Hi!  I am at my wits end trying to pay a final bill for a closed account-in the princely sum of just £6!I held 2 accounts-one for my wife and my own -which continuesThe wifes account was closed a couple of weeks ago but on which I still owe £6 which I am more than happy to pay...as the account is closed though, I cant get in to pay it!Im receiving threatening emails now for this terrible arrear.Can you please instruct as to how I may pay this direct please?

Hi, I glady recieved a new pair of apple airpods with my new phone.However, I have found them to be nearly inusable on account of them constantly falling out of my ears.I am very concerned that this expensive item is going to hit the floor of worse, break and become unuable through the period wilst I am still paying them off in monthly payment.I see this as a product defect and as such, kindly, what might you be able to offer to help put this right?As a suggestion, I have noticed the airpod Pro have more of an in-ear fitting with rubber buds, I would be willing to exchange for a pair of these if you would be so kind ?ThanksHarle

Yesterday morning I received a text saying my number was being switched to new provider so I jumped on the ID chat to say this wasn't me and ID said they logged it with the technical team.Later that day I lost all data and ability to make calls. Jumped on chat again and they said its logged and will take 24-48hrs.I've since alerted all my banks and updated security where possible as 2 days is a long time to wait.Called customer service first thing this morning to confirm the team are working on it and it isn't simply 'logged'.I was told they will call me on my partners phone number I provided or email me with an update today but I've heard nothing back.I understand it takes 5 working days to switch back but the lack of communication and updates is just as frustrating/worrying as the issue I'm experiencing. 

I’m sorry to hijack this thread. But I’ve being trying to ask a question but it fails to publish. I have done everything correctly. I am logged in. I have added a title and composed my question. Finally selected a category, added a tag & clicked create. The button changed to show it was working. But nothing changed.No confirmation  that my question had been posted.In case anyone here can help, my question is.When I try to view my payment history it just says “There’s Nothing here”. So My number should have transferred a couple of days ago. The agent sorted this out for me, prior to receiving my phone. I think something has been actioned as when I request a new PAC code O2 tells me there is a problem and cannot provide one. My old number is still active.Sadly customer service is saturated and the AI is of no use. Is there anything I can try (other than restarts) until I turn to CS? It’s frustrating that I need two phones for text mssgs!

I have no service on my phone whatsoever. It will not connect to any network. How do I resolve this issue?? 

I am tempted by a refurbished phone, as I’m not bothered about having the latest tech. BUT I’m a heavy user of my mobile phone as I basically use it as a computer for several hours a day when out and about. What tends to happen is the battery gives out before the phone does. So I really need to know whether “refurbished” actually means “has had a new battery”, because that’s a deal-breaker for me...

The promotional materials confirmed eligibility and guaranteed simultaneous delivery of the Switch with the phone. However, the Switch was not delivered. The ID Mobile website shows no record of this promotion. Other customers have reported similar issues, specifically citing ID Mobile's removal of several phones from the offer, substituting a Motorola phone, and now offering a Galaxy Notebook for purchases made between December 18th and 24th, rendering the original alternative gift inapplicable to my purchase as I was told I purchased my phone a day early for the notebook with no previous bundle existing.... why would I

Anyone got a solution for my ported in number on esim not showing as available for connecting to RCS messages?..Using a nano SIM as well on another network & only have the option of enabling RCS on that number?

My PAC hasn’t worked properly and my SMS messages are not going through. It keeps bouncing back saying failed delivery and the number on the settings is not my number which I asked to be transferred over to. Everything else works fine though thanks 

I have a PAC code to switch from EE, but keep getting an error message when inputting details to make the switch. This is immensely frustrating, as all my details are correct, but when I ask to speak to an agent, it tells me I have to wait 2 hours - I don't have time for this. Can anyone help, as otherwise I’m going to have to cancel the contract.

I have switched from EE to iD mobile and my switch date was for today (December 30th 2024).  I have received a text from iD saying my number has ported at 12:13pm. While I can make calls and send texts through my iD SIM, I can’t receive calls or texts - they go through to my old EE simSIMiD chat support told me that it seems that it has all gone through on their end, and to contact EE to see if they have cancelled the SIM. When I contacted EE, they said the transfer is complete but said to wait till 12am tonight. If it hasn’t transferred by tomorrow morning, contact iD.I plan to update this thread with any resolutions, as I found others haven’t.

hello and good afternoon everyone, maybe a silly question but i have got to ask! after playing around long time i have managed to login into my accoutns again,Not sure why ID have changed the app but is extremily frustating to get around. I am trying to block , ( premiun services ,international ) I havd a reaaly bad experience on Vodafone 3 weeks ago where my phone was stolen and they were able to use my phone number to pplace an order on google play wich is not on my account ! Bar has been put from vodafone to stop it few days later . I had the 0 bar set but aparently for subscription and app purchase is a different bar you need to set . I want to kmake sure all the bars for everything is set apart from the roaming , when i go to the managed my services there is an option to toggle to the rigth the becomes blue . My question is when it is toggled to thr rigth showing blue is all active and that services is locked ? or i need to leave it tiggle to the left just white ?  2 question a
