Hi, I cancelled my contract within the 14 days cooling off period and believe that an outstanding debt has been passed onto a debt collection agency. I received an email to say my cancellation has been approved and another all outstanding bills has been paid but I have been receiving calls from an agency related to id mobile debts. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi, Reference: ...I have looked at my bank statement and I am being charged twice, £15.60 & £7.00, for my one mobile.  My old contract was for the amount of £15.60 and this should of been cancelled. I recently switched to ID on a 24 month contract and my phone is pretty much completely useless unless I am connected to WiFi. I can't get any phone/data signal indoors or outdoors at work, home or pretty much anywhere in the area that I live.Whilst I know this area (LA23 3AU) isn't the best for mobile signals (we are still a long way off decent 5G) to not be able to get any signal at all just isn't good enough, and the issue goes far beyond my home postcode. I have previously been on EE and GiffGaff with no issues at all and I have tried Vodafone and EE Sim's in my current phone and they work fine so it is definitely an ID (3) signal issue. The ID coverage checker assures me that 4g is widely available in my area. I'm not willing to pay for zero signal for another 22 months so where do I stand with leaving my contract? I understand that I agreed to the contract but I am clearly not recieving the service that I signed up for.

I was on a 24-month contract, which ends in four days. I have requested a switch to a different provider, but they said the earliest they can do it is in about eight days. This means I will have an additional four days on a rolling contract with ID Mobile (assuming it automatically rolls over). Does this mean I will only pay for the additional four days of the monthly plan, or will I be charged for the entire month? This morning I received an email from ID Mobile telling me my PAC Code request had been received. I hadn’t requested a PAC. I contacted the Customer Service team over LIVE CHAT, to be told that i could ignore the request as the email was sent in error. When i pressed the Rep to confirm that no one had requested a PAC Code they then asked me if i had requested a replacement SIM any time this week. I told them that i hadn’t requested a SIM and that my phone was no longer making/taking calls or able to access the internet. The Rep again confirmed there was no PAC code request but they would block my SIM and raise a complaint on my behalf. They also asked me to setup a password for my account for future security. As my SIM card was now blocked I would need to go to a local Curry to get a replacement SIM (at no cost). This i have done and once activated i should be back online again in about an hour.  Apparently i will be notified via email when the complaint has been raised with

I am in France and am having no trouble calling or texting home. However, when I called a French telephone number I was unable to connect, so I tried texting but was unable send the message. My wife tried on her ID mobile phone with the same result both for call and text. I eventually managed to send a WhatsApp message (desperation because this lady was not on any of my groups and I had to start a new group) All very frustrating. I have never had a problem before with providers other than ID mobile. I am currently connected to F-Bouygues Telecom who I have found ultra reliable in the past.

For the last few weeks I have been unable to get a strong data connection in the nn8 1aq area. I used to get 5g now I am struggling to load simple websites. Please could someone look into the mast efficiency.  Thank you.

I have had my co tract with ID Mobile for a while now but I am having continuing problems when trying to make or receive calls. The call will connect and I am able to hear the person at the end of the libd but they are never able to hear me. I need to be able to make calls, this is the whole point of a phone! Please can this be rectified.

Hi, I have received numerous calls today saying my number has been used to call pensioners and try to scam them, is there anything you can do about this? Call me about this 

Received a text message saying that my SIM activation was in progress and then lost signal. Came as a bit of a surprise as I hadn’t changed SIM cards.Straight onto the online chat and informed that my number was in use and had been calling my bank. Assured that the number had been blocked (I now know this wasn’t the case as it will still in use by scammers after the end of the chat message).Advised to get a new sim card and swap it back and assured that the scammers wouldn’t be able to reverse this.After completing this regained control of my phone number.Next day another text message saying that my switch request had been received. Straight back on to online chat to be told that my concerns would be forwarded to the ‘technical team’ and they would get back to me with in 24 - 48 hours. Good morning - for the past year I have been unable to use mobile internet whilst at Stratford Railway Station. My phone shows that a signal is available at both 4g and 5g but unable to use.  My guess this is due to levels of demand - are there any plans to increase capacity to make it usable. 

I have just discovered iD,, can you help please ? I am not that tech Savvy,, so here we go--if I go for a 'all unlimited' iD sim card can I use it in a tablet for calls / texts / and for exploring the Internet like home broadband ? If you answer,, thank you as this is all new to me.. TheFixxer25..

I received my phone but no SIM card 

I have just changed to ID Mobile today and have requested to keep my old number from my previous phone provider. I have submitted my PAC code to ID Mobile. However, i requested an E-sim instead of a physical sim which has been emailed to me already with my new ID Mobile number, I was just wondering if a new one will be sent with my old number once the transfer has been done?

I am trying to switch from my old network provider with my PAC. However they are asking the ID number apart from my own number. They said ID number will be in the welcome email but I can't find it there or on my eSIM email.How and where can I find It?

I want to switch my mobile number from O2 to ID Mobile using a PAC code. I get the following error when trying to submit the request for the switch.We’ve tried to process your PAC, but there’s an issue with the information that you’ve submitted. I was on pay monthly but I got changed to payg.  My account still says pay monthly and I can’t top up.   how do I resolve this. 

How to download your documents onto your phone when upgrading as it won’t upload when I press the download button and now it’s went off and I can’t get it back again as the upgrade is now complete.

You can pay online or over the phoneThreatened to take me to debt agency.Confusing as I upgraded to another phone with new number as it said I was due for upgrade and was also not informed I was due or upgrade so overpaid by about 1 year. Now the email says to pay balance?? I don't understand as I'm paying the 27.99 a month for new phone and contract through ID..Please anyone help as I don't want a bad credit rating. Just need to find out what balance they mean?
