Delete the community account
Ever heard of LOOPS? ID does and uses them to prevent access to any area where you want to eventually leave ID mobiIe. I want to delete my community account and move on. I also want to activate Live Chat. Both seem simple enough. Lets do delete community account first. I have a very old account that is no longer in my Password Manager, Google or Firefox accounts. I did have, but they are deleted. Yet I still get logged in as that user. So, use the community area. How many ways can that phrase be reworded? The point is, so much time is wasted looking for links, the ones found either fail or have been deleted. Lets do Live Chat. Lets try to find a link again. Endless scrolling simply loops back to starting page. Live chat button never appears, done all that is stated to try, pop ups, trackers, any safety extensions, VPN, add exclusions etc. Ive added my own efforts too. Nothing works. Lets try to leave ID. Why do I want to leave ID. The plan was excellent, it is a 5G phone, my area is not covered and was not i n the plan, the plan originally offered 3G and 4G but 3G is no longer available, leaving 4G. When there is no 4G signal then i have a brick. Try help, endless scrolling, trying all that is repeatedly suggested is time consuming and again with the looping on trying to get to live chat. (edit, time spent on replies is muchly appreciated, but many just posted same responses) I want to leave ID.
id mobil is a mess
On the 17th july I noticed that Id mobil had randomly taken £12 out of my bank on the 9th july. So on the 17th july I contacted id mobile by live chat asking why the had taken this £12, id mobile denied taking the £12 and told me I needed to contact my bank, I contacted my bank and stopped any more random £12 coming out. Now we are 21st Aug today I received a final notice letter from id mobile for £24, I again contacted id mobile by live chat and they say I had taken a sim only in June witch I never i already have contract with them, I spent all afternoon on live Chat and id mobile say I need report this sim as fraud and get a crime number which I had to do and get back on live chat and give them the crime number and now I need to 3 day for someone to contact and this will take 30 to 40 days for them to investigate. This is a *iss take. I never ordered sim only sim card also id mobile denied taking money out of my bank on the 9 th july even though I have bank statement saying it, also they never said anything about this sim card when I did contact them on the 17th july. Id mobile said that sim only sim card is a 24 month contract and I would have to pay for the 24 months for the contract. Now I have the stress of this for the 30-40 days worrying if this is going to mess with my credit rating. And so far an afternoon wasted on live chat and reporting to uk fraud team I believe id mobile did this to get more money out of us because having to go through this is a nightmare. This could been sorted over a month ago when I first contacted them
Constant poor signal inside buildings - between Minus 113Mdb (at best) and Minus 136dBM (at worst), which is shockingly poor.
Please can you help improve the phone signal on my iphone. I have been on ID-mobile for two months now, i have Aspergers and i live alone, so its very important i have a decent phone signal, so i can phone people when i need to. even when i am in the gym which is close to my town centre i can’t get a phone signal in the gym either (even though i’m connected to their wifi and have wifi calling enabled, i get i missed calls when i leave the gym) but other people on the three network (which IDM runs on) have four bars in the gym. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone help. Thank you. Additionally, NO, i don’t live in a castle, so its not thick walls that are stopping the signal from getting to my phone and the internal walls in the house are thin and even with internal doors open it makes no difference. Is there a signal booster that can be sent to me? I know other networks do a boosters that work with a broadband connection and put the calls through the broadband, but i don’t have broadband (just my phone). Even when i stand near a window or door it doesn’t make that much of a difference. After looking into this on youtube i found out how you can find your signal quality on your phone and mine is bouncing between -116 and -136, which i have discovered is the poorest signal there is and i live in an urban area, so not like i live in the back of beyond. My postcode is BL7-9YL if that helps in resolving the problem.
