Did anyone else get people trying to contact them claiming to be from idMobile or Sky during the period that the network was offline this week?I had emails telling me that my sim was corrupted which was why I was unable to make or receive calls, before I knew what was really going on. I naively allowed them to speak to me but they wanted all my bank details, card number and personal details to reset up my account. That wasn't happening, though they said my account would no longer be active leaving me without access to it but still have a bill to pay . I don't know how they got my email or knew I was a customer. Maybe a lucky guess but please be vigilant!! 

I stopping my payments to this ridiculous scamming company of yours.. just stupid how this network can simply dam sell and scam money oof people and network is so just frigging  circus. Simple calls can’t be made or received. This is just emergency calls don’t go through either people are going be claiming insurance from you when they can’t call 999 just stop taking money off people 

Yesterday I wa supposed to get an interview call at 2 pm and if this issue was communicated before hand I could have contacted the employer however ID did not communicate therefore no call came through. Then I realised I can’t make call either. So first of all ID did not communicate this to the customers including me in a timely manner, then it still the same issue? I contacted apple  thinking my settings have gone haywire and spend like one hour trying to run reports and analytics. I will need refund of my bill as the network has failed provide the basic and the prime use of the network to make or receive phone calls. What a scam. No customer service until they sell you the phone and the plan they nag you and then no customer support 

I have only been with yourselves 1 x month and you have took 3 payments from my bank already, I am just wondering why.  Also I have set up my direct debit for the 27th of the month, and you took it on the 23rd, so it got declined. I just dont understand

unable to make any calls to 07 02 01 numbers it keeps telling me i reach my cap limit this is a brand-new Sim card. I have not made any calls since receiving it. Can you help? I can’t even phone other ID mobile numbers never have since I’ve never  got this SIM card

I am due to work away with the forces for 4 months. Does anyone know if you can extend the 62 day limit for roaming abroad?

I am in Corfu but the phone is saying that I am outside the EU!! This is incorrect as I am in Greece! How do I make sure I avoid a Roaming charge 

After 6 hours of trying to chat online with ID, I finally communicated with them. Like many others, the network going down could not come at a worse time, I explained that I was in hospital yesterday when it went down and I could not make, received or access voicemail. ID didn't care! On top of that, my flat was due to sold yesterday and I was waiting for my solicitor to give me a Passover completion time. He could do this and several messages were left, which I could not access...ID didn't care! I was offered no apology, just "we were not the only network to have issues" sob story. As a member of the older generation, I don't bother with social media etc, so between 1:30 and 6pm, I thought it was my phone that was the problem. Thankfully a nurse is in ID and she told me she was having issues too.So, after 5 hours if misery yesterday and over 1 hour in the chat this morning, ID offered me £5 off my next bill. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any issues trying to upgrade their phone recently.I previously had a contract with ID for a handset. Once this expired , I moved to the contract over to a sim only contract.I have recently tried to reach out to them to change my phone and upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and have been advised that because i'm on a sim only contract, i'm not eligible for this and I do not have access to "high tier" phones. However it was mentioned that new customers can access this? Has anyone else had any dealings with this? And/or have any suggestions with how to move forward.I've done my research and this is the phone want.Side note, on my ID app. It's showing that this is an option for an upgrade and does not mention this restriction but when I speak to them, they say it is not and the request for an upgrade will be rejected?? Hello, I am overseas for a month and I meant to activate a voicemail msg on my phone before I came away. I am now in Thailand using a Thai SIM card. Presumably I can insert my ID mobile SIM and keep the internet/data turned off and record and activate a voicemail message. Does anyone know how to do this from overseas and how much it is likely to cost?  Thank you.

Hi All, So tonight I tried to login to my account to download my bill (using a saved shortcut link that has previously worked) and when I clicked ‘next’ with my saved email address it went to the password page and then I added my password (from my Google saved passwords) and clicked ‘Log In’ and it gave me this error message (it took ~20secs between ‘log in’ and adding password) 🤔I even tried it via a Google ‘iD Mobile Login’ search (other search engines are available 😁) adding my email and password manually and the same thing happened 😤The only way I could log in was via a link sent in an Email from iD Mobile 🤷🏻What’s going on?!?!?Anyone else had the same problem??All advice is welcome!x

Just wondering if you can have a physical sim and eSIM with separate numbers that will work along side each other?  Ie. eSIM for business and physical sim for  personal so if someone try’s to contact the phone will ring on either number without having to disable a sim

i am on a galaxy phone. the porting over from 3 to ID happened yesterday. But when i text someone from my phone, it shows up as a weird number not my number that i have always had. I need to be able to get text and send texts from my normal normal. I have switched phone off and on again. What else to try please?

I can send text messages but not receive them. I have spent the entire day on Apple support, there is nothing wrong with my phone they say it is ID Mobile. Without text messaging I can’t access my mobile banking and frankly I’m furious. My billing is up to date. is there a number I can phone to talk to someone. The message chat doesn’t seem to be working. I blame myself for signing up with a provider who appears to offer no support 

Hi I purchased an IPHONE 14 at christmas and due to the network issues over the past few days it has caused me some concern.I can now make out going calls and the use of Data, but I can not get incoming calls. Anyone whom calls my number gets ‘ THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS NOT RECOGNIZED’.I have not been with ID Mobile that long but i need this rectified or i will send the phone back and cancel the contract as im not being provided with that what i am paying for.Pleas help im on 4g, restarted phone, you name it ive probably done it.Thanks in advance  

What PIN do I use for voicemail? I’ve tried all I would normally use and even the cust pin in settings but nothing works. Please help, I have outstanding messages I want to listen to. 

HiOnly moved to ID Mobile this week. I have an issue I would like some help on. I transferred my  number using a PAC code. I am receiving calls on my correct number. I can also send texts outwards. However the number coming up on the other persons phone. is the number on the sim when I was sent the account. That number cannot be rang or texted but tells the person the incorrect number. Using a RedMi note9 phone.Also cannot receive texts from Ebay UK or Instagram. Any ideas please

I've just joined id mobile, received email with contract summary and invoice but no email with eSIM QR code, which I had been told to expect more or less straight away.Any ideas?And how do I actually get on live chat?
