It’s been a week now 

Hi,Apologies if my previous attempt at asking this question is only “pending”, I cannot find any trace of it on my account and am in need of a resolution to this issue, so thought I’d best try again.If initial one pops up, I shall delete this!Essentially I would like to communicate with a member of the ID team, if someone could PM me or reach out in  some way. Seeking to resume my services after a missed payment, but the outstanding charge on my account is wrong so i cannot go through the automated service. Am in dire need of a phone at the mo, as am moving my ill mother away from an abusive neighbour brefore Christmas, and I live several hundred miles away!Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

I had a pay monthly SIM which has been changed over to PaYG. The account (same number) now appears twice in my online account. I can switch to the PaYG version without problem, but trying to access the previous monthly version throws up an error “Oops- something went wrong!”. My final bill is in fact a credit, so I don’t need to pay anyhting, but I DO need a copy of that bill for accounting purposes. I have even had an email asking me to login to get it!  However, since the old monthly section seems locked off to me I’m stuck.Live chat has proved useless because of the inability of the chatbot to respond intelligently, and unacceptable wait times if trying to speak to a live agent.Any ideas or suggestions would be very welcome!

Hello, I am going to Turkey and thought I needed to purchase an add-on so I bought £3 of data and £3 of calls but I have since realised that this wasn’t the right thing to do. can you please remove these add-ons from my account?

Since December 31st we have no network - we can't make or receive calls, the Internet doesn't work, we can't send or receive text messages. I contacted the ID on the chat, it was supposed to be reset and nothing. I pay 19 pounds for one bill monthly and for several days we have been excluded from communication with others… My partner bought a card from another network to have contact with others. It's really not right, because we pay bills monthly, commit for two years, and you won't even fix the network connection for a few days.

Hi, I glady recieved a new pair of apple airpods with my new phone.However, I have found them to be nearly inusable on account of them constantly falling out of my ears.I am very concerned that this expensive item is going to hit the floor of worse, break and become unuable through the period wilst I am still paying them off in monthly payment.I see this as a product defect and as such as you kindly what you might be able to offer to help put this right.As a suggestion, I have noticed the airpod Pro have more of an in-ear fitting with rubber buds, I would be willing to exchange for a pair of these if you would be so kind ?ThanksHarle

I just want too pay the money for the contract but not taken the money and also about the contract I’m not happy about it you Charge me extra the month .plz when date run out or tax or call stop I don’t want any extra I hope you understood me if you customers service plz give me number 

Sorry if this has been raised before, I have received an iPhone 15 for christmas which is eSim only. My old iPhone has a physical Sim. I wasn’t able to transfer this during setup because ID Mobile doesn’t support this. I am sure I am not the only person with this issue.Can someone let me know how to transfer the sim/number from the physical Sim to the new eSim only phone. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

My husband and I both lived in the UK and purchased roaming contracts specifically to use whilst in Zimbabwe so as not to miss out on work opportunities. Unfortunately we cannot get the roaming to work at all. We have activated roaming on both our mobiles as well as in the app, but nothing. any help would be much appreciated as our businesses rely on this.

Had some weird activity today. My gf tried to call me and apparently a random woman answered the phone and asked to “meet up” (my phone was in my pocket). I have also had a random call and when I rang them back they were not aware they had called me (maybe a coincidence). My phone was stolen about a year ago, however, my network provider cancelled the sim and I set the phone to lost mode so I am sure it is not to do with this. I have recently joined ID Mobile. Any help would be appreciated.

I have operated fine with ID network for 3 years. Suddenly today my phone won’t let me make calls, it just stays dead. Any suggestions?

I live in a rural area which is only covered by 3G and despite what the coverage checker says, 4G is not available at my location.Currently, the coverage checker for my postcode says:3G CoverageYes – You currently have serviceOur 3G network has now been phased out across most of the UK.You can use our 3G network for calls, texts and data in this area at the moment, but it won’t be available in the future.This will affect your service if 4G and 5G aren’t available in your area. It gives no indication of when 3G will be switched and impplies that 4G will not be available.Do you think I need to look at changing networks, not that there is much alternative?Thanks in advance for any advice.  

Hi IPhone 15 user. in Padstow Cornwall my phone has consistently show 2 bars of 4g however I don’t have any data connection. I can’t pay for parking via apps etc. The Three network map shows I should have data in the area PL28. Oddly at odd occasions my phone indicates 3 bars of 3G and data works fine. The lack of data connection is a bit of a dealbreaker. What is going on?

Mobile data is generally quite poor everywhere and unusable in London in particular. My daughter who's also on ID doesn't have the same issues.... I have good signal, just no connectivity. Does my sim need resetting/reconnecting to the network?

I am able to send an SMS message but the number coming up on the recipients message is not mine. How can this be resolved please?

Hi all, is it possible to get a physical sim card with my esim number? my phone isn’t compatible  with esim and iD keep sending me codes to enter in app but I can’t get into it, bad morning today lol

Hi, I still have not received my sim card after buying a sim only deal from you.  I online purchased 8 days ago and have several emails welcoming me and direct debit has been set up but still no sim card received.

I have set up a direct debit a few times but each month, I get an email to say the payment hasn't gone through. It says I haven't input a reference, but there is no reference option

I switched to ID in November and set a number transfer date for 6th December. Didn't happen, but got a message saying they were working on it...  Anyway, 2 weeks later I get another message saying number transfer is complete. I thought it was. I received calls and text messages fine, but when I text someone they get a text from the number on the ID SIM (not the transferred number)... Weirdly it seems that if I dial a number/make a call, the transferred (correct) number is displayed. Any suggestions appreciated.
