I am a little way into my current month. My contract finished a month or two ago but have still been paying the same. On upgrading, it appears I am being charged again for the month, so there’s an overlap where I’m paying twice for the service. Can I avoid this or get a refund on my over payment?

Hi, a bit convoluted but simple in the end - I think. I got a new phone on idmobile with a 100gb SIM. I put the SIM in my old phone and gave it to my daughter as her O2 contract was up. I have my old SIM in my new phone, my contract is up in June and I plan to go for a SIM only upgrade on my contract. Do I will have my new phone with my old number on my new SIM, my daughter will have my old phone with the SIM that came with the new phone.  I hope that kind of makes sense. The issue is, the new SIM is not giving 5g on my old phone only 4g. I know that the phone with an idmobile SIM works 5g as when I was using that phone with my current idmobile SIM it worked fine. Why would the new SIM not give 5g?I've been through all the settings on the phone and they are correct.I’ve also checked for coverage. 

Good evening, I made a one off card payment, of £12.00 on my account but ID have issue the direct debit for this month bill already, and is due to come out tommorow! - as my bill is £12.00 a month! If I let my Direct debit fail! Will ID use my available credit of £12.00 which I have on my account, to pay my bill for this month(November bill)? . When it comes back to them as failed direct debit?

Recently switched over to iD mobile today (the 28th November) was supposed to be my switch date, all has gone well as in my number is switched over however I have not revived the email or text about it being complete even through it said it would be by 10pm. The strange thing is I can still receive messages through Wi-Fi or data sending but am not getting anything through standard text/sms messaging. Is this normal, I checked my old sim card is now deactivated. 

I need access to  bills (or specifically calls made and received) from about 16 months ago (sept 2024), but my bills online only show past 12 months. How can i access previous ones. could l get this through a subject access request?

Moved to ID and brought my old number with me. I’ve been able to receive calls but not texts. Important for bank verifications etc looked through previous questions and looked at my iPhone settings under mobile services and the phone number listed is the number that came with the id sim rather than my number I’ve ported over.tried to edit the number and save it but it won’t let me. Any advice

Ive paid my overdue balance three times and the money has left my account but my balance is still overdue. I need this resolving now. 

I have had a contract for 6 months that is in my daughter's phone. I decided to switch to ID mobile myself so ordered an additional contract. It doesn't show in my ID mobile app. The SIM card doesn't work. Support chat sent me a new one but when activated it was my daughter's number not the new contract. I received the welcome email for my new 2nd contract so I know my email is correct and I know the number, which I gave to support, but they sent me a replacement SIM for the wrong number, presumably because it is the only contract showing on my account. What is going on?

When trying to contact support about changing my phone number I was put into a queue containing 500 customers and a 5 minute wait. At the end of the queue I was transferred to a page where I needed to press a button to speak to a chatbot, only to discover live chat is actually closed. Is this a fake queueing system? I find it hard to believe there's a 500 person wait to speak to a chatbot at 9pm on a Friday night.

I got a new phone on pay monthly with ID mobile through car phone warehouse. I asked to keep my old o2 number. It sent me a sim and when I put the sim in it gave me a new number for a few days then text me to tell me it was switched back to my old number. When I’m ringing people/ people are ringing me it’s coming up through my old number which is good. When people are texting my old number however it’s coming through my phone but when I text back it’s coming up as my new number ?  

This is not good. What is happening and when will it be fixed? The website status permanently says there is a problem in our area

4G coverage gone in S60 1FS leaving only occasional emergence calls! This has been going on for weeks intermittently but is now permanent where I live. I am paying for no service at all.

Hi, I’ve just installed my eSIM on my phone but there is no signal yet, does it take time for this? The eSIM was confirmed to be installed correctly, but I can’t find any information on how long it might take to get signal. I’m in an area that has good signal for all networks. My phone does have a regular sim with Vodafone, but this will be deactivated when my PAC request goes through tomorrow. Would having a regular sim set as my main account stop my ID eSIM working?

Terrible phone network, avoid at all costs. Sent me a broken phone and refused to resolve it. Customer service staff were useless, rude and called me a liar. 

I ordered the eSIM twice and I am still waiting for it 3 days later - number ending in 437

I have been with ID for years and had the same phone for ages. Last week my SIM card stopped working, just said no sim. Then randomly started working again. Today it stopped again, I tried flight mode, then on and off, I went to another area….nothing. Tried customer service who told me to reset network, which I did but didn’t work and just chucked me out of the chat id spent 20 minutes getting into (grrrrrr).finally another hard reset of my phone got it to work, for an hour then it disappeared again and nothing is making it start again. I’m guessing I need a new sim but the chat is infuriating and I can’t find a way to request it.
