked through settings and am still stuck so if anyone can help then that would be great. We can still receive calls from the people who have messaged us if that matters.

My phone plays media etc no problem, but microphone doesn't pick up sounds. This makes Gemini no use, or the recorder function. This is a fairly recent problem as it used to work fine.

Why am I not receiving my texts and why can't I make phonecalls havnt been able to for a few hours now 😫 

Every month my direct debit isnt set up, even i done it online after I make payment online. Is there a why I can speak someone at id mobile  

Took out my contract in December 2024, fully aware of the April price rises. My contract when I took it out was £29.99, from April it will now be £32.05. This is not the 3.9% that it should increase, it's over 6%. Obviously the amount in real money terms is hardly anything, however its more about principle. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hi how early you can upgrade from sim only to handset ? Is anyone upgraded after 3 or 6 months ? Or you have to wait till end of your 12 months contract?  When I click upgrade it doesn't show any date. What does that mean ? After how many months I can see the upgrade date ?
