Hi,After having experienced a messed up a switch to an e-SIM, I was offered a deduction on my next bill of £20 which I accepted. This never materialised. When I contacted customer services again today, I was left hanging for more than ten minutes after providing my phone number and my email-address and was then asked to confirm my email-address (which is the correct email for my account). I can understand waiting times, etc. but I cannot understand if I have to wait for a reply from the operator for ten minutes without any reason given for the delay. The operator never responded to my request, so I eventually left the chat. My issue remains unresolved, so I would kindly ask you again to deduct £20 from my next bill.Thanks

I’m helping my mum with her phone as today it’s ready to be upgraded. She is happy with her phone and wants to switch to a sim only contract. When I open the page with the massive title ‘Upgrade your Phone or Sim Only Contract’, there's no way to access the sim only contracts. What’s the process of cancelling this current plan, keeping her number, and switching to sim-only? When I did this with my own phone last year it was straight-forward, but its a deliberately predatory mess now. If I log in and try to access the sim only deals page, it logs me back out or refuses to show me that page.

Hello... I bought new mobile phone and want to insure it. The insure company wants me to register it with my network provider which ID is. How can I do it?

My contact ends on 28.4.25. I intend to get a new phone and plan (still with I’d) via mobiles.co.uk (they’re much cheaper than the upgrade offered by I’d). I’m assuming I need to request a PAC and to give 30 days notice today, so the contract ends on 28.4.25. Is that correct? Thanks

I upgraded my plan to a sim only plan after paying for my phone and i chose a £16 per month (first 6months free) unlimited data, calls and texts.when i first changed it in the app it says my data is only 5gb and not unlimited also it says my next bill is due next month but im supposed to have the first 6months free

For the last two weeks I have been getting SMS txt not at all or late. Sometimes two will come through the next day. This is from different networks. My son is on 3 so the same network but it still happens.Im on a IPhone 14 and have reset my network settings already, as well as a hard and soft reboot of my phone. Calls fine as are some txt messages. I’m at a loss as my wife and sisters txt are now regularly hours late or even a day.

When can I expect my id mobile phone to start being able to make and receive calls  

I've made complaint about service issues and id mobile complaints team keeps sending me same email every week asking for information requested by technical team and I've responded to the request then same email request sent every week, even I've received call asking same request information.The are playing around to waste time not to resolve issues. I asked to rise my complain to ombudsman but they ignored my request.I think the best things is to contact Ofcam or solicitor office to deal with them.I've advised everyone to avoid this network as we paid for nothing.

Having a dual sim phone I placed my iD sim and a GiffGaff sim in together.  The iD sim gave one bar, the GiffGaff sim gives 4 bars.I then swapped the GiffGaff sim for my old 3 mobile sim. The results here were iD still on one bar AND the 3 sim also on one bar.THIS CAN ONLY MEAN THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE 3 NETWORK  WHICH iD PIGGY BACKS ON!!!!So what now??I am inclined to formally complain to iD by registered letter. Asking to resolve this by allowing me to exit my contact at no cost to me. Failing this it may mean pushing this on up to either the Ombudsman or more likely to CISAS.Has anyone anyother ideas???Below is a screen shot of my phone with the iD and 3 mobile sim's in.

Hello. Standing at the kitchen window with the phone flat and one arm in the air, is not sustainable, and still barely a signal on the cheese wedge. With “you’re breaking up” the bulk of the conversation.Google Pixel 7A has let me setup wi-fi calling, which when it happens is great. But I don’t know what connection I will get.Do I need a new SIM or a phone with more menu options?It makes the land line feel a luxury when I'm at home, though “evenings and weekends” can cost.Please.

hasn't worked properly for over six months I am paying over £30 a month and getting no data and very poor service with seemingly zero support.  Can I please get some genuine support 

Went to Japan for 3 weeks and used an esim on my Pixel  I've come back and can't get signal on my domestic id mobile SIM.  I've tried the usual resets etc  Can anyone help? 

Hi, I'm not able to get call forwarding working. I have an Asus zenphone 10, on Android 14.  I've navigated to the correct settings. I click on the option for call forwarding and then it takes me to a screen to choose my SIM. When I click on the SIM it takes me to the call forwarding options, which are all greyed out, and there is a pop-up at the bottom of the screen which says reading settings, it just stays there and nothing happens. I think occasionally there is an error message. Please The photo attached, this is what I'm seeing.   I've tried very solutions put forward on chat and they've been unsuccessful. One was to enable my mailbox which I have done. Any help getting this to work would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

Despite there network coverage indicator saying I receive excellent coverage I can assure them I don't complained they sent me a new SIM card saying that's the problem didn't do a thing and even with WiFi calling it's horrendous I've got a brand new Google pixel 9 and my partner has a brand new iPhone and she is the exact same biggest mistake I made was taking a contract out with Id mobile paying £27 a month for nothing

I'm already a ID mobile customer for my phone but I would like to add another phone to my plan for my son. Am I able to do this? And if so how to I do so?

I’m going to France for a week, which is included in my EU roaming.  But I’m flying in and out of Geneva airport in Switzerland and want to set up being able to make a call to the transfer company there on those 2 days - a week apart.  It says it’s £5 per day but gives me no option to choose which dates..   It will only do it for today.  That is no good! I can hope to remember to do it on the day I travel out at 3am,  but how do I do it for the day I come back?    I could book for 10 days but don’t really want to pay £35 for 2 quick phone calls...

Hi, I've had this contract for nearly a year and have been having quite a few issues - mostly with calls failing, not coming through as well as data not working/being very slow despite full bars and 5G. I had a Samsung Galaxy on 3 previously and had no major issues, however since switching to ID it seems every other week is up and down. I now have a Google Pixel 8pro so shouldn't have thought it would be an issue with the phone - and Watford is usually good for service so not sure what the issue is. With a year still left I am really considering just trying to switch to a different sim supplier and sacrifice what I would have saved switching to ID

Pac code transfer successful,  but ID wants me to log in to number they provided but I don`t have access to this and so code they sent to ID number can`t be inputted and so can`t log in…..Help!!
