Hi, I could use a hand with payments / Direct Debits please. I have 2 plans on my profile and I tried to move one account over to a new bank account via direct debit. Set it all up just fine, the date of payment comes around, the payment “doesn’t work”. I get threatening emails from the system saying I need to pay immediately or the debt collectors will be around.I logged into the system, it shows a failed payment but immediately shows a successful payment on the same day. Regardless, I settle the bill manually in case it didn’t go out. At this point the system doesn’t register I’ve paid manually and still refuses to let me set up a direct debit.On talking to the live chat, the person I’m speaking to can see and confirms the direct debit details via taking the last 3 digits of the new bank account. So the details ARE on the system, but it won’t show me them and states no DD is in place.What is going on? All the live chat agent could tell me is “how to set

I am currently looking into upgrading and I have an idea what I want but was just looking through my options when I noticed that on contracts offered for each handset there are 2 exactly the same except they cost £50 more upfront for example one was £47.99 a month, £49 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/minutes, just under that option was one for £47.99 a month but £99 upfront for 10gb of data and unlimited texts/mins on the same exact device with the same memory and colour and everything, why would you pay £50 more for the exact same thing?

I ordered a Google Pixel 7a from Mobiles.co.uk, with the main contract being through ID Mobile. The phone was a 2nd contract as I already have a contract with ID Mobile for another phone.On receiving the phone, a few days later my circumstances had changed.and I no longer needed this 2nd phone. So, I contacted Mobiles.co.uk and they stated that they would cancel the contract as I was still within the 14 day "grace period" and they arranged for it to be collected.Turns out that ID Mobile had then charged me £15.07 for the cancellation of the contract and a few weeks after this (March 2024) I had started to receive emails about this "outstanding debt" from Overdales and then LCSDR, all of which went into my spam box as I didn't even know I had received any emails about this until May 2024 when I received an actual letter from LCSDR threatening me with court action and a default against my name. I have continuously tried to access and negotiate a pathway through th

So far 3 days were I am unable to make or receive calls, both husband and granddaughter who are on same network have no problems.Went to currys whose network this is and told there is nothing they can do, and for me to keep switching phone on and off until it starts working again 😒Need someone to speak too / fix the issue otherwise I will be looking for alternative mobile network 

I have just topped up my PAYGO phone but I can’t make calls or send SMS.  I can use data though. Do I **have** to have a ‘Call Plan’ in order to make calls and/or send SMS?  I’m sure I didn’t originally need one, I just topped up and then I could make calls etc.  Can anyone explain this to me please.

Posting on behalf of my brother as I recommended ID Mobile to him - now I feel guilty.He purchased a new Samsung S24 Ultra on an ID Mobile contract but through the Carphone Warehouse platform (all owned by Curry’s, I believe). The problem is, when DPD delivered the package there was an iPhone 15 Pro Max inside.Things escalated when we took the device to a Curry’s/Carphone Warehouse store and a member of staff pointed out that the iPhone is a fake. Following internal investigations at Carphone Warehouse, it appears the genuine Samsung was switched for the counterfeit iPhone during transit. DPD are denying this, although they have admitted to letting a member of staff go.My question is - has anyone else suffered this scam? And if so, what did you do to resolve it?After over a month of endless emails, it looks like we will be heading to the small claims court.

Dear IDStarted a switch from 3mobile on Thurs 2nd May, phone was to be delivered on Fri 3rd May but wasn't as driver was ‘delayed’, after not hearing from them but 12pm on Tues 7th I called DPD to be told that they don’t know where it is as it has had “no new scans since Friday” which sounds more like the driver stole it.DPD then made me contact Currys, who made me contact Carphone Warehouse who made me contact ID who told me I have to wait 6-8 days for an “investigation to be carried out”. INVESTIGATION ON WHAT? DPD picked up the phone and have admitted it’s gone. I realise you have to rule out fraud on my part but I have the receipts that show DPD ‘lost’ it.In the meantime a wait of 6-8 days means the first bill is due for a phone I should have had 12 days prior. I think everyone knows that the only logistics company worse than DPD is Hermes, and making ME responsible for chasing this issue is classic DPD, but ID then asking a new customer to wait anoth

I have a problem where people can't hear me on voice calls but on WhatsApp etc. I've tried full reboots and read the articles and it seems to be a common problem. Do I need to get a new sim?I'll try to find an old phone and try the current sim in that one

I've got 3 days left till new plan will be available on ID mobile app but it's not showing any options. How I can change plan, order new phone in one day? 

Hi, the above phone is not on the list of compatible phones. WhatsApp works, internet works, navigation works, phone receives  a signal. However I cannot ring out or receive calls or messages. When I scroll down the settings to “About Phone” under phone number it says Unknown, and I can’t see a way of putting the number in. In  network and Internet, under calls and SMS it says id, under sims it says id. I took my Vodafone number with me, I unlocked the phone with a Vodafone provided code. Not sure what to do next? My ex husband got a new phone for my daughter (several years ago) and made a hash of closing the ID account and transferring the number so it never happened. She had a new number and a contract with a new provider. Money was paid to ID for a very long time for nothing as the old number was not being used and it hadn’t been cancelled either. I set the account up for my daughter so it is my details although it was paid for from a joint account that only he (my ex) uses. Well he no longer pays anything into that account so ID were not being paid and they are chasing me (well emailing my daughter which she has only just told me about!) I need the to close the account ASAP but we no longer have the SIM and cannot access the account. I have created this as I also have an ID account. Trying to get anything done is an absolute nightmare. I’m going around in circles. Please help!

I have an Apple Ultra Celluar Watch. Now iD Mobile has eSIMs when will we be able to add an eSIM to a celluar watch?I appreciate iD Mobile do not sell celluar watches but those of us that already have one might want to use the additional functionality.
