Sadly, my new mobile phone that arrived today via DPD has arrived with a crack on the screen and the back, could customer service please contact me about this? 

I can send text messages but not receive them. I have spent the entire day on Apple support, there is nothing wrong with my phone they say it is ID Mobile. Without text messaging I can’t access my mobile banking and frankly I’m furious. My billing is up to date. is there a number I can phone to talk to someone. The message chat doesn’t seem to be working. I blame myself for signing up with a provider who appears to offer no support 

I've just joined id mobile, received email with contract summary and invoice but no email with eSIM QR code, which I had been told to expect more or less straight away.Any ideas?And how do I actually get on live chat?

So, can't make or recieve calls for 24 hours due to Three network issues. Is there any chance of phone bill being reduced ? Probably not!!!!! 

I was recently out of the country and since returning have been unable to make or receive calls. I have activated all setting on my phone, switching them on and off continuously to hopefully see some change- however unfortunately have not been able to solve in any way.   

Over 24 hours now and still cannot make or receive calls

Hiafter 11 hours without a phone signal yesterday i now have a total blackout no phone signal, no data this has been for 3 hours so far….. i am aware other networks are still operating 📞 whats the isdue with our network 

It's January 23rd, for no reason I lost the ability to make calls, the text still comes through but the calls don't, strange because my wife, being on a different network, the same thing happened

Any engineers out there who can tell us when we can start using our phones?

I pay £7 per month for my plan which I thought included data roaming whilst on holiday in Europe but that wasn’t the case because I was unable to send or receive calls. Does this mean I’ll have to buy additional ability for me to use data roaming whilst in the Mediterranean next week ?

Ok so after yesterday’s shenanigans with ID, and being unable to contact roadside assistance(alone female=vulnerable), and the fact that this is at least the second big outage in a year, I am leaving. I’ve just spent 2 hours on live chat. They offered me £10 compo😂. Have raised a complaint and asked for the termination £80 to be waived, which, given my circumstances yesterday, and my time they have wasted, I think is appropriate.I now have my pac, and will be using it today. Pay cheap, get cheap.  

This is just the worst transfer procedure ever! Massive problem. Ordered iPhone 16 pro max(wanted to keep my iPhone XR but it was dying) Sent PAC number to id. Giff gaff said all done. So on settings my phone still says this iPhone phone number is the temp one is sent. Apple seem to think the temp number is my main number. I wanted the temp number so I can use my old number. I have SIM card which was posted to me which I set up quickly. . I can’t phone people on normal phone nor they me. My pics emails etc have all been transferred over ok to my phone. I’d don’t seem to totally recognise my old phone number. I am not tech savvy but this is the worst. What’s app calls and messenger works ok.  When my phone rings my old xr still rings so have turned it off. Won’t connect to my car at all which is usually a simple process. It won’t let me do loads. Getting very stressed and want to throw in the bin. Does anyone have any ideas please please? 

I have now twice tried to change my direct debit details online to a Starling account. Each time it fails because the new direct debit form does not ask for the right info. Starling then rejects the direct debit as missing key information. Can you please send me a proper direct debit form for me to complete?

Hi there,I have a new phone and have moved over my ID sim to this one from my old phone. I have tried calling 123, holding down number’1’ to access voicemail and also tried the longer number +44 7782 333123. All these come up with the voice message:“Sorry, your service does not allow you access to this number”.What does this mean and how do I get access to or set up my personalised voicemail?This seems to be a bigger issue with ID on this.

Hi, I have moved from Lyca to ID mobile iPhone 15. Using PAC, requested for transfer of my number. Number was switched to ID but not receiving texts. They are going to previous Android RCS messaging. There’s no option in iPhone 15 to turn ON RCS messaging, which is a shame. Can someone help resolve this? Experience is disappointing.

A tale as old as time.What’s fun, and worthy maybe of a ‘conversation’ here, is that if you go on the EU roaming page here (available from your fav search engine) there’s nothing to suggest this. Furthermore, on speaking to an ID employee via medium of ‘chat’, the website he suggested here doesn’t tell you either, only mentioning that being on a boat might trigger a “you’re in a different country” text. Oh unless you go ‘roaming’ and then select cruise, yes! But readers, I wasn’t on a cruise. I was on a ferry crossing from the UK to a country covered by EU roaming, so I didn’t select this

I recently got a new contract with ID, and cancelled my old one with them, as it wasn’t in my name (I was under 18 at the time of its start date). I wanted to keep that old number, but to avoid the fee I saw mentioned using an intermediate carrier to PAC between. I PACed out of ID to the intermediate, then from the intermediate back to ID. The ID app shows the correct phone number, however when I go to activate iMessage for that number, I either get no action, or a popup saying an error occurred.I have followed all the steps I can find online to potentially help fix it -signing out of Apple ID, turning off iMessage and Facetime, resetting network settings, restarting the phone without a SIM and leaving it for a few hours, and even tried factory resetting. Went into Apple and the SIM was tried in another phone, with the same issue, so I and they believe its an issue with the SIM, not the phone.A bit of extra info - I can send texts and they arrive to the recipient in th

I wanted one Mobile contract with one Mobile phone, but I was sent two Mobile phones with two Mobile contracts. I only requested one, and I would like to return one of the other phones I was sent by mistake. How can I return it and get the refund if money has been taken out of my account? 

Hi everyone. I'm confused. I finally got my new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. Yay. I got my PAC from O2 this past Monday and did what I had to on ID mobile site to register the PAC with them and got the text to say we have the number switch over request for the following day. Tuesday came and went and nothing happened. I got an email notifying me of the delay and that ID mobile are working on it and shortly will credit my account due to the delay. Wednesday evening my old imported number shows now as the number on my phone when you look in the SIM area of the network settings and also when you look at the RCS setting in the messages.  I can receive calls from some people on my ported number on the new phone and some calls still go through to the old phone. Why? Likewise with texts, I can receive most texts on the new phone with the imported number. I can send to my parents who are iPhone users but when they reply it comes through on the old phone.

I have a new account with ID mobile.  When entering the phone number, DOB and surname the app sends a message that my details do not match records. I have followed tutorials and guides but they do not help, as well as clearing my cache. Can you please advise? Thanks 

Hellofrom today I can't call anyone except sms text and no one can call me except sms. Only via whatsapp is there a slow signal. If it is your fault for the lack of connection to call then I want to have compensation for the stress and the inability to contact my family and my family can't call me. RegardsSylwia Buda07826610350 

I have been unable to receive or make calls on my business phone today. You have also taken upon yourselves to charge me today for your services, which I am unable to use. Significant refund required or new stable provider required me thinks

My phone is dead when making calls out and also when receiving calls. It makes a ringing sound on the person's phone who calls me but absolutely none on mine. It is NOT on aeroplane or silent. Went through settings as recommended. No difference. Very worrying. Only works on whatsap (internet calls)
