Hiya this has always been a I'd mobile number bit it's coming up as not recognised on the app can you help me please

I get a great signal on iD mobile but no data..can’t even open the iD app. It’s just an absolute waste of money for me! Guess the 3 Network is not for me, it does not have the capacity!

I transferred from my old sim to my new ID sim 3 days ago using my PAC code. My phone number has still not changed from the temporary one. I have tried turning my phone off multiple times.

I am upto date with my bill and next month's bill but my phone is still cut off I have been on the live chat 8 times but when asked to fill a form out get kicked off it. How long do I wait for my phone to come on as I will be leaving at this rate if I don't actually speak to a human

I’m due to travel from September to December and due an upgrade in October. I will be buying a sim out there as roaming isn’t covered in Australia. Will my phone still work once my contract has finished and can I upgrade when I get back or do I upgrade while I’m away and get it when I’m home but again will my phone still work?

Hi, Recently moved house and I don't think it's just and ID mobile thing as it was the same when I was with someone else. I get signal outside no problem, however in my house I get no signal at all, Is there any way or a device to change this? Cheers Mark

I joined id a couple of months ago and with unlimited calls unlimited texts and 120 gb data but when I log on the id app it shows my plan as unlimited calls unlimited texts but 1.5 gb of data event though it shows me I have 120gb of data to use can it be fixed or do I just ignore the error

Can I manage my account in store rather than via the live chat/website/app?

I’ve just changed my daughters plan, as she was using less that 3gb data per month. Her phone doesn’t leave the house and is connected to the wifi. ive just had a text through to say she’s exceeded her stay by 115GB!! How does this happen???

I recently had a message saying I had come to the 30gb limit of my roaming, whilst in the UK. I did have an issue with my sim card, which wouldn't show in the sim manager on my phone and I wasn't able to access any network connections. I did report this and received a new sim, which now works and shows up as it should. My question is, did the dodgy sim card default to roaming as I was still able to make and receive calls and connect to the internet? I wasn't aware of the issue until I checked re roaming when we go to Eire. Can ID assist?

I want my pay monthly, sim-only plan to provide service for just 2 months and to only pay for 2 months. I am approaching the end of the first month and the cancellation charges are shown as only £1.84. So if I were to cancel just before the end of the first month, this suggests that the plan and charges will cease almost immediately. However, I have seen that I need to give 30 days notice to cancel a pay monthly plan which means that, if I want service to cease at the end of the second month, then I will have to cancel now, before the end of the first month and can expect to pay for the 30 days service during the notice period. This is confusing. Please can someone clarify when I should cancel to receive, and only pay for, 2 months of service?

Trying to set up my ESIM. I’ve had the QR code and when I try to enter the details given it comes up saying ‘this code is no longer valid’ ?

I have the following on my most recent bill ( May 2024 ) … “UK From: 20/04/24 To: 18/05/24 £0.25” … When I read under, ‘Your bill explained’ it simply says under ‘UK’ ( usually £0.00 ), ‘see details in bill breakdown’, but there isn’t any breakdown or explanation for it on the bill. My phone is currently saying “no SIM”. Is this as a result of the recent outages?

My ID sim has not arrived - as usual, you can’t seem to get through to ID support. Can I just get one from Currys? But how does ID mobile know that is then linked to my account? Am I being thick? Joel

Why has my bill gone up this month from £10 to £16.50?

I’ve just received my new phone and my new SIM card. The phone says the SIM is not provisioned. I’ve tried a different SIM (also ID Mobile) in the phone and it’s fine. I’ve tried the SIM in a different phone and the problem is the same. I have an existing ID Mobile account but this is a second one. I can’t add this one to my existing account because the phone number isn’t recognised. So I can’t try activating the SIM. I’ve turned the phone off and on again. I’ve tried flight mode. I’ve tried in a different location. Nothing is working.

it didn’t work at all and we followed all help sheets and her brothers did with the same network. It said she had 44GB on the app but just wouldn’t work. As soon as landed in the UK it worked. How do we stop this happening again in the summer hols?

I understand I need to pay roaming charges for calls and texts when I travel to Switzerland next week and it appears these are capped at £25 maximum. It would seem this cannot be increased so what happens if I reach the limit and need to make more urgent calls. Can I simply make a payment of £25 to reset the cap to zero. If not can I increase my limit in another way?

Started with idmobile a month go not very good at first and kept getting the oops something went wrong . After a couple of weeks service was OK and was able to use the app properly ,now all of a sudden I'm getting the oops something went wrong when trying to use the app, anyone know why , thanks

Watch out for your holiday dates as ID mobile will charged you when you are still in the UK. Both ID mobile APP and website is useless to monitor your usage when roaming in or out of plan in EU inclusive zone. It is worth to know you will get out of plan without knowing it. Unlike other providers, ID Mobile do not give precise details of ID mobile charges for extra datas when roaming out of plan in inclusive EU zone. Neither ID Mobile give these details whenbilling you. In the link that ID mobile will provided as a response you will see, there is no cost in number in pound. What ID Mobile charged in pounds when roaming out of plan in inclusive EU zone like France, Spain, Italy... is not indicated nowhere. ID mobile will mis-solded you add-on worthless when roaming out of plan. No compensation to the distress caused to a vulnerable customer left stranded abroad without essential apps ID mobile just charged me out of plan EU roaming when I was still in the UK.

On Friday, I tried to top up my phone £20 using the iD mobile app. However every time I went to make the payment it said "sorry there was an error please try again" so I did as I needed the credit to use my phone. However every time the app said there was an error it had actually processed. Now instead of having £20 credit they took £120 out of my bank. Leaving me with nothing. I immediately got onto the live chat and they said they have logged the error and request for refund and told me to return in 48 hours. So 48 hours, I returned (Sunday) but they had no update and said there would be an update within 12 Hours so 12 hours later I returned (Monday morning) but there was no update again! And this time they said please wait 24 hours for a guaranteed update so yet again I waited 24 hours (Tuesday morning) but when I went to live chat they said no update again! And now I have to wait another 48 hours!! Which will take it to nearly a week. They just don't seem to care whatsoever about their customers. I'm getting no answers at all from anywhere. I haven't been able to purchase food now for 5 days because of this! So my question is, is there any way I can escalate this further? Before considering legal ramifications as I am considering going to the small claims court to get my money back.
