I have been trying to activate my eSIM with iD Mobile since March 16th, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every time I attempt activation, I receive the same frustrating error message: "No registered network." Despite multiple attempts and troubleshooting, I am still unable to use the service that I am paying for. One of the most infuriating aspects of iD Mobile's service is their lack of a physical customer support number. The only way to get assistance is through their live chat, which, unfortunately, is far from helpful. Every time I contacted customer service, they assured me that my issue had been escalated and that it would be resolved within 48 hours by their so-called "next-level IT team." Yet, days have passed, and nothing has changed. The same issue persists, and their empty promises continue. This raises a serious question: What kind of service is iD Mobile providing? Whenever I make a call to a customer service centre, they cannot hear me; the connection is terrible. But if they call me back it's absolutely fine.  It's not the phone.When I make calls to private phone numbers, I have no problems.  Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks

I recently went to Australia, with a short layover in Shanghai. Although I never took my phone off airplane, knowing full well I don’t have data roaming, I have still been charged for using all my roaming data during that short layover.  I have spoken with ID via live chat to have the charge deducted from my regular bill, but they are saying nothing can be done.  anyone else had a similar problem and found a solution? I don’t see how I should be charged for something I never used, especially when that charge is larger than my regular bill!

What size SIM card data for travelling in the uk in my camper van do I need it’s just for watching smart tv ie Netflix and a fire stick that kind of thing thanks Tim

I've had issues with my Samsung Galaxy S24fe connecting whilst abroad. I've toggled this and that before I've departed, but nothing! I went into a phone shop recently and they said to take off battery saving to allow 5g whilst abroad. Has anyone ever had similar problems?I did find on the ID website that it was  problem with my make of phone and it wasn't compatible with abroad! I'm running out of solutions to try. I can't get out of this contract until 2026! 

Hello community.  I’m wondering if anyone has had the same issue as myself here.   I’m a new ID mobile iPhone customer and I’m have a lot of issues with verification of my iPhone number accepting in iMessage.   ( successful transfer of my number from vodaphone to IDmobile  )  It simply will not tick the number in settings to activate correctly.   It only uses my email which is very frustrating as iMessages will not work properly.    I’ve read online that apparently ‘international text’ setting needs to be completed from the network provider ( ID mobile ).   Several tech helps from Apple all say there is no issue at their end and to make sure the international text setting is applied from ID mobile side.   I’ve chatted with ID mobile many times but I’m thinking they don’t understand the issue.     I guess my question is has anyone had this issue and can ID tech support resolve the issue as I have a brand new iPhone without the function of messages working properl

I left ID on the 24/03/25 switched happened on the morning of 24/03/25 this morning!!!I've been charged 1 month normal fee ..but my bill goes to 24/02/25 - 23/03/25 renews in the 24/03/24..so if Ive switched on the day of my monthly contract renew date actually I shouldnt get charged at all..I've also got 2 points to make.. and this is besides all the problems I've had with your app deleting my DD details and then saying I've disputed the DD and the bank even told me that the DD were still active..(until I had enough of the double money paying and the app deleting stuff that I switched providers at the end of my contract and cancelled my DD as advised )1 day (few hours ) does not mean get charged 1 month.out of contract so payment should reflect that the handset has been paid off and the amount should be adjusted.. also for 1 day(few hours

My mobile monthly payment contract is due for upgrade from 24-03-2025. I would like to know and choose by changing either sim only plan or upgrade the device into ipone 16 plus. Please let me know the monthly cost of both options

I got a replacement sim after my phone was stolen on holiday. Since then I have been trying to reactivate it.However every time I try to reactivate it online it takes me through the process of logging into my online account. In order to log in , I have to input my phone number so I can reactivate my phone. They then send a text message to my phone number.Which I cannot receive because my sim card isn't activated. I can't get on the online chat because the button never seems available. And when I press the button which says I don't have an ID SIM card, it just takes me round to the ID Mobile deals page. How on earth am I supposed to reactivate my SIM card online?And I can't get in touch with anyone and I can't phone anyone because my phone isn't working. 

I bought a sim for my mother that she no longer uses. I do not know the number of the sim, i am still getting charged for the phone. How do I cancel an account I have no information about?

Hi, I recently moved over to ID Mobile and my PAC switch was meant to happen today to move my old number onto my new phone/Sim. My old phone/SIM has stopped working but the number hasn’t transferred onto my new ID mobile phone/Sim. When can I expect this to happen? thanks!

Hello! I have been using ID Mobile for two years now and I've worked out where in my house it works best. Since Thursday I have been having issues with my data. It is my main source on connectivity, I have no broadband.  The issue is that the places where the data used to work in my house, now do not and I have to wait to be outside of the house to receive a simple message from family. I dont know what is going on. Can someone help me please? I would not like to make any complaints...

SInce the upgrade of the ID Mobile App my mobile phone number is no longer recognised by the ID app. This I'm finding frustrating, I'm abroad often and need to keep tabs on my data usage. Even the 7777 number has stopped working. I have no online access to my account for upgrades, bolt ons or phone service. It's been over a year since ID promised to iron out mobile app issue.

My money has been cocked up by DWP yet again so I can't pay my bill till 4 th April

I was charged £45 when I went from Plymouth to Roscoff on the the ferry overnight i didn’t even use my phone I was asleep and woke up to a text say i have used up my Data cap and will be charged £45 on my next bill how can you justify that ?
